We have located an account and can confirm the account was already cancelled and refunded as of May 28, 2020. Upon further review of the account, we can confirm the website does in fact exist for the product purchased and we show that the order was made via an email received through the email address on file. Since Ms. confirmed she received email correspondences from us, we can verify that it was in fact done via her email she clicked on to place this order on her Galaxy Note 10.

I recently tried ordering Amazin Brain for $7.95. the site charged me $55.38. I was furious. Tried to stop payment but they took it out right away.
They charged me 39.95 for some new keto wadin. I don't even know what that is. Sw trans natural and a jad trans both at 7.95. I just need my money bk

The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results.
Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Amazin Brain trial on May 24, 2020. We have no record of Ms. reaching out to us to resolve at any time for a cancellation. After looking into the additional transaction amounts, I can confirm that upon placing the order for the Amazin and Omega Brain, that Ms. also opted in for a promotional offer of our First Choice Cream. Ms. is able to opt out of any offer she does not want, this item was selected for purchasing and was on the order total before checking out and submitting credit card information. Ms. was sent an order confirmation email at the time of placing her order with contact information to cancel. Ms. was sent an email explaining the trial was expiring. The transaction is a 3DS charge and therefore Ms. also received an email stating she can cancel anytime and that we received consent for the charges posted due to the chargeback prevention on those 3DS transactions. At this time, we are unable to process any refunds on the account. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience.

They said I never contacted them.... How the *** was I supposed to contact them to cancel if I don't even know what the *** it was for. I didn't know where or what website is it was on. There was no contact us info it was just taking money out my card. So I cancelled my card. That's probably why they responded bc I cut my card off and now they want to reply. They charged me $262 since May 25th. $55 on the 25th of may,; 103.95 on the 6th and 102.95 on the 7. They're a tricky website & scammers. IDC what they offer jacking people for their money is unacceptable. I know I must not be the only person complaining about this websites. I need my money reimbursed stat...

I never ordered a trial of their product and never received a product but there is an unauthorized charge with my bank for $7.95 from the company.
This company charged me for and enrolled me in some type of subscription. I was charged $7.95 for a trial of their product which I did not authorize or receive. I have emailed, to no avail..I have also called. The company website says you can call 24hrs a day but, when you do, there is strange music with a message saying it is after hours.

I want the company to refund my money and cancel whstever membership or subscription they believe I enrolled in.

No stars for this company, but the Revdex.com forces me to give 1. Absolutely prey on consumers. They violate many of the unfair, deceptive and abusive provisions of the Dodd-Frank and FTC Acts. They don't send the product. They charge your account because of "non cancellation after 14 days". This was a "free trial". No indication that there was a subscription. They will not refund money. Not only did we cancel, which I doubt they will honor, we cancelled our credit card to avoid future charges. We also filed a dispute with our bank to see if we can get a refund.

This company needs to be investigated for their business practices.

Order free trial cream from JAD TRANS SMART 4/20/20. No product. On 5/7/20 $103.95 was taken from my account by JAD TRANS SMART
I ordered a free trial on Lance Perfector cream by paying $7.95 shipping. No product sent. I replied to order confirmation order *** Number 3D about how to track delivery. No reply from company. On 5/18/20 discovered JAD TRANS SMART had deducted $103.95 from bank account on 5/7/20. I have called and emailed but get no response.

Refund the bank card and stop billing bank card.

I did not receive ANY product. Since they took my money they need to send the product. There was no mention of having to cancel. Not on the Facebook "free trial" ad nor vocally on the phone call to try their product.

The terms of the trial offer are required to be accepted before completeing the order and the terms will go over the details of the trial offer. As far as speaking to anyone, we have no record of Ms. ever reaching out to customer support via phone or email. We can however confirm that she made her order from her Galaxy J3, all orders can not bypass the terms as they pop up when checking the box that you accept.

Tried 2 call phone number on packing slip call wouldn't go though .
Ordered 1 product on 5-7-20 which I have never gotten & pd shipping said was a trial offer & then showed another product which I didn't know u was going 2 get if u ordered first product & no way 2 cancel that I saw . Now they r trying 2 charge me $103.95 4 something I haven't ever gotten nor chance 2 even cancel which I would have . I have filed a notice with my bank that charge is not 2 b pd . Because I ever got product they claim I got & since I didn't I had no way or phone 2 cancel. I tried 2 call number which I found on internet that didn't work . They are lying & I would never order anything from this crooked company & will tell anybody who asks .

The company daciahealth.com has stolen 103.00 from my bank account.
Has taken money from my bank account without authorization. I never signed up for any subscriptions I never signed up for any money to be taken out of my account. I did a survey for CVS pharmacy and was offered a reward of a discount and then all I had to pay was 795 I never described or authorized any other money to be taken from my account and now they are trying to take $103 play Stay have succeeded in and another company they are associated with is trying to take $102.95. 'OMEGABARTON.COMTRIAL HUNTINGTON NYUS' but they have not succeded in taking this 102.00 yet. They continue every night around 3 am to try to collect this money I did not authorize. I have never even receive any products from them. That 103.00 was all I had left to my name and they have taken it. I want my money back.

SCAM: order sample for $7.95 shipping to try. Charged $103.95 from bank account without authorization.
I ordered Amazin Brain after viewing an online banner ad online. The ad read to order said product sample at a cost of $7.95 shipping and handling. When the product arrived I took dosage as said and immediately had stomach problems. I did not take anymore but kept the remaining incase health problems arise at a later date. Days after receiving the product I received a call from someone asking me if I received "a" product I ordered. I had ordered numerous items from other companies so I was not sure of what she was referring to. I asked her of ehat she referred to - then she said Healthy Life. I told her I received the Amazin Brain. She then asked me how much I paid or it and I told her $7.95. She abruptly hung-up without saying anything else. That was a month ago in March. This month in April almost three weeks later a withdrwal of $103.95 was taken from my bank account. This is an unauthorized withdrawal. I have tried to contact them but it is after hours. I will try tomorrow but after checking the Revdex.com I wanted to file now because of all the prior same complaints.

Desired Outcome

Have them refund my account of the $103.95. And, for the disloyalty, fraud, and scamming practices, headache and stomach ache you and your company has caused; refund my $7.95 for shipping. After all of these complaints of the same thing I don't know why your still in business!

Our ordered a sample of the product for $7.95 told him I was not interested in each subscription at that time 12 days later they charged my account $102.95 and $99.95 I called them up they said they could only give me a 50% discount I want my money back

We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our product for free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel your trial, once expired, you are billed the retail price of the product as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days.
Even though he accepted a 50% partial refund, as a one time courtesy, we are refunding him in full.
He may expect the refunds of $51.48 and $49.98 within the next 7-10 business days.

I will accept the response simply because they have finally refunded me, but they are lying saying I never spoke to them, a lady from the company called, and when I explained I would never have signed up for a subscription to a product I can't afford! There was NO mention on the "free trial" that it was actually a subscription or HOW MUCH it would be. Plus I never received the product for the "trial" to begin with. When I explained this on the phone and that I wanted a refund the woman got nasty told me I wouldn't be liable for anything then, and HUNG UP ON ME. 2 days later the company attempted to charge me AGAIN for ANOTHER 103.95 on the same card! Thanks god I canceled it. Now that they've refunded me, fine, I don't EVER want to see this company again on my card statements or for ANY reason. Thank you Revdex.com for handling this complaint. If I need I can go get screenshots off of my old phone.

I did the free trial for this companies Amazin Brain and OmegBrain. I paid the $7.99 shipping fee for each product and then I followed the very easy to follow terms and agreement. I called customer service and canceled the auto ship program for both products and agreed to a one time charge of $39.99 for the products. I am very pleased with this company.

I ordered amazin brain a few weeks ago. JadTrans and WillowTHealthy have tried taking over $100 from my account several times. I didn't subscribe.??
I ordered Amazin Brain a few weeks ago and I keep receiving notifications from my bank that Jad Trans Health and Willow T Healthy Muscle are trying to take $102-$103 from my account. This was just a trial offer and I didn't not subscribe to a membership. I am very upset about this. It needs to be stopped. I'm a single mother working in a Deli to raise 4 daughters alone. I can't afford to lose money to scammers.

I accepted a "free" offer for product that helped brain function for $7.95 postage then $103.95 & $102.95 was debited from my bank on 3/19 & 3/26
This was supposed to be a sample and I did not sign up for any further deductions from my bank account and have NOT received any further products fro them. There was nothing in their mailing of the sample to advise that I would be getting any further debits if I did not respond or notify them. I am 75 years old and on Social Security and I cannot afford over $200 being debited from my bank each month. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I don't know how to contact this company to make them stop!!

The same thing happened to me that happened with ***. I contacted JAD Health and they cancelled my subscription (which I had not signed up for or agreed to) and refused to give a refund for the products I haven't used and want to return. This should be illegal! TOTAL SCAM!! AVOID!!!

Horrible company! I canceled the so called membership with in the 14 day trial period. Then I see a charge from them on my credit card. I called and tried to get them to reverse it they said we have no record of you ever calling!!!!!! They lied and my stupid Capitol one credit company let the charge stand. They wanted a paper trail ??? There is no paper trail with these phone transactions. Do not ever call these theives

I think this company is a RIP off .I will not order anything from them again they sent me a sample for me to try and that's what I thought it was until 5 days later and they took 102.95 off my card I do not want the product and I never received anything other than the sample so I called cancelled my order and was told no refund. I didnt know it had on there u had 5 days so I had to cancel my card and he said they couldn't send me my money back .so if I dont want product or I havent even gotten it why should I get charged for it that's not very good business most companys give u at least a warranty 30 -60 days for full refund ...I am not happy about this and all he kept saying was we dont do refunds . And I said I havent received product and dont want it ..
