JAD Trans Health not only charged me $7.95 for my pre trial order but also withdrew $99.95 and $102.95 from my bank account, never authorized by me!
After ordering pre-trial samples of Ultra SK eye restoration and facial moisturizer for $7.95 I noticed that JAD Trans Health had not only charged my bank account for the $7.95 sample but also withdrew $99.95 and $102.95 = $218.80 from my bank account on 11/11/19. I did not order any other products or authorize any other charges from this so called company. I am currently working with my bank to resolve this issue and get my money (210.65) credited back to my account. This is theft, fraud and a total ripoff!!

Desired Outcome

I don't want an apology from JAD Trans Health I want them to return the money, $210.65 they stole from me as soon as possible. I wish I had checked with the Revdex.com before I ordered anything from these scammers! I'm on a fixed income. I can't afford to lose this much money and just let this go.

Purchased shipping for free sample and got charged $220 bucks!
I paid for shipping for a free sample of a product and no where obvious was anything listed that I was signing up for any kind of membership. within a month and a half I noticed two $110 dollar charges on my account that I did not know what they were from. I called the number and got an overseas helpdesk and pulled up my "account" from my name and zip code. They told me that since I had not returned the free sample I was agreeing to paying $110 for it and it signed me up for monthly shipments. I asked that they cancel my account which after offering me various levels of discount they finally did. Then I asked how I could return the product that was shipped two days before because I did not want it. and I was informed "all sales are final" This is not something I wanted or feel that I knowingly agreed to purchase. This is clearly designed to do exactly what it did to me and should be illigal t onot provide any kind of return option in situations like this.

Desired Outcome

I would be willing to ship the product back at my expense for a refund.

After reading through Mr. ***'s complaint, we would like to apologize for the confusion. We have a monthly subscription program in which our customers are given 14 days to try the full-sized product to decide if they like it or not. After the trial period has ended, they are then charged for the product in their possession and added to our monthly membership. Our terms and conditions are listed on our site but we are sorry if he did not see them upon placing his order. Mr. card has been issued a refund in the amount of $110.90. This is not a problem, however, we have cancelled his subscription with us. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused.

Desired Outcome

When I have called my bank to make a refund dispute they went ahead & Refunded my purchase which Trans heath said the already saw that I have made a claim refund already again. After my account were discontinued as Trans Heath revised onto myself. My bank recieved back a dispute from Trans health & sent back the refunded money back onto the Trans Heath Merchants. So Trans Heath told they can not refund back the money if your bank has sent back the refunded money & if I have already made a dispute for my bank to refund & the refund were already recieved from my side. So my bank told me they can not do anything more after the dispute were lost & the money were send back onto the merchant. And to call the merchant or file a complaint with Revdex.com.org. Because the merchant is not sending myself back the discontinued membership purchase of $99.95 . Again because the merchant said they can not refund if a the purchase as already been sent back onto my bank account & to call my bank & tell them, they can not do anything more for myself if the have sent their company the money that has been already refunded back into my bank account. It's for the bank to dispute the money from the merchant . My bank says sense the dispute were lost they can not refund the purchase back into my account to call the merchant. & if the merchant does not want to forward back the purchase as they are suppose to that i am to receive refund to, to make a complaint to Revdex.com.org . The merchants says they can not make refund on a dropped membership if it has been refund already back to the bank & the bank sent back to Tran Heath .

After reviewing Mr.' complaint we want to apologize for any inconvenience. We have an abundance of customers who understand our terms upon placing their order and see great benefits from using our products. If you do not cancel your trial, once expired, you are billed the retail price of the product as well as enrolled in our monthly subscription that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days.
Upon looking over Mr.' account with us we can confirm that he started his trial with us on September 1, 2019. When his trial ended on September 15, 2019, he was charged the retail price for the product shipped to him for $102.95. Our records indicate that unfortunately Mr. didn't call us to request a refund until after filing a dispute on the charges, which freezes his account on our end prohibiting us from issuing any refunds; this is to prevent unintentional fraud by our customers who might then receive a reimbursement from both our company and their financial institution. Due to having lost his bank dispute, we are unable to issue any credit back since we won the charge back case already. Furthermore, we can confirm that Mr.' account with us is cancelled so he will not receive any further shipments or orders from us.

Saw advertisement for free sample of their eye cream and facial cream to try, just pay shipping and handling. I payed then they charged my card 200.00
I did not authorize or consented this company to debit my card for something they said was free samples. They are a fraudulent company and they need to be shut down. I'm a 64 year old lady on a fixed income and I need all of my money. What was advertised was free samples all you had to do was pay for shipping and handling, which I did for 15.00 for 2 samples. Now my account has been charged twice, one for 99.95 and a second charge for 102.95. I'm so upset with this company ripping honest people off. I'm doing a dispute with my bank, I had to close my account and get another card so this company doesn't charge anything else on my account. They need to be shut down and return monies back to people. I hope this helps others from dealing with Jad Trans Health for getting any products from them

I need my money refunded to me. I did not authorize this company to charge my debit card 200.00 for a product that was supposed to be free with just paying for shipping and handling charge. I'm a senior citizen and they ripped me off

Charged twice for item that I did not authorize.
10/18/2019 item was for shipping charge for Omega Fusion otc product that wasn't authorize to do
This was purchased thru a website phone numbers 8007329211 and 8002935960 shows on bank statement as Jad Trans Health, Avondale, Az but main co. is in Florida. Please just list this as a heads up to other customers wantin to only try 1 item because regardless of what you only authorize they will bill for 2 I finally ot them to refund my 2nd shipping chare by threatening to go to the police

They were very rude and refused to refund my $102.95. As I said they advertised this as a 'Free' trial. They knew it wasn't a free trial and charged me 102.95 on the 5th day after receiving the product. This is clearly a scam!

Although they tried to scam me and refused to refund $102.95 I accept the outcome. Thanks to the Revdex.com I got my money back. The real issue was they presented the supplements as a free no risk trial for the cost of shipping and handling. Their were no terms and conditions on the website I ordered from or in the confirmation emails. Nor with the product packaging. It was very deceptive and wrong. All that being said I got my money back. That's all I was trying to do.

I ordered the sample of Reviva Brain + Omega Fusion and charged at 9/13/2019 $7.95 and 7.95 for each product from my Master Card.
Today I found out that the you company had, without my permission or knowledge automatically enrolled me and charged from my card $102.95. The you company has automatically enrolled them in a bogus and unauthorized order.
I canceled these unauthorized "subscriptions" in JAD TRANS HEALTH today and I 'd like to cancel the same "subscriptions" in you company too.

Additional charges after free shipment
On 9/3 I ordered a free trial bottle of Memory boosters with the names President Trump and Steven Hawking as users. I received the bottle a week later, but it appears not to have any effect.
On 9/15 my bank informed me that they had tried to withdraw $102.95 from my account but the Bank rejected the transaction. There was nothing in writing about any future payments the only thing I have is the Avondale address. My card has been cancelled.

No Contact. Reading your review was enough plus my bank spotted it. Silly me!

I just did not see the terms of agreement and with the merchandise had only been received after 9 days I would have had only 5 days to evaluate which was not possible so the response is fine.

I was charged twice on my credit card without my consent. Shows up on my card statement as JAD HEALTHY LIFE 8002935960 AZ.
Back on March 1 I agreed to receive a FREE offer of Ultra-SK face cream *** Description: Ultra SK Facial Moisturizer Pallet:XXXXXX) and only pay shipping & handling of $7.95. There was nothing indicating that I would be charged any additional amount or be signed up for recurring shipments. On 5-2-19 I received another package in the mail (order#XXXXXXXX, order date 4-15-19, *** I was confused. I had already received the free trial offer and didn't understand why I was receiving another one. So, I decided to check my credit card statement. I then found that I was charged $110.90 on 4-15-19 by JAD HEALTHY LIFE 8002935960 AZ. What?! So, I continued looking at charges on my credit card and found that they also charged me $102.95 on 3-15-19. Are you kidding me?! So, I immediately called the number on the packing list for Customer Support (888-256-5001). By the way, the box only included a Packing Slip, not a Invoice or Receipt. The packing slip does not show that anything has been charged. When I called, the person on the phone (Agent *** says, I am sorry you misunderstood, but it was only a 14 day trial and then you would be charged the full amount of the product. There was never any indication of this in the marketing or the forms that I completed online. There most definitely was no indication that I was signing up for any kind of recurring shipments or membership. So, I tell the person on the line that I want to return the shipment that I received on 5-2-19. She says that I can if it is unopened. It is not opened, so I want to return it. She then proceeds to try and offer me additional deep discounts on future shipments if I choose not to return it. Finally as much as 65% OFF all future orders. I tell her no, I want to return it. I have not even tried the first shipment, so why would I want to continue ordering something when I don't know if I like it. She finally agrees to let me return it with a $19.95 restocking fee, shipping back at my expense and it will take 2-5 weeks to process the refund. She provides me with *** and the return address (Ultra-SK, PO Box 23846, St. Petersburg, FL 33742). She also said I would get an email confirming the cancellation of the membership. I have not received any such email as of yet. I mailed the return out today (5-3-19, same day as phone call) via USPS with insurance. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge of $102.95 on 3-15-19. I never knowingly agreed to this charge. I never knowingly agreed to anything except a FREE face lotion and $7.95 for Shipping & Handling.

Refund of $102.95 that was charged to my account on 3-15-19 and full refund of $110.95 that was charged to my account on 4-15-19 with no restocking fee.

Ordered free sample of Reviva Brain + Omega Fusion. Understood would only be charged shipping and handling but other charges added without my consent.
I ordered one free sample of Reviva Brain and of Omega Fusion from Reviva Brain on Feb. 15,2019 and agreed to pay shipping and handling only of 7.95 and 7.95 for each product. The order number was XXXXXCD058. I charged the purchase on my Master Card. Later I found out that the company had, without my permission or knowledge automatically enrolled me twice in their automatic "subscriptions" and had charged my card 99.95 and 102.95 plus 7.95 shipping and handling for each on March 2 and April 2. I phoned Master Card on Saturday, April 20, 2019 to find out the details of those unauthorized charges and was informed that there are companies who use deceptive or hidden information advertising to get customers to purchase what they think is a free sample, only to find out the company has automatically enrolled them in a bogus and unauthorized "automatic subscription plan." This is what happened to me. I asked Master Card to freeze my card until I had the chance to cancel these unauthorized "subscriptions" but was told they can't freeze my card, and advised me to conact both companies which had charged my card diectly to cancel these unautorized "subscriptions and automatic sending of products." Thus I cancelled this Mastercard on Saturday, April 20, 2019 to prevent these companies from charging my card for any additional unauthorized and fraudulent charges. I found JADTRANSHEALTH website, which had sent the Reviva Brain and cancelled what they listed as my "membership" or "subscription" on Monday, April 22, 2019. I tried to locate the other company, listed as Fortifysite on my credit card statement, but could not find any such website or company listed anywhere. I tried to track Reviva Brain complaints on the web, found the Revdex.com site which listed a number of different company names, addresses and phone numbers for this "company," which seems to be the same enterprise under different identities, and found a listing for a supposed parent company called Palomino Smart Products. I went to their website and cancelled the "membership" or "subscription" which was listed there in my name on Tuesday, April 22, 2019. In both cases I received a written confirmation that my "membership" or "subscription" had been cancelled. So my credit card was charged twice in the amounts of 107.90 and 110.90, on March 2, 2019, posted March 3, 2019, and again on April 2, 2019, posted April 3, 2019 for a product and "service" I neither requested, ordered, knew about or wanted. These charges were made without my consent or knowledge.
I also sent an additional email to JADTRANSHEALTH customer care email address but it was returned and marked "undeliverable."

Desired Outcome

I am asking for a full refund of those two unauthorized charges of 107.90 and 110.90 made on March 2 and April 2 2019 placed on my Mastercard without my authorization or knowledge and a full written apology for deceptive advertising practises and fraudulent business activites by this enterprise/these enterprises. This is clearly a scam operation.

We have no record of Mr. ever reaching out to request a refund or cancellation from us. Therefore, we did not know that he was dissatisfied with his membership. We can affirm that his subscription with us has been cancelled as of today. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We have refunded Mr. previously mentioned March transactions as well as the subsequent April transactions of $107.90 and $110.90. Allow 3-7 business days for the refunds to process back to your account. We hope this will be a satisfactory resolution.

The company has now credited my credit card account the four amounts which were charged to my account without my knowledge or authorization.

I accept their apology and the credit/refund.
