Jasper has supplied two manual transmissions each lasting less than 30,miles Transmissions of this type, (manual), are normally good for about 200,miles The first Jasper transmission replaced the original equipment When it failed, Jasper replaced it The second Jasper transmission failed again This failure has been confirmed by a Jasper authorized mechanic and Jasper was notified of the failure.Clearly two consecutive transmission failures indicates one or more issues which may include lack of competence in the area of this specific type or defective materials Jasper has much greater experience with automatic transmissions but clearly they have failed twice to provide a proper manual transmission product.Jasper has refused to do anything in this matter stating warranty It should be noted that Jasper and Jasper's installer were both told right after the 2nd installation that the transmission was not normal I was making excessive noise when I drove it off the lot

Jasper will not cover the total labor charge to replace an under warranty engine
