I had my ducts cleaned today by Red River Furnace and Duct Cleaning One sales person spoke very fast, the other didn't speak at all They cleaned vents and ducts within an hour, including the sales pitch on why they had to charge me 50$ more for the second main hot air vent, even though they already quoted my price He then proceeded to "sell" an additional anti microbial spray because of "sticky" dust (which rubbed off with his finger) on the bottom of the main ducts...stating that they could potentially turn to mold and be hazardous I felt as though they walked in my home to take more money from me and not to do the job...despite already an agreed price, they were charging me more Not impressed and will never deal with this company again
The Red River Team is more knowledgeable than any other company I know when it comes taking care of duct cleaningTheir technicians are able to take care of the entire duct system, are friendly, helpful, and really want to make sure that they do whatever they can to make sure they do the best job possible
I had RRFDC come out to clean an extremely problematic dryer vent We had had this vent cleaned by different companies prior to this cleaning and neither one had done a complete through job The techs came and cleaned out the venting from the inside and then from the second floor outside vent However they couldn't get it completely cleaned out They came back and went into the attic opened the ducting found a massive blockage and cleaned it out Finally someone took the time to look at the situation and and figure out how to fix it The office staff was very easy to deal with as far as scheduling of appointments and notifications as to the ETA of the techs The techs themselves were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional I will be referring this company to all my relatives and friends
I had a great experience with this company! I found the office staff who set up my appointment to be knowledgeable and informative, and the technicians who came out to my home were kind, courteous, and kept me very involved in the cleaning procedure- while educating me at the same time! I can't believe how bad my ducts were100% would recommend to everyone I know!
