Review: I ordered a laptop on the [redacted] website and while ordering, I noticed the seller was a third party of [redacted]. [redacted] is a well known company with a good reputation and so I automatically thought ZoomUSA held the same reputation because of the affiliation with [redacted]. Anyway, I received the laptop in the mail. Inside the box was my laptop, accessories and two pieces of paper; one was an introduction about my laptop with a brief detail about the company. The other paper was the invoice. After 3 days, I was ready to return the laptop for my refund because the laptop will not allow me to go on any websites because it says the page isn't trusted/security issue. I only search trusted website ([redacted] mail, [redacted], [redacted], etc...) The computer is so secure that I can't surf the web. I contacted [redacted] about my issue on 3 different occasions and they said ZoomUSA will not refund me my money, they can only repair it. The paper that came with the laptop clearly stated that I had 21 days to return the item if not satisfied. ZoomUSA said to download Firefox to see if that would resolve my issue and itddidn't, I downloaded [redacted] like they told me to do and it still didn't help. I even called my cable company for a technician to come out to see if they could assist me with the laptop and he couldn't even fix it. He (technician) advised me to notify the seller. I called Seats to let them know that Itried eeverything that ZoomUSA told me to do and my issue isn't fixed yet. I am tired of all the calls and back and forth emails. I would like my money back, but they won't give it to me. They've given me the run around and I believe it was so that my 21 days to receive my refund would expire. I will never do business with them again and it makes [redacted] look bad as a company also for having a company such as ZoomUSA as a "3rd party" seller for their companyDesired Settlement: I would like to return the company their laptop and receive my full refund.

Review: I order a Dell Latitude D620 it was to be a 64bit wit a CD-Writer when I received it, it only had a 32Bit and CD player. When I complained they had me send the hard drive back to them for a update plus $20.00 for shipping. Labor was to be free. I sent the hard drive back plus the $20.00 in a envelope as requested. Frist of all they sent my hard drive back to me first class mail which cost maybe $3.00 dollars. Do the other $17.00 was pocket by someone with no one paying taxes on it but me. It took over a week to get it after it was mailed. When I put it back in to my computer it kept loading windows but never did. After 6 hours I gave up. Went to shut it down and received a message from my computer that said the MBR Cylinders does not equal the BIOS also a message that the media cables aren't connected. There are no cables to my computer. I emailed them about it. They emailed me back and asked me to explain. I did and that's the last I have herd. My computer was under warranty for 90 days bieng a refurbished one. But I have had it to run it less than a month.Desired Settlement: I would like they computer replace or a refund. They may have this one back at there expense only after I receive a replacement or be refunded.

Review: I ordered a computer laptop that I needed to perform my job. I received it and it was not working properly. Pages wouldn't load, computer kept freezing up every few minutes, would shut down out of the blue, very loud whining sound. Could not get on any websites or do anything on it. After several attempts to contact the business both by email and phone I was finally able to get a hold of them. I send laptop back to them and they said they would replace it. I got the same one delivered back to me, with the exact same issues as before. I don't think anything was done because nothing was improved on laptop performance. Still same issues. Have been trying to call business back. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I need a laptop for work and have already paid this company for the useless one I was sent.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on this laptop and I am willing to send this one back as it is of no use at all.

Review: I bought a laptop on line less than a week it had issue so I returned iton 2/**/2014. I have called them plenty of time and they keep lieng saying its on its way back to me. it supposed to be fixed under warrenty now it been 3 months and they still have my computer I paid $189.99 for the computer I want a refund thgey are a bunch of liars they keep saying its beign shipped back to me I haven't received anything.it don't take 3 months to repair a computer.my rma number for the return item is [redacted]I want a refund im sick and tired of there foolishnessDesired Settlement: I want a refund immediately I will never ever buy from them again!!!!!!!

Review: I purchased on line a refurbished laptop. When received everything seemed very well packaged and company inserts stating how each product was checked to be working properly. The first thing I noticed was the mouse pad did not work. I attached a mouse and the computer worked fine. The next thing I noticed the battery lasted less than 15 minutes. I kept it charging overnight and still no better than 30 minutes of power to the laptop. I contacted the company and was instructed to return the laptop. I paid for the return cost. Time went by and I had to email the company to find out the status of my laptop. I have the string of emails starting from December of 2012 through to this month. In one email I was told it would be shipped the following Monday. I never received the laptop. I recently emailed the company and am waiting on a response. The previous email was not responded to except by an automated email.Desired Settlement: I still only ask for a replacement. One that has a battery that holds a charge and all laptop functions operate properly. The laptop processor should be the same or a newer. If not available a refund of $235 to cover the $200 cost of the laptop and $35 for return cost.

Review: 7/**/13: purchased a refurbished laptop from [redacted] that used izoomusa as a 3rd party seller.

computer was damaged (keys) and tried to return via the [redacted] website and phone. No response back from either. At this point I needed a laptop before my daughters school year began so we purchased one from walmart.

Contacted [redacted] customer service which had no better results from [redacted]. At that time I opened a dispute claim with [redacted] that was closed because I still had possession of the merchandise.

Contacted [redacted] customer service to seek answers and was told that izoomusa has made several attempts to contact me via email. I asked for the dates of email attempts and found no such emails from izoomusa. I asked [redacted] to obtain copies of the email attempts and was informed they could no longer help me. I think they were also scammed.

I have paperwork for the [redacted]puter purchase, the [redacted] purchase, photos, all documentation from the izoom shipment, [redacted], [redacted] dispute dept.

Review: I purchased a computer from them and returned the product because it did not operate correctly. I returned the product and requested a refund on 9/**/2013. I have not received a refund. Product was not advertised as not able to return or non-refundable. I sent it back and want my money back. The company misrepresented reviews of product by reporting on their website that there were 0 reviews. I put in a review and it was not recorded on the website. This is deceptive marketing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $159.99

Review: I purchased a "refurbished" laptop from SEARS.com and they "fulfilled" the order with a laptop from a company named zoomusa (aka: izoomusa). My SEARS Credit Card was charged for the purchase in the amount of $229.98. I received the product approx 7-8 days later only to find out that upon the first time of trying to start the laptop up, it does not work AT ALL. I have attempted to get help from SEARS since it was purchased through their website and since it was PAID FOR with a SEARS Credit Card, but Sears will not stand behind their "3rd party vendors" and will not let me return it to them. Furthermore, the 3rd party vendor now claims that they will not refund my purchase. This is a despicable business practice by both companies. Neither one has to claim responsibility and they both get THEIR money. The only one who is left in a losing proposition is me, THE CONSUMER. First of all, companies like zoomusa who prey on consumers through major retailers websites SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Secondly, major companies like SEARS should be FORCED to "back-up" anyone they have listed as a 3rd party vendor and should be RESPONSIBLE for the completion of a successful purchase SINCE THEIR CREDIT CARD from THEIR Customer is being used. I am filing a complaint against BOTH, izoomusa AND Sears.comDesired Settlement: I want my Credit Card REFUNDED in full for this purchase and I will gladly return the DEFECTIVE product I purchased. I would also like for this type of internet purchasing to be modified so that the RETAILER allowing a 3rd party Vendor to use their website to reach prospective consumers be held fully liable for the "successful" completion of a purchase so that they can't just turn around like SEARS has and say, "Sorry, IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM ~ YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SELLER". I believe that if it is 1) Sold on their Website, 2) The charge is on THEIR issued CREDIT CARD, then 3) THEY SHOULD BE HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE ALLOWING TO BE "SOLD" ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Review: I purchased a refurbished laptop from the company, and within a month, it will no longer power up, even when plugged in. I have emailed the company four times, and attempted to call (received a recording telling me to email), and they have not responded. I am not requesting a refund; I would like to exchange the laptop.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive, in exchange for the defective laptop, and laptop of the same or higher quality, and I do not want to have to pay return shipping.
