Well, not surprisingly, despite being told six days ago that I would be issued a $200 refund, nothing has been posted to my account. Please don't be misled by the $15/hour that they charged me for their technician's "services". I was quoted $50 (total) for the job of repairing my PC which they claim took three hours. However, that was the end result only because I argued with a representative who, after the "job" was completed, said that the $50 was per hour and not in total which was never conveyed to me in any way, shape, or form.So, if I don't receive my $200 refund by the close of business on Monday, I'm going to contact [redacted], the ** Attorney General's Office, and then expose them on social media.Thank you.

I do not understand the response.  The GEEKZ have contacted me and have attempted to fix the problem.  For right now, the computer browsers are working.  However, the wireless printer is still not working with the computer. That issue still needs to be addressed.
