We-Pack Moving company failed to deliver services, for which I had paid over $5,900.00. They would not respond, would not refund my money for 7 weeks
We signed the contract with We-Pack Moving, the broker, and I paid $2,029.00 to them on May 20, 2019 with my Chase
Bank debit card, as they required so. As the broker and my original point of contact at We-Pack Moving company, ***
Maxim promised the pickup date of June 8 in Parker, CO, with the estimated delivery date at my new place in Warwick,
PA of June 17-18. The actual carrier did not arrive as scheduled and per contract on on June 8; rather, they picked up our
things on June 9 and moved my things over to the Public Storage unit nearby. Neither the broker - We-Pack Moving, nor
the carrier - MD Transportation Group, have done much of anything else to provide the services we had agreed to,
contract totaling $8,159.38 between We-Pack Moving broker and MD Transportation Group carrier. While I had paid
$2029 on 5/20 to We-Pack Moving via debit card, $500 cash on June 9 pickup date to MD Transportation, another
$3371.26 via wire transfer on June 14 to MD Transportation, both companies did not provide the professional services
we had agreed to. They also were negligent and lost the only key to the storage unit, for which I had to fly back to
Colorado and had a locksmith drill out the original lock and install a new lock, that emergency trip costing me ~$1500
just to gain access to my things. We also had unplanned cost for hotel, basic living essentials, like mattresses to sleep on,
table and chairs to eat at for over seven weeks at this point. Neither of the two company would answer to my letters and
pleas since for a while; nor would they issue a refund. Please help.

Desired Outcome

We are seeking a full refund for the services I had paid $5,900.26 in total between the broker and the carrier. We are seeking $100 daily reimbursement for late delivery in line with the mover's 21-day delivery policy, which began on July 10 and equates to $2,200 as of July 31. We are seeking reimbursement for the unplanned cost and expenses my family has endured due to failure to deliver our household items from Colorado to Pennsylvania for over seven weeks as of July 31st, such as hotel cost, basic living essentials cost, like mattresses to sleep on, table and chairs to eat at, cookware, etc... costing over $5,000 within the past seven weeks and still growing. Movers have also lost the only key to the storage unit, where my things were kept hostage, so I had to fly back to Colorado and work with the Public Storage and locksmith services to drill out the lock and have that replaced, costing me a total of $1500 for that emergency trip.

I paid We Pack $4,650 deposit for a move that NEVER took place! We Pack sent Moving Express to my home. Police were called & they were forced to leave
I moved from GA to NY last August; went through We Pack brokers, WHO I SIGNED A BINDING $16,000 AGREEMENT WITH. They sent Moving Express to my beautiful home. I had a very tight schedule, 3 days to pack my belongings onto the trucks and close. Day #1, they showed up at noon, 4 hrs late, immediately DEMANDED I sign a new contract for $18K OVER THE PRICE of the original contract ($16K)! When I refused, THEY LEFT! Day #2, they were 3 hrs late, again demanded I sign a new contract, I again refused and called their boss who called and told them to get to work. They called in a dozen of local day-labor men to help pack. It's hard to be everywhere in a 4000+ sqft house with 15 movers throwing your life possessions around! Found broken glass on floor, rugs, outside...asked what happened, what was broken...NO ONE KNEW/SAW ANYTHING! They wrapped my French carved desk WITHOUT EMPTYING A SINGLE DRAWER!! Just turned it upside down to take the legs off, paper clips, staples, pens, etc came falling out. Told them to turn upright and EMPTY the drawers into boxes first...THEY COULDN'T BECAUSE EVERY DRAWER WAS JAMMED! Threw my iMac desktop computer and printer in a box with NO PAPER/BUBBLE WRAP AT ALL. Many, MANY examples of things broken/ruined during this HORRIFIC day, but Day #3 was MUCH WORSE! Showed up 5 hrs late (supposed to come at 8 AM, arrived at 1 PM!), I told them it was crunch time, last day to get everything out of house. They ACTUALLY SAID they were ALL STILL wasted/high/hungover! They all had HORRIBLE attitudes, MOVING VERY SLOWLY, cussing and yelling at ME (when I asked why they were so late and hungover): "We're not your f*ing slaves!! We don't work for you, bch! You don't tell us what to do!!" Again demanded I sign the double $ contract...I refused, started crying, went into my MBA to call their boss and THEY BARRICADED THE DOOR WITH HEAVY MBR FURNITURE SO I COULDN'T GET OUT FOR HOURS!! My parents came, police called/came, forced movers to unload the trucks. They INTENTIONALLY broke things, dropped boxes/furniture, cut upholstery/leather, DESTROYED EVERYTHING THEY TOUCHED!!! *** and *** threatened to get me back "We know where you're moving to!" WE PACK KNOWS THAT MOVING EXPRESS MOVERS ARE CRIMINAL THUGS BUT CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, PUTTING THE PUBLIC AT RISK, FOR THEIR OWN PROFIT!!!

Desired Outcome

REFUND $4,650 DEPOSIT MADE TO WE PACK. PLUS ADDITIONAL $45,000 FOR INTENTIONAL DAMAGES TO FURNITURE/PERSONAL PROPERTY! I HAVE PHOTOS, POLICE REPORT AND WITNESSES!!!

Bait and Switch, fraudulent representation as a mover when acting as a broker refused to assist
Nov 2017 represented they were movers for move from OR to AL. Website also so indicated; they are per DOT not licensed as movers, only brokers. Never disclosed they were acting as brokers and charging a commssion fee...always said "our teams/our men" lied about availabilty of insurance, promised a moving van as I had problems with prior moves with too few men and small a truck. Never ever told some company would show up the day of the move 5 hours late, making it a 2 day move. See the comlaints linking MoveOnMovers and WePack you have here and in Las Vegas. It is a scam. I had 42 items of 90 and 6 boxes lost...stuff was put on the tail gate of a 20 foot truck and only a driver and trainee showed up to load a 4 bedroom house. The driver of the delivery van (full size with 4 men who all apologized profusely) said that MoveON was "literallly throwing things on (his) truck at the wharehouse in Las Vegas." WePack agreed there would be no storing of my things in a warehouse it would go directly with other families' who were picked up in route. I believe my things were taken to 2 different places. Move On refused to answer calls or reespomd to emails, as did WePack, after I was forced to take delivery on Christmas *** a widow alone with so much damage that beds could not even be assembled and furniture left up ended in hallways because so many legs were missing! In February I asked that Chase suspend payment on the $2400 portion of put on my card as no one would tell me how to file a claim. MoveON then threatened me with defamation of credit and that they would force me to come to NV and sue them.
They then revealed CSI as the org to file a claim with. I did so including pictures of the damages. In Nov CSI said they could not submit the adjusters recommened settlement and pay me, because Move On refused to give them permission to do so. I have contacted *** as instructed by CSI by phone and email and she refuses to return my calls or emails. This is a scam between WePack and MoveOn and We Pack is well aware of many complaints listed on Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

refund of $!000 binding estimate fee

This company is a broker. They quote low prices and then sell the lead to local and regional movers who quote prices and then raise the price after they pack the move. Once the mover has your goods there is no negotiation. I was very specific about the objects to be moved including sending pictures of rooms. In my case the regional mover based in Las Vegas doubled the cost for the move. Buyer Beware! Get a firm quote!

I would like a refund of my deposit as I was clearly scammed.
I contacted We-Pack on 11/28/2018 and received and email from a rep names *** After several back and forth emails I gave him a full inventory list my job number was XXXXXXX. I signed the contract on 12/27/18 and paid the down payment of $1270.50 which came out of my bank as "international re sale"?Never was I told another company would be contacting me not to mention on my estimate their slogan is We Load, We drive.... According to *** I would be contact 72 hrs before pickup on 01/24/19 so I would know the pick up window time frame. By Monday evening I had not heard anything so I tried to email my rep at ***@wepackmoving.com it came back as failure delivery email....SO then I started to call and left several voicemails on both extension available with no response still in present day. I then emailed the main email posted on the website also failure delivery. I couldnt wait any longer as we are moving long distance so I hired another company. Then on Monday evening a Spanish speaking man from another company call us and stated he would be at our place for pickup this week. I asked who he was he never gave me that answer only another number to call for his main office and I explained to him I wouldnt be using he services as I didnt know who he or his company was and NOT to come. I then called the number he gave and also had to leave a voicemail. Then on 01/22/2019 as we are moving our own belonging we got a call from a lady presenting herself as WE PACK stating she needed to schedule our pick up.Noting the number was the same I called the night before I questioned her more and explained how mad I was and she then stated ohhhh Im not with WE PACK we are contracted with them to do their moving....I asked whom she spoke with as *** had still not given me a call , she stated she spoke w *** I asked if she had contact info for him as I am currently *** and want my money back as we have had to change all these last minute plans , she never gave me the info and insisted she would have them give me call and then stil tried to schedule a pick up time I again told her as I told the Spanish speaking male last night do not come to pick up we will not be working with you as we dont know who you are ...she said what was him name....I said excuse me you dont even know your drivers names that your company sends to peoples homes....She said I will just have *** call you have a nice day. Still no call.

Desired Outcome

We were never advised someone else would have our belonging and still have gotten a response we just want our money back as we had to find another way to get our belonging to our new place. FULL REFUND

We-Pack gave me a binding estimate for a move - but the movers demanded $2205.25 more than the estimate. I cannot reach anyone at the business.
I hired We-Pack moving to move my daughter from her house in Tuscaloosa and store her things for $130 a month (first month free) until I was able to give them a delivery address. Her binding estimate total was $2230.20. I paid via check$1086 as a deposit. On the date of the move, the moving company demanded $4,431.25 explaining that *** the We-Pack representative, under estimated the moving cost. I have been unable to reach *** or anyone at We-Pack. In addition, the moving company wants to charge me $575 per month to store my belongings.

The Move date was December 14, 2018 under my daughter's name ***.

Desired Outcome

I would like We-Pac to cover the difference in moving and storage costs that they quoted compared to the actual moving company charge.

Late delivery, the total cost went beyond twice the retime. No one answers my calls when I follow up with them. I don't know what happened to my stuff
The leasing specialists gave me a very inaccurate estimate. They actual moving company (We-Pack is just a broker but they didn't tell me). The actual moving company has charge twice the original estimate and still going up.
They said they are going to delive within 5 days but it's been more than two weeks and still nothing. Called them multiple times and left messages but no one pick up the phone; neither do they reply my calls.

Desired Outcome

Delivey as soon as possible.

I paid We-Pack Moving $1200 as a deposit for a move to be completed on Nov.5-Nov. 6. A truck never showed to provide moving services.
I spoke with *** with We-Pack Moving LLC and contracted with them to provide moving services from TN to SC on 11/5/XXXX-XX/6/2018. A $1200 ACH deposit was made from my account to We-Pack on 10/25/2018. I was told the movers would arrive at 3:00 p.m. on 11/6. They did not. I was then told they would arrive on 11/7/2018 (outside of the contract, but I was desperate) by 6:00 p.m. The movers once again did not show on 11/7. On 11/7/2018 after 6:00 p.m., I notified We-Pack that I would have to get different movers since they were not able to honor their contract. The last email correspondence I have from We-Pack on 11/8/2018 states, "Your cancellation has been sent to the billing department. Your order will be reviewed and they will contact you." I did not cancel the move, I had to get different movers after they did not provide movers within the contracted window. They canceled the move by not showing up. I have since sent emails and certified letters to which I have received no response and certainly no refund. I even tried to contact ***, the listed agent of the LLC, to no avail.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $1200 refunded, as no moving services were provided. In the We-Pack contract it states, "If WP is unable to assign an agent to your move before the scheduled pickup date and no transportation has been provided then you will receive a refund of your deposit as full satisfaction of the agreement releasing WP form any liability by canceling the move. We-Pack was obviously unable to assign an agent and no transportation was provided. I am asking We-Pack to honor their contract and refund the deposit in full.

I hired this moving company to move me & my two kids from Ga to Texas. It's day 20 with no delivery or ETA.
*** mailto:***@wepackmoving.com, ref noWXXXXXXX, (XXX) XXX-XXXX

Desired Outcome

Get delivery of my items.

$960 down payment for job #WXXXXXXX.They did not show up. On 11/19/2018 they promised a refund. They haven't paid, and never return my daily calls.
On 11/13/2018 We-Pack Moving (UNIFIED RELOCATI- as it appears on my bank statement) took $960 as a down payment for job #WXXXXXXX to move me from Wirtz, VA to Quincy, MA. After they twice failed to show and pick up my belongings, they promised a full refund on 11/19/2018. Since then, all of my daily calls are forwarded to voicemail. They have not refunded my money and they will not return my calls.

Desired Outcome

I want the $960 refund they promised me for not doing the move.

Misrepresentation regarding the cost and delivery time for my relocation move.
JOB NO. WXXXXXXX - On September 25, 2018, I contacted We-Pack Moving (broker) by phone to determine if they could provide me with the services I required for my move from Rego Park, NY to Tampa, FL. At that time, I spoke with *** their Executive Relocation Specialist. She was very pleasant and eager to provide me with a relocation estimate. I was informed my items would be shipped via a consolidated move and they would be partitioned in the trailer and bar coded. I was also informed delivery would take between 3-7 days, but 4-5 days was more realistic.

After relaying to her an estimate of the number of boxes and furnishings to be moved (62 items) from my studio apartment, she provided me with a quote for the relocation estimate in the amount of $2,285.00. I entered into an agreement with We-Pack Moving and paid $1,095.00, 50% of the estimate. On September 25, 2018. Ms. ended the conservation with the words "we look forward to assisting you throughout your moving process."

On October 26, 2018, as agreed, *** (contractor) from Moving Express & Storage, Inc. and his colleague arrived to move my furnishings *** determined that the cubic feet needed for the items significantly exceeded the number in the relocation estimate. I was also informed delivery could take up to 21 days. When I mentioned I was not informed of this possibility by Ms. from We-Pack Moving, he suggested I should follow-up with them. Upon completion of loading my furnishings on their truck, *** provided me with a written item count of 65, three more than what was included in the relocation estimate. I was also informed at that time my items would be warehoused in Passaic, NJ until such time the trailer was full with items to be transported to Florida. My fee for the contractor's service was $1,261.35 which I paid directly to ***.

On October 29, 2018, eager to discuss the hidden costs and delivery time which I was not informed of by Ms. I contacted We-Pack Moving and left a message for Ms. which was not returned. I subsequently left several additional messages; none of which were returned. It quickly became obvious to me that she had no intention of assisting me throughout my move. I felt as if I was a victim of a bait and switch scheme.

After allowing for a week to pass, and no return calls from We-Pack Moving, I contacted Moving Express and inquired the status of my delivery. On November 2, 2018 I was told my items were scheduled to be loaded on the truck over the weekend and could take up to a week to deliver once loaded. On November 7, 2018 *** called from Moving Express and wanted to know if I was ready for my delivery. I responded I was ready and had been living out a suitcase. He was still unable to provide me with a delivery date.

Finally, after 17 days, on November 13, 2018 my items arrived, including a broken flat-screen television packed by Moving Express which was only two years old and several broken plates. In addition, a folding table which was bar coded was not delivered. I was informed by *** (sub-contractor) there would be an additional long carry fee in the amount of $450.00. Note, my building has an elevator and my apartment is on the third floor. I was charged and paid the sub-contractor $1,711.35.

Please note to date I have yet to receive a return call from any person affiliated with We-Pack Moving. Had I known the actual cost ($4,067.70) for my move from Rego Park, NY to Tampa, FL would exceed the relocation estimate I received from We-Pack Moving by $1,782.70 and I had to wait 17 days for my furnishings to be delivered, I would never have agreed to use We-Pack Moving as my broker.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $1,095.00 from We-Pack Moving for not informing me of the possible extent of additional charges regarding my move. I believe my narrative outlines in detail these expenses and justifies a full refund from We-Pack Moving.

Refund for services not rendered has not been given per We Pack Moving
On 11/07/2018 a contract between myself and We Pack moving was completed. Contract #WXXXXXXX in the amount of $2741.6 to move my household goods from Minong Wisconsin to Ocoee Florida. A down payment of $1247.00 completed the initial portion of the contract. This payment was taken from my checking account via an electronic transfer. The agreed upon dates were to be 11/17 or 11/18 with a 24 hour notice given to me prior to arrival of truck and crew. At the end of the day on 11/18 I was told no truck was available, the original having broken down. We Pack Moving was sorry it would be several weeks before they could complete the contract. The would be happy to refund the initial deposit in full within 3 business days. The 3 days have passed *** now in trying to contact We Pack moving no one answers the phone it goes to voice mail.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the refund for the deposit I made in full immediately as was promised

I contracted with We-Pack for a binding move estimate to move my household goods from Washington to Arkansas. The moving co. significantly overcharged
I contracted with We-Pack in December 2017 to move my household goods from Maple Valley, WA to Conway, AR. The customer service representative I dealt with at We-Pack was *** I later had to delay my move because my mother was in ICU right after Christmas 2017. In September 2018, I spoke with *** at We-Pack and rescheduled my move for Nov 9-12, 2018. The We-Pack move was estimated at $2245.25. I paid 1/2 deposit in December 2017 when I first booked the move. GTS arrived on Saturday and after reviewing the We-Pack binding move estimate, indicated that the mathematical calculation regarding the cubic footage of my move was incorrect, and was significantly underestimated. The We-Pack binding estimate dated September 28, 2018 indicated that my total move was 258 cubic feet. However, GTS stated that the actual cubic feet calculation of my binding estimate was substantially incorrect and was much higher than what We Pack estimated. For example, GTS calculated each wardrobe box at 20 cubic feet rather than 15 cubic feet as the We Pack estimate stated. They counted each dish pack box similarly. The end result is that 1) I had to pay an overage of $1,467.25 for items that were part of the "binding estimate" that We Pack issued, 2) many of my things were left behind because I was not permitted to use all the boxes I paid for and the crew did not have the correct number of boxes, and 3) many of my items were left behind including all of my Christmas decorations, Christmas tree, clothes, and other sentimental items. Additionally, none of my boxes were labeled, the crew refused to issue security tags for the high value items such as DVDs, sound system, and TV despite repeated requests, and most of my items were put in boxes without appropriate wrapping. This makes it very easy to steal high value items because the boxes containing these high value items were not labeled and a security tag was not issued. I am extremely disappointed that the "binding estimate" was not honored, I had to pay a significant upcharge, and I didn't get to use all of the boxes that I paid for, resulting in many things being left behind.

Desired Outcome

I would like the upcharge that I was forced to pay to be refunded.

Moving Scam
Contracted with We Pack for interstate move. Promised that goods would be pick up and delivered within a 2-14 day window. Movers that picked up items were not licensed or insured at the time they picked up my items. (Obviously, I found this out after the fact). After items were picked up, We Pack would not respond to e-mail or phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM. Most states have less than 100 interstate moving companies, Florida has over 1,300, a BIG RED FLAG! Company that picked up goods has not responded to phone calls or e-mails for claim for missing/damaged items. (Also from FL) I contacted We-Pack operations for weeks to get delivery date until 8/6 when they told me to call a completely different company other than We-Pack or the actual movers. Again, another company from FL.

Desired Outcome

Want explanation of why they contracted with unlicensed/uninsured moving company and want reply to claim for missing/damaged items.

We-Pack Moving sent me a quote to move my terminally ill brother and his wife from AZ to MI.
On the day the Apartment was to be packed up a different
On the day We-Pack Moving company with a firm quote was to pick up my Brothers stuff a different moving company showed up and announced they were hired by We-Pack Moving to move them. We never heard of these people before and since it was a day before my brother and his wife was to fly back to MI it was too late to deal with this company and and We-Pack Moving would not answer the phone.I also am the person that is paying for the move and it is clear this is a Bait and Switch Scam.

Desired Outcome

We-Pack Moving never announced anyone else was doing the move but them. I was given a firm quote for $6,000 and they accepted and sent me a firm quote as I requested. They sent another moving company in at the last minute to move when we had no other alternative. Now Move on Moving out of Las Vegas did the move and three days later sent me an invoice for $8,300.00 not $6,000 as quoted. I want my $2,300 returned to me as wrongfull advertising!

The Broker, We-Pack, has failed to reimburse me $250.00 for a shuttle fee that was not utilized during my move from Massachusetts to Arizona.
Used as a broker for my move to Arizona, We-Pack created a binding moving estimate, (Reference No: WXXXXXX) which included a shuttle fee of $250.00. This fee was necessary because trailer trucks are not allowed in the apartment complex. They are too large to fit in the parking area. It was necessary to off-load the furniture and boxes onto a smaller truck in order to deliver the goods into the complex.

The furniture and boxes were delivered during the evening hours of Saturday, September 29th, 2018. We-Pack was supposed to notify me within 24 hours that the furniture was due to arrive shortly the next day. This never occurred. The truck driver for One Way Van Lines LLC (***, ***. XXXXX) called and insisted on delivering our goods that Saturday. The only other option was to place our goods in storage until the following Monday and that would be an extra expense we didn't want. The result was that we agreed to the delivery Saturday evening.

When the truck arrived, the driver said he would have helpers with 2 pickup trucks to transfer our goods and deliver it into the apartment complex. The cost would be $350.00 cash. It was late and darkness had set in so we felt we had no choice. I agreed to pay them the extra because I assumed I would at least get my initial $250.00 back from We-Pack for this shuttle fee. (transfer fee).

My initial contact at We-Pack was with Caitlin Cato. I never spoke with her again after the initial contact. Subsequent contact was with *** and *** However, when I called to ask for my refund, I was forwarded to the Operations Team and forced to leave a voicemail. The response I received was letter containing "Claim Filing Process and Procedure" outlining the steps to file claim with One Way Van Lines. No other explanation was forthcoming in the letter or email. The steps to file included filling out the claim form in its entirety. Neither We-Pack or One Way Van Lines have responded to my requests via email and phone for the actual claim form in order for me to complete it.

My "claim" is with We-Pack because they initially charged me the extra $250.00. Communication at any point in the move was poor at best and they completely failed to notify me of delivery within 24 hours.

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement amounting to $250.00 for a shuttle fee that was not utilized. An alternate cash payment of $350.00 was made with the truck driver to ensure delivery on te day our furniture arrived, (September 29th, 2018)

I used the service to move from San Diego, CA to Hillsboro,OR. They can't tell me when my stuff will be delivered and changed the contract.
I purchased the service and they gave me an estimate over the phone on August 15th. To the best of my knowledge I told them what I had and got an estimate for $*** on account *XXXXXXX.
When the moving truck showed up on September 11, it was moveon movers. Not the company I hired. These guys told me you have twice as much as what you told us. I told them everything and I don't know how they measure cubic feet but the said your estimate was for*** cubic feet. you have *** cubic feet and our trucks are only *** cubic feet so we will need 2 trucks. As soon as I signed the contract they managed to fit everything in one truck with room to spare. My first red flag, but at that point I have no choice to change service, I have to be at my job the next week.
They told me my first available delivery day would be September 17th. We are on September 27th and every time I call they can't give me a delivery day.

Desired Outcome

I want my items delivered or at least to give me an date of delivery. I also want California to look at a bait and switch scam for this because this is exactly what I feel this was.

Theft of ***$.
On September 5, 2018, I contracted with We-Pack to move my belongings from Portage, MI to Barryton, Mi. The estimate number was ***. They were to move m passions from my house, store them for *** days, then move them to the final destination. They asked for and received $*** as a deposit. When I saw that they had not included some items on their form, I called them. That was the last time they would accept a call from me. Now every call goes straight to voicemail. The email is not real, and does not take messages. They did not call or show up on the day they said, nor their alternate day, which was the following day. On the second day, around 2:30pm in the afternoon, someone from there called and said they were having problems. I asked for a refund. Now I cannot reach them by any known means. My bank had restored my monies, due to the fraud, but asked me to file this complaint so that they might get their funds back.

Desired Outcome

Please refund my $***, as no service at all was rendered.

Company represented professional white glove pack and transport of valuable baby grand piano and 2 paintings. Company did not provide this service.
Booking the Move with WePack:
Reservations rep *** assured me that the move would be handled professionally. He said they move expensive pianos and artwork all the time and have the crews and the equipment to do so. He said they would crate the 2 large paintings and that the baby grand piano would be well wrapped and moved on a piano board. He told me that I did not need to purchase additional insurance as they are have $million insurance coverage for any damages. He said they have a fleet of *** of their own trucks and assured me in many emails that I would receive quality, professional service. I was quoted $*** and told I had to pay $*** as a deposit by check; $*** at pick up and $*** upon delivery. I paid the $*** deposit.

8/8/*8 - Moving Day
WePack brokered the move out to One Way Van Lines. I was contacted by their employee and gave him my tenant's contact number at the house. The tenant was called and given a 9-*0am window of time for the pick-up of the 2 paintings and the baby grand piano. Tenant was moving out of the house that day and was planning to be there from 9-*2 with a crew of movers/truck at $*** hr. At *0am, only 2 guys from WePack showed up to move a baby grand piano. Tenant at the house texted to say they had no piano dolly or piano board and asked his crew to help them move the piano which he refused. Tenant texted photos and said they are only wrapping in plastic wrap. I called WePack and spoke to *** in Operations who then called the One Way Van Lines dispatch manager *** said there were more guys on the way to help. At around noon, the tenant had to leave with his crew. I instructed *** to have his guys leave the paintings in the house and go. *** said I didn't have the right to give instructions as I was not on site. The tenant asked them to leave the property and then ordered them to leave. At that point they took the paintings and loaded them into the truck. The tenant then locked the door and called the police. The police showed up and escorted the movers off the property. I then spoke with *** and *** who assured me they would go back to the house next week with the correct manpower to move the piano and that they would crate and correctly pack the 2 paintings and the piano for the move to Texas. *** told me the tenant was a crazy it. He again stated that he would not leave the paintings per my request. On the day of the move and the following day (August 8 and 9) I sent emails to the original rep, *** to call me urgently. On the 9th. I also emailed that I wanted to hear back in 2 hours or I would file a police report for stolen paintings. Then I called *** and she assured me everything would be handled properly. She said my tenant had the bill of lading signed so there was nothing I could do and we had to move forward with the job. I told her that I wanted to speak to *** but she said he was busy taking new reservations and would not call me.

As they now had my paintings in their warehouse in Miami and would not refund the $***, I had no choice but to let them pick up the piano and move all the items. I had lost all confidence in their ability to do this safely so determined that I needed to have 3rd party insurance to cover the items in the event of damage. They suggested *** Insurance Co but *** would not insure the items as One Way Van Lines had been in business less than a year. I tried 4 other companies but none would insure the items because of One Way Van Lines' F rating. I determined that I did not want to proceed with moving my items for these reasons but WePack would not refund the deposit so I have no way to recoup the $***. They still have my paintings.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the $*** deposit and my paintings returned.

Unable to get our furniture back
I arranged with We Pack Moving to move from Massachusetts to Arizona and they brokered it out to TR Moving Systems. Our stuff was picked up on time with efficiency on April 26th and held in storage by TR Moving Systems. Our requested delivery date to TR Moving Systems, made on June 5th, was June 25th. However, TR Moving Systems has failed to pick up our stuff from storage or to provide us with a delivery date. TR Moving Systems contractually has a 30 day guarantee for delivery, which is long past. I have contacted them numerous times and every time have heard that my stuff will be picked up from storage that week. It is now August 3rd and I still have no expected delivery date. I also contacted We Pack Moving to ask them to negotiate with TR Moving Systems to help us get our stuff. I have heard nothing back from We Pack Moving.

Desired Outcome

We Pack Moving needs to address lack of delivery with TR Moving Systems
