As was done in the past by Red River Furnace & Duct Cleaning, we had ducts cleaned, and this time, as well, had carpets cleaned in living/dining room and one small bedroom We were, as before, very pleased with the courteous, helpful, professional completion of both tasks We would most definitely call upon Red River services again in future and would highly recommend them to friends
The overall experience was great! The job turned out more expensive than we planned, but who knew our ducts had never been cleaned before? The guys were friendly, respectful and courteous and walked me through all the steps along the wayWould highly recommend to anyone looking for superior service

I had Red River clean the furnace and ducts of my parents They received excellent service that far exceeded the service previously received from competitors in the industry The prices were fair and the technicians were professional I would not consider going anywhere else Without question I would highly recommend Red River to family and friends
If you would ask me about the service provided by Brad and his assistant next year? I would say "Don't send me anyone but Brad and his assistant!" They were expert, thorough, polite attentive to all concerns. Thanks for sending us your best.
Awesome service! My partner and I were extremely happy with Red River, and we've already recommended them to several friends. The cleaners were professional and even took time to put our skittish dog at ease. We had tried another company but they took one look at our narrow basement stairwell and refused to do the service. But Red River found a way to do it with their machine. Once they were done we could feel that the air was clearer and more breathable in our 100-year old house. I shudder to think about what we were breathing in before! Overall, a super experience and highly recommended to all.

I had my ducts cleaned today by Red River Furnace and Duct Cleaning. One sales person spoke very fast, the other didn't speak at all. They cleaned 15 vents and 2 ducts within an hour, including the sales pitch on why they had to charge me 50$ more for the second main hot air vent, even though they already quoted my price. He then proceeded to "sell" an additional anti microbial spray because of "sticky" dust (which rubbed off with his finger) on the bottom of the main ducts...stating that they could potentially turn to mold and be hazardous. I felt as though they walked in my home to take more money from me and not to do the job...despite already an agreed price, they were charging me more. Not impressed and will never deal with this company again.
I had a great experience with this company! I found the office staff who set up my appointment to be knowledgeable and informative, and the technicians who came out to my home were kind, courteous, and kept me very involved in the cleaning procedure- while educating me at the same time! I can't believe how bad my ducts were. 100% would recommend to everyone I know!
