This is my fifth year now that Invents Company claimed that they have completed my invention without any tangible company to market my products. After spending so much money for the process, Invents Company is only after their money and that is not fair.
Invents Company should have a follow-up process to keep up with the past invention.
My product number is 7114 for you to cross-check my claim.

I got involved with invents company in 2012 (today is March 11 2019). I paid them over $14,000 dollars to patent my invention. They passed it to a patent attorney in Arizona, I find out today she is in trouble for illegal activity and has dropped my patent having paid her an additional $2,565 (my understanding was the $14,000 covered all). Invents company was not satisfied for what they scammed from me but they sent my info to Zambro Manufacturing (as of today they don't answer their phone). 3 years ago Zambro called me promising me to manufacture my invention, and wanted an additional $3000 for a CAD. I requested a copy of the CAD, they sent me an animation. It was the same illustrations invents company had. If anybody has information please contact me at [email protected].

Pursuant to its contract with the client, Invents has performed and continues to perform its service. The company does not find that the client has expressed a problem with the service to validate a refund.

Invents company has investigated this matter and concluded the company will not provide a refund for the following reasons. The contract that the client signed clearly states the services the company provides, that includes obtaining a provisional patent for the client so that the company can market...

the product to manufactures in an attempt to secure a licensing deal. The contact does not provide for a utility patent, which is why her patent attorney or agent has contacted her for additional fees should she decide she would like to apply for a utility patent. the contract clearly states the risks involved in marketing an invention. Now that the contract is complete the client has decided they want their money back because a licensing deal was not made. The company has concluded it has performed its obligations pursuant to the terms of the agreement, no refund will be provided.

She asked for a refund of the product summary digest even after she received the benefit of our research in the product summary digest. The company has performed its obligation to the client and will not provide a refund for services received. The company has not misrepresented anything to the client when, by her own admission she was clearly explained the costs and the process.

The client has not specified a complaint to address, other than the company is fraudulent. The company has performed on the clients contract as specified in the agreement. With no further details of the complaint the company does not feel a refund would be warranted.

The customer has NOT paid the entire balance due on the Patent Search and marketing report, as contracted for. When the entire balance is paid in full the Company will provide the service.
