We have issued a full months credit to Mr. [redacted] account. We have also forwarded the issue to our head technician to resolve ASAP.

I will not be using this internet service ever again, I want a refund of those four days, I live in a retirement community not a resort.  I want a full refund not a credit for future use.

Actually I did not get a response from [redacted] UNTIL I submitted the complaint.  I tried daily to get this resolved...

for over a month before I resorted to making the complaint.  I emailed, called, and basically begged for them to do something about this issue which is still unresolved.  I am supposed to be getting 24 mbs and as you can see by the attached screenshot I am only getting just over 6 now.  So saying that it was resolved prior to the complaint is untrue and continues to remain an issue.  They are however slowly working on it.  I just want the service that I am offered and paying for.Thank you

any streaming service as it  will not work as there is not enough bandwidth to do so. The network is only able to have you check your email and browse the internet. Please let us know if you would like to continue your Jabba service.Thank you,Jabba Communications

On December 2, 2015 a credit of $59.95 was given and Ms. [redacted]'s Antenna was repositioned. We consider this case closed as the issue has been resolved.

It is not about the money; it is about Jabba delivering internet service without interruption.  Can you report to the Revdex.com that any statement I have made is untrue and that Jabba has and is supplying dependable service that your customers here can and have always been able to “access our email accounts and surf the web” on a daily basis?  Jabba has a real problem here at Riverside RV and the problem needs to be fixed.  Even Jay has told me that a problem exists with your WIFI provider and that you were still in negotiations. Fix our problems and I will report you’re the best Internet company in Arizona.  By the way, where did I get this information about Jabba? “Providing Internet service at your resort is no longer an added benefit, it is now a requirement. Users no longer just wanting to check emails they needed to stream videos, use video chat and VOiP. Most importantly they want the ability to use these applications without hassle and are demanding easy, affordable and dependable service.  Our networks are designed for ALL users to seamlessly stream movies, video chat and use VoIP.”
I will accept last month’s payment and I will continue the service because I have no other choices. Fact. today is the April 7th and we have lost your internet signal five times in four days and these were reported.

On Thursday February [redacted] Communication performed a system upgrade. Our network was offline for a few hours as the upgrade was taking place. Ms. [redacted]'s phone calls were returned, her payment was returned and she was back online as soon as the upgrade was completed.

A Handshake with Rich and Jay for a position sealed the deal. Following day for unknown reasons, received an email for the office canceling the deal. Inquired for direct confirmation from Rich or Jay, not a peep received. If this is an indicator of normal business operations, OMG.

Fix your crappy software so words don't break up when they wrap into the next line, you illiterate parasite.

Jabba has NO Internet service. Jabba has NO Customer Support. They do not answer telephones. They do NOT answer emails. They do NOT return calls or messages. They do NOT keep appointments. They DO sit around snorting junk food, with their big feet up on their big desks, counting their ill-gotten booty from naïve, trusting senior citizens.

The only way these worthless, lazy creeps will respond is if you make your complaint public. They are illiterate and operate without a moral compass.

Want a job with Jabba? Demonstrate your ability to be a sociopath and you'll get hired faster than you can slap a tick.

Jabba is a major ripoff. We pulled into an RV park and their WiFi worked the first day--long enough to sign up with them for month. The service quickly deteriorated. I could see four of their WiFi radios on my computer, but couldn't connect to any of them. It wasn't just slow -- I couldn't connect.

Called customer service. The tech eventually said he'd have to "send it to higher support". They finally called back after almost a week. We'd been there for almost two weeks with no internet. When the higher level tech found out we were only there for another two weeks, he said it wasn't worth fixing.

Called again and asked for a refund. The agent said he couldn't issue a refund, he could only cancel our service. He would have to send my request to billing and they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. They never called.

The agent did tell me that the higher level tech had noted that we needed an outside antenna which would cost a $75 service fee. At least tech was honest when he said it wasn’t worth fixing.

Don’t trust Jabba. It’ll work until paid for then it quits.
