dell laptop
pc was packaged well, it looked great, turned right on, immediately downloaded ms updates as the w10 system was probably reinstalled and hd cleaned. im happy on initial use, not sure about all the negatives, I was concerned about what I was going to receive but possibly a bunch of nincompoops to cheap to get a new laptop. I plan on using this one strictly for field service work, so I dont have to haul my 2,000$ laptop in a van and in a commercial environment!

DON'T BOTHER
Received these two refurbished computers and immediately returned them. Waiting for almost 4 weeks for a return. I bought them through the walmart website but walmart wouldn't take them back and I paid $50.00 to ship back to IZOOMUSA in Brooklyn NY

I received a hp laptop that I purchased from izoomusa through Walmart online. The activation code for windows 10 is not active, and getting an error code 0xC004F074
and says: Windows is unable to reach your company's activation service. I have tried contacting izoomusa tech support, but no one will call me back. I am taking steps to contact BBB and complain, let Walmart know what is happening, because they have quite a few complaints on BBB website, and get some legal advice, because I believe we are being scammed.

Seller sent out a laptop with different specs than ordered, days later apologized for the human error via a site message system, days later they said they'd call 'tomorrow' to fix the error, when I told them my communication preference was the message system, it took them days to say they'd send me the RMA 'tomorrow sometime', days later, just before supper, I rec'd the RMA, days later I returned the laptop at my own expense despite it being the wrong laptop that was sent, days later they rec'd that laptop, day later they messaged that the RMA was completed without further info, asked if they would expand on the statement, days later explanation of replacement unit with correct specs, days later with no tracking or shipment notification I rec'd another laptop supposedly with the correct specs, very slow, charger overheats, battery has approx seconds of life before the laptop shuts down, I was greeted with a black screen after a restart, notified seller via site message system, apologized profusely in day and said they'd resolve asap, days later they messaged and offered a 'double upgrade', when asked for a link to said replacement turns out to be $less valued laptop with a star reviewAll of this took more than a monthI accepted that I had been taken, and moved onThe computer is now functional, because I did the work, not the sellerI have doubts that any computer he/she sells has truly been refurbished as stated on the siteSo, BUYER BEWARE, you may or may not get the computer he/she advertises, and if you do get it, you may have to make it work as it should, unless you like playing tag, and spending more money to send it back to him for 'repair or replacement'You will never get your money unless you do a charge back with your credit card company, you will feel lucky if you get anything out of the money you spentEven though this is the first time I've had problems with refurbs, I will always buy electronics new from now onExpensive lesson

attached please see screenshot of orderit clearly states order was for a Dell Laptop with Windows XP pro installedOur technicians determined that there is a wireless card installed and is connceted (additionally prior to shipping unit does connect to our inghouse wireless)however it seems there is a issue connected to customers ISP or customers wireless routerwhich we cannot service as it is not our equiptmentRegarding batteries on refurbished laptopsalthough batteries typically hold a decent chargeSince the battery is not new and it is considered a perishable itemthe battery is asis and it is not covered under the standard warrantySince Customer Service is important to us, we did offer customer to upgrade to windows and would be glad to check on the wireless and make sure it connects to our inhouse wireless providing customer pays shipping and handlingwe tried our best customer didnot respond to us in a timely fashion.at this point we would still be willing to assist customer, however we would need customer to pay shipping and handlingIf customer is still interested customer should simply email us with their order number and a breif expalination and we will gladly assist customer to the best of our ability

Purchased a laptop for niece for ChristmasLaptop does not see and or charge battery, dvd player not working properly and laptop slowI highly recommend never buying anything from these peopleThe stuff they sell is junk and they will not stand behind product

In response to the message from zoomusa, I looked at the attachment that stated I purchased a windows xp. I have never agreed to this for one thing. Then they said the problem was with my router, or my internet provider. I called my internet provider times, and they said the problem was in the computer
I e-mailed them today about returning the faulty computer, but they blocked me, and will not answer their phone
I purchased the laptop thru ***, (they charged my credit card), I called them first on Feb***, they put me on hold and never came back, I called again and got someone in India
I am at a loss as what to do next

I have returned my laptop at a cost of $to zoomusa. They received it Tuesday. I do not want another computer from this company. *** charged my credit card, I have been in contact with Visa, and right now it is in litigation

we are a fulfilment company, for this particular return policy is repair or exchange only no retuns for buyers remorseif and when we recive a request for a rma form for a repair or replacment it is emailed to customer providing we recvie that request within days of order, in this case we
dont see a rma request
we understand at times customers accidently may email the wrong email address or may have spoken to the respective merchant that we fulfil for other then usso we do leave room for error if customer expains, we then escalate to level for a resolution
