I had RRFDC come out to clean an extremely problematic dryer vent. We had had this vent cleaned by 2 different companies prior to this cleaning and neither one had done a complete through job. The techs came and cleaned out the venting from the inside and then from the second floor outside vent. However they couldn't get it completely cleaned out. They came back and went into the attic opened the ducting found a massive blockage and cleaned it out. Finally someone took the time to look at the situation and and figure out how to fix it. The office staff was very easy to deal with as far as scheduling of appointments and notifications as to the ETA of the techs. The techs themselves were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional. I will be referring this company to all my relatives and friends.

The Red River Team is more knowledgeable than any other company I know when it comes taking care of duct cleaning. Their technicians are able to take care of the entire duct system, are friendly, helpful, and really want to make sure that they do whatever they can to make sure they do the best job possible.

Phone estimate Carpets will cost $125 for steam cleaning and $223 for cleaning the entire furnace ducts. No big vacumm, no brushes, they used my furnace motor and furnace filter to collect the dust that was air whipped from the vents. $200 extra to fog ducts or allegedly leave them unhealthy, $125 extra for two extra mains in a 1000sf home. Cold water, no steam, no chemicals to clean our carpets. $100 extra for carpet brushing that does/did not work. I decline their $30 to refer them customers. $348 quote prior to work, $883 actual cost. Our house full of dust after their service, not at all happy.
