On the 10/20/20 at 9:03 pm, I purchased Janice Hydro Boost Collagen for $7.95 which Popped up as a CVS ad on my phone, However few minutes after that I found out that this website looked suspicious and I requested to cancel the order at 9:27 pm. Never got any emails for cancellation of the order got charged $7.95 and then two weeks later I received the product. On 12/12/20 my credit card was charged $111.90 for Jad healthy life, I had no idea what I was charged for there was no subscription plans or services and never received any product from this company and I contacted my bank to dispute this charge.

Desired Outcome
I would like this company to refund $111.90 back to me.

I recently ordered a free trial from this company and declined monthly subscription. Now they keep charging my credit card!
Please help! On September 6th I ordered a free trial from the Lancee perfector company and declined their monthly subscription at that time. Now they are charging my credit card $120 x 2 for something I declined! I have sent them 3 emails stating I did not order these or authorize the charges and to please cancel these orders and refund my credit card $240. I have not received a response from this company and they keep charging my account, once on 9/18 and then again in 9/19. Order numbers are as follows *** and *** I was in bed sleeping at the time they charged my account so I was not able to authorize these charges! I can not afford these charges and do not need this ruining my credit! I'm not sure what to do because I've never had anything like this happen before. I appreciate any help you can assist with me in getting a refund for these unauthorized charges and any information that may help prevent further unauthorized charges!!! Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results.

Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her trial on September 6,2020 - and once the trial period ended, Ms. was billed the retail price of the product that was sent to her. We have not received any contact from Ms. and did not know that she wants to cancel her subscription. We can affirm that her subscription with us has been cancelled. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. Her account was refunded a total of $239.70. Ms. is also is not required to return any products she received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to post in the account where the funds were debited. I would like to first thank you for your help with this matter. I have read the response from the company involved in my complaint.
I am pleased that they refunded the money to my account. Though, I do not agree with all of their response. They started charging my account 12 days after I purchased the free trial, not 14 days as was stated. I was also under the presumption that I declined their monthly subscription at the time of purchase for the free trial.
Also, I sent them three emails and not once did I receive a response. In fact until I contacted the Revdex.com and filed my complaint and the Revdex.com got involved did I hear from this company. And that was after the Revdex.com contacted them with my complaint. I feel their advertising is misleading and I hope they will correct this and be more forthcoming with future advertisement. I have seen several complaints about this company on the internet and realize I have learned a valuable lesson in all this... if it sounds too good to be true, then it most likely is not!!!
Once again, thank you for helping me with this matter. I greatly appreciate it!

I am not familiar with this company at all but when I checked my bank statement there was a charge for $111.98. This transaction happened on July 18th
I have not received any products from this company and I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge. And since I never received any product or service from them I have no documentation to supply other than my bank statement which shows the charge being there on July 18th of this year

I was going through my bank statement and saw there was a charge made on my credit/debit card for $103.95.
I called the customer service and spoke with a agent I told her I didn't purchase anything and I never received any thing either. I told her I needed a refund because I don't what I purchased. She claimed that I ordered the product on August 6th. The money was taken on August 19th which to me doesn't make sense why It took them almost took 2 weeks to take the amount of $103.95. She kept telling me that I could sign for auto shipment.

I would like to get my money back. I never ordered anything specially not knowing what the product is I tried to look up on the web and there is no information.

Both numbers lead to same recording and phone tree. One agent 411 sent me to another after escalating. Agent 0113 told me same thing "all sales are final" and although they had notes I cancelled on July 21 it must have been after I was charged. I told them about the cancellation email and they didn't want a copy of it. I havent even the recieved the product and asked to send back unopened for refund. They said I coud return it but could not get a refund. They insisted I accepted the charges. I did not.
While I was discussing the issue with agent, I heard other people in background and assumed it was a loud overseas call center, but then a child came right up to agent and began to speak. I asked her if I heard a child where she said yes and she was at home. I asked for her manager to Express my displeasure in my secure credit card and address information being able to be viewed by other people other than the agent. I was told the call could go no further. I asked her to put in the notes that a child was in background. She told me she wouldnt. Although they supposedly had notes from my last call about my cancellation she could not put in my notes a concern about the child not being asked to leave and my private information being viewed. The supervisor finally said they would make the note and abruptly hung up. I called back and talked with agent 411 again where she looked and no notes were made, but then argued that I was crazy to be concerned about security breach because it was "only a child." I was not done speaking about this concern where she yelled loudly that I approved the charges. I wasnt calling about that.

Desired Outcome

I want them to refund both charges for Amazin brain and Omega Amazin. I want them to not falsely advertise free samples and to change their security policies.

According to the company's response, I am "outside the trial period and not eligible for a refund." However, my initial purchase was on 7/6/2020 and the additional $103 was charged to my account on 7/16/2020, which is only 10 days and not after the 14 day trial period as the company states. The company also has my initial purchase date listed as 7/3/2020, stating that they "allow customers to try the full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days." Again, the $103 was charged to my account on 7/16/2020, so that was only 13 days after my initial purchase.
In addition, the company states that I never reached out to customer service. I could not due to the fact that no information was provided for customer service department for neither a telephone number nor email address. There is also NO information available when you Google the company.
Again, I expect a refund of my $103. Based on the numerous complaints, I'm sure the others who were scammed would like their money back, as well.

This company has charged me for an item that I did not order. . Have not received the order but still am charged for it,could not cancel it
I looked at this item on line and thought I would order Filled out info and then cancelled after I saw all the complaints.I see that they have numerous complaints so this must be a real rip off company. Horrible company, who steels your money by trapping you with a "free" item and charge you later without your approval. They told me nothing they claimed they did. The fact that they are still open as a company is a shame to our regulation and law system!!

We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a trial period. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Lancee Perfector product trial on 6/16/2020 - and once the trial period ended,

Ms. card was billed the retail price of the products she received

Once again I never receive any product from they

The person I spoke to cancelled all orders on the same day 06/29/2020 as seem in the above Emails I send 07/15/2020. Never receive any thing from this company.So how can all sales be final ! When I didn't receive any product .Never receive (2) 30 days trail supply cream ,and they actually debit my account 14 days later for full price I'm entitled to a full refund of $206.90.

If there a class action lawsuit against this company I would like to be involve

There laws protecting the consumer from being scam

Didn't get the product in time to cancel subscription. False advertising about the free trial, later charged 103 to my account that I did not authoriz
Called company to cancel order and the gave me the run around, want to make sure this company gives me my money back and no longer charges my account

After reviewing the customers account, There has not been any billing other than the shipping charges ($7.95 twice) for the products. All attempts were blocked by her Credit Card Company for the billing of the products after the trial ended. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and can assure the customer that the account is cancelled and no further charges will be billed.

Never received product. They agreed to cancel my subscription and to refund two charges of $103.95 but now refuse to return one of the payments.

Signed up for free sample and never received.
$103.95 was charged to my card the next month. Again, I never received the product. I called to cancel the subscription and they said it was too late to refund. They said I only had 60 days to get a refund. The charge was on my card on April 20th. I called them on this the first time on or about June 5th. The next month my card was again charged $111.95. Again, I never received the product. I called again and talked to various Reps. They agreed to refund $103.95 of the $111.95 and if I cancelled the dispute on my card and if my Bank would call them, they would refund the first $103.95. My Bank said they do not call Companies. So, I told them I cancelled the dispute but the Bank does not call Companies, however the Bank did send information to them that my dispute had been cancelled. I also have a Bank letter that I told them I could send, but they still have a ridiculous request that my Bank call them on a three way call. Now they tell me my case has been sent to a Management Team and I would get a call within 48 hours. After 4 days I called again and they have no record of my last call and again said my case would go to a Mgmt. Team and they still want the Bank to call them.

Thank you to the Revdex.com for your assistance in getting my complaint resolved.
JAD did not provide the product to me but charged my card for two months and would not refund the charges.
I am totally satisfied with the results because Revdex.com got JAD to refund the full charges except shipping, when I had tried for three months to get my refund.

I sent an e mail to discontinue product and gou charged me again and didn't cancel it.
I tried the accubrain trial and didn't know about the 30 days and was charged. On may 21 I sent an email to discontinue sending me it and got charged again. This was after I found out I got charged that day. So I got charged for the next month. No replies from you guys on the email. I called and 2 people hung up and lied to me saying that I didn't email when I have the snapshots to prove it. What practice is this I understand the first month I should be charged for, but the next no. I want a refund period.

In our trial terms is states:
In-Trial Offer Cancellations: When a customer decides not to continue their use of the product, they are required to cancel within 14 days from the date of order to avoid the completion billing of $103.95 (USD) and enrollment in the monthly replenishment program. The monthly program delivers a replenishment of product every thirty (30) days at the same low price of $103.95 (USD). We recommend that all trial order cancellations be made two (2) days prior to the trial end date by calling 1-888-256-5001. ONLINE CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON TRIAL ORDERS TO ENSURE CANCELLATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED PRIOR TO YOUR TRIAL END DATE.
I am very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has cause the customer, but we had no idea of his intentions. I have cancelled his account and there will be no further billing or shipments.

I had sent you guys an email to customer support. To cancel that was my intention. If it was every 30 days why did you guys charge me 40 days later and I did not receive anything for over 40 days. So according to your 30 days why would it take so long? Also I never said I wanted Omega fish oil which was an additional 100 dollars. You need to respond to emails as it states customer support. Ot lie and say they never got them.What does that mean customer support mean? online or not.I dont know how many times I've had customer support hang up on me.

You guys never specified that I couldn't do that online through email period. Furthermore when I called 3 times they said they never got an email. Stop with the lying.do I need to bring the screenshots of the calls to? Why would you guys have so many complaints filed seems like dirty business tactics. You also had called me to see if I was interested in it. But never told me about how I needed to cancel. You did not follow guy your 30 days anyways. As I said I never wanted the omega fish oil either. I called 3 times and you say I never called again a lie. With all these lies and charging me on separate dates way further apart from the so called 30 days.

I forgot to leave out this was AFTER the 14 days not before with the email I sent. So its irrelevant to the trial.I said I dont mind the first charge but the other 2 one of which I never asked for at anytime your going to need to give that back. I emailed then called and tried to cancel and you guys supposedly said I didn't send one and your saying I didn't call. I have the dates in the documents to prove both wrong so quit playing the games or trying to spin things the jig is up. Quit trying to fight it because I'm not going to stop. Quit being theives

I did not complete yhe transaction and the company charged me anyway with no way to even contact them listed and no email sent to me either.
Today, 6/7/2020 I saw a free trial for an item to help with adhd and brain focus etc. I entered my info including card number in to try this item. I hit next to go to the next phase of the checkout process and another item added with no opt.out option. That item was an omega pill and then a 3rd item being a hemp cream for 39.95 and no opt out there either. I became upset that it was adding things to my cart or what I believed to be my cart and I tried to back out and wasnt going to purchase any of it. I backed up and it took me out of the whole purchasing process and left me with no way to find a customer service number. I immedaiately checked my card to make sure that since I backed out and didnt hit complete transaction that I wasnt charged. However I was for 2 charges of 7.95 from what appeared to be 2 different companies. I called my bank card customer service number. They told me a phone number listed. Turns out to be a sex phone line. I eventually located by google a company name and number on the Revdex.com website. I dont even know if its the right contact number. I tried to call they cant locate an account so it may not be. But I have no way to prevent further charges to my card unless I cancel and get a new one. This is a total inconvenience but this is the company listed as charging onenof the 7.95 trial fees. And they were not helpful at all in helping me or cancelling the charge. In a number of days I will be charged more and more money as this is what these scammer companies do.

Desired Outcome

I want the 7.95 for each of the 2 charges refunded or not posted to my account and i want no further charges from this business or any free trial offers associated with this company. In my mind if the offers are bulked together that way then it should be handled by this company entirely. 2 companies should not be charging for things in the same order. This is horrible business practices and scams people out of money. They do this in hopes nobody will notice the charges until they have already successfully taken hundreds from their accounts. I noticed and i want it rectified and any further things ceased because if i did not authroize payment and complete the transaction then i shouldnt be charged or locked into any future contracts. Entering my card number should not mean i am charged. I still have the choice of stopping the transaction beforenit is complete. They just took my card info and charged it even though i didnt complete it. Thats morally wrong also. Its like theft. They dont give you a choice of items they just keep adding in items and locking you into ridiculous payment plans and scamming you out of hundreds even thousands these places should be shut down

Upon locating an account, we can confirm that one charge of $7.95 was refunded back on June 8, 2020 and a refund confirmation email was sent. As for the other charge of $7.95, due to a dispute being filed on it, we are unable to credit that transaction back. In addition, we can confirm that we are unable to place an order on behalf of a customer, unless a customer enters and submits their card information, it is not possible for an order to be placed. The final step of submitting an order is entering the card information in and once submitted there is no option to back out of the order unless you call into customer service. The contact information was provided in the confirmation email sent over once the order was placed, but it is out of our power to place an order for a customer from their PC. We hope this settles any accord you may have with our company.

I want to know why the other charge can not be refunded as they were both disputed with the bank. And I was not was not given contact info as I did not recieve an order confirmation via email. I did not complete an order that would be why I would say. I immediayely called my bank to ensure that when I backed out it didnt charhe me and my bann gave the contact info listed on the charges. One phone number led to a sex line and I had to google the company to find a suitable number of contact. This business is absolutely lying about hoe they handled this situation and they arent very reliable and are definitely not about customer service. These kind of free trial offers and pages without carts or options to remove items that just take card info and charge you repeatedly are scams. Period!
