We are very happy with our experience in dealing with J&K They responded to our initial calls quickly and showed up, based on our availability, to review the work Joe listened to what we wanted, explained the work his crew would do and provided an estimate of the cost and for when the work could start (- weeks)
Joe called me the day before his crew was to arrive (within weeks) and reminded us of what preparations to make His crew arrived early, worked efficiently and did an exceptional job at completing the work When finished, they cleaned up the area, removing all traces of their presence
I received a follcall the day after work was completed, to check my satisfaction I did questions regarding the materials used in the installation and about a flood light that had not been installed to my expectations

Our insurance company sent out J&K for roof/siding repair on our house in Oct 2012. Joe [redacted] was the contractor. Everything went seamlessly and Joe went above and beyond, doing small jobs as they came up. He coordinated the painters, roofers and siding guys and was on site a good part of the time. If anything came up he promised to take care of it and he did! When we needed painting and a floor replacement this winter we called Joe [redacted] and he again took care of everything, checking in with us by phone and coming by frequently to check progress. All the prices were reasonable and when the project was done Joe came by one last time to make sure all the work had been done well and we were happy. I could not recommend Joe [redacted] at J&K Home Improvements more!!!!! I can't speak others that work there but if you need something call this company and ask for Joe [redacted]!!!!

J & K Home Improvement & Restoration quoted and completed the repair/replacement of vinyl siding and a roof system on my home in Minooka, Illinois during September of 2015. The J&K Service Writer for my job was John [redacted].
I have experience in home improvement, repair, and evaluation. I have waited to write this review until now to fully evaluate the quality of work, responsiveness, and customer service experienced with J&K and in particular John [redacted]. I can say with no hesitation that I am very pleased with both quality of work, responsiveness, and customer service. John [redacted] was extraordinary to work with from the initial quote, through the completion of the job, and subsequent issue resolution.
I own other property and have had work performed by other companies. I have experienced poor quality of work, poor customer service, poor responsiveness, and no issue resolution from these other companies. Issues with these companies have ranged from over billing, refusal to correct issues, poor workmanship, and fraudulent work practices.
I experienced none of these issues with J&K. Quite to the contrary, my experience with J&K and John [redacted] was the most satisfactory relationship I have experienced with any company/contractor. There were some minor issues with installation on my job. I called John [redacted] to report the issue, which resulted in an immediate response by a repairman who resolved the issue.
I will use J&K for future jobs based on my experience with John [redacted] and have/will recommended them to others.
