We have already solved this when you first bough this to our attention through choice hotels corporateThere is nothing else we can't do beside what we already have offered you earlierThank You*** ***, GM

They did nothing to accommodate the room was not ready when we checked in and they kept promising that someone would be up to clean it then as I stated in my complaint someone came to the room at 130am in the morning to clean the room then on Saturday they told us we would have to leave and/or they were going to call the cops on us because we would not vacate WE DID NOT have the DND on our door they the hotel cancelled our reservation because all of a sudden at 4pm someone walked into our room and said they just rented this room and why were we in there? The staff was at no time accommodating for us or the situation they treated us as though it was out fault the room was dirty and not ready when we checked in

I want all my money back not just one day and compensated for my last minute change of hotel I was there minutes and didn't even unload the car Blood on the sheets and a window that is locked with a coat hanger Also your outside security door does not work These things are a major safety and security problem that I did not want to expose my children to I have never stayed in a hotel more filthy

When I sent you that offer the first time, I thought it was more then fairSpecially when you were already given a discount before you even filed formal complaintI have checked the room on the day of your check outIt was not bad as you describedIf it was not rentable, we would not rent that roomFurthermore, why would you stay in a room that was as bed as you described it? Did not have any problem till after check outIf you did not want to stay in that room then we would be more then happy to give you a full refundAt this point, there is nothing further we can offerOur offer stands at what was on my emailSincerely*** ***, GM

I paid $to say at his facility and want a full refund for my stay. 15% off ($23) off my next visit is insulting and unsatisfactory because I would never stay at his hotel again due to the condition of the hotel and the customer service receivedI have attached my initial letter to corporate as well as email correspondence between myself and Mr***.
