It already shows that you stayed in other hotels in the dells for the same nights which is impassibleThis maybe the 3rd hotel you booked since you already showed that you can stay in place at same timeI am not sure how your travel plans wereBut my record shows that you were at the hotel for entire stayUnless you have something from our hotel showing that you have checked out and refunded, charges staysThank You***

I'm very disappointed in your managementMaybe if you didn't hire such shadey people this wouldn't have happenedI will no longer be staying at any of your chain hotels, and reccomend that nobody else doesMaybe if your employees were trained like they were supposed to, I would have been given a receiptI shouldn't have to ask for oneWe paid cash and I was charged for debit tooIn total that's about for two nightsMay I suggest highering people that actually have a high school diploma? Never ever will I be staying with you anymore!
