Shortly after submitting xxxxx plans to the HOA, the plans were approved and construction dates scheduled within the week. Construction was started a few days later and the job completed within the week. The construction crew was very professional, organized and completed the work on time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.
The project completed by Archadeck for me more than fulfilled my expectations...it's more a work of art than a deck/porch/pergola! The quality of the final product more than justified the patience in anticipating its completion. I recommend them unreservedly.

While the quality of the subcontracors xxxxx hires to do the work are excellent, xxxxx, as a General Contractor is extremely inefficent at scheduling the different work streams. For a 10 ft by 14ft screened porch, it is taking xxxxx nearly 2 months to complete. It is only after I either call or send emails after not hearing from xxxxx for days that I learn when the next crew will be at my home to complete the next piece of work. This is extemely poor from a customer experience and even worse from a customer satisfaction perspective. As a result of the continued issues with xxxxx and their ability to effectively and effeciently manage a project, I am now several weeks behind other work that was scheduled to get completed on the home.
The Renew Crew team did a great job. They arrived on time, worked neatly and got the deck the cleanest it has ever been. When they finished, the replaced everything back to where it belonged. I highly recommend them.
xxxxx and his company did a GREAT job building our new deck and patio. They built it over the winter and were very diligent with their timeline, despite weather issues. They made sure they met all our expectations, and were prompt to solve any issues along the way. An ill-timed snow snowstorm caused a leak, and they quickly fixed it and re-painted our entire kitchen ceiling. They left the work site clean and tidy everyday, and their workers were very respectful. We love our new screened in porch!
I recently had Archadeck strip and reseal an older deck. Their manager Ismael was very professional and always followed the promised schedule. Their price was a little higher than some of the quotes, but as they say "you get what you pay for". They did a great job with a hard working crew and I am very pleased with the results.

I will say that once again the project took longer than expected and there were definite miscommunications and frustrations along the way but xxxxx and xxxxx (their scheduler) were great throughout the process. Again, Archadeck did not quit until I was 100% satisfied.
In the end I am very pleased with both of my projects and get constant compliments. I am now the house to model in my neighborhood! I will definitely hire Archadeck again when I am ready to extend my walkway.
