While the quality of the subcontracors xxxxx hires to do the work are excellent, xxxxx, as a General Contractor is extremely inefficent at scheduling the different work streamsFor a ft by 14ft screened porch, it is taking xxxxx nearly months to completeIt is only after I either call or send emails after not hearing from xxxxx for days that I learn when the next crew will be at my home to complete the next piece of workThis is extemely poor from a customer experience and even worse from a customer satisfaction perspectiveAs a result of the continued issues with xxxxx and their ability to effectively and effeciently manage a project, I am now several weeks behind other work that was scheduled to get completed on the home
I was contacted by the owner, xxxxx, immediate after my inquiry; he scheduled a meeting at my home and we discussed at length ideas and options to beautify my patio area. After drawing up plans, xxxxx, invited us to visit his showroom in xxxxx to see finished examples and types of materials. Shortly after submitting xxxxx plans to the HOA, the plans were approved and construction dates scheduled within the week. Construction was started a few days later and the job completed within the week. The construction crew was very professional, organized and completed the work on time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.
I recently had Archadeck strip and reseal an older deckTheir manager Ismael was very professional and always followed the promised scheduleTheir price was a little higher than some of the quotes, but as they say "you get what you pay for"They did a great job with a hard working crew and I am very pleased with the results xxxxx

We had a pergola with under-decking installed along with a ceiling fan and concrete stain done by Archadeck We could not be happier The structure is an amazing 14' by 14' pergola with full under decking to provide shade It's a gorgeous outdoor living structure to our home From start to finish, Archadeck was easy to work with, in constant communication by phone and through their project website The only delays in the job were due to weather which was out of everyone's control We had to wait 2-weeks for the under-decking once the structure went up because exact measurements had to be obtained before the order could be sent We were convinced our damaged concrete could not be made to look good again, but they did make it look really good We are so happy with the concrete repair and stain as well
We are thrilled with the finished product and all of our neighbors are amazed with it as well Truly a job well done!
