we spoke with customer the case, this is wha we offer customer refund $crdit to customer phone bill due she couldn't use the TV for months offer customer free TV sevice before customer okay to charge her, customer doesn't need it at this time, but we will honror for the next two months customer is happy with our solution

(2) When, how many times and how much it has charged my [redacted] account without my knowledge (other than the monthly phone service fee I have authorized) ? Unfortunately, I do not find the comments of the individual representing iTalkBB to be overly honest and accurate especially when she continues to state problems corresponding with me via email when they appear to be the ONLY company unable to send me messages, especially when iTalkBB does NOT appear to have any problems sending me new promotional emails as recent as 5/19/2016, please see the attached email As for whether I will agree to the final charges that will be levied on my master card account in a few days, which remains to be seen I do hope this company is more honest than this one individual but that also remains to be seen and I guess I will find out in less than six days Respectfully, [redacted] ***
