unfortunately when a car is reposed the process that the consumer described is correct the reposed vehicle goes to auction where it is sold and the consumer is responsible for all losses if she was having problems with the car, she should have contacted Chrysler and gone go through the lemon law process afforded to her by Ny state Her issues is with [redacted] due to her failure to make good on her fiancé contract

I thank the Revdex.com for trying to settle my issue with Manhattn Jeep, obviously the dealership is not willing to recognize their negligence to the Chevy EquinoxI will pursue this unbelievable treatment on their part in another arenaThis will not go away

I have spoken to [redacted] on two occasions, unfortunately [redacted] has outstanding tickets from a previous vehicle he owned He provided all the necessary docuemntation to register and insure the jeep he purchased from us After he told us what had happened and that the vehicle was towed and the city wanted over $10,dollars to release the jeep We have tried to help [redacted] , buy re-registering the vehicle in his son's name , and provide him with a new bill of sale and a letter to ex[plain the situation Unfortuantely , the New York City department of finance is not accepting that They want the outstanding balance that [redacted] owes to be paid in full , in order for the vehicle to be released.Tell us why here

After speaking with the two sales people involved in selling *** *** her vehicle, there are two very different sides to the events that took place , as she described. Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for the damage that is incurred while the current lessee is in possession of their
leased vehicle. Manhattan Jeep had only agreed to pay *** ***'s remaining five lease payments on the leased vehicle she was turning in. I would recommend *** *** contact her financial institution , *** *** and dispute the pending charges, if she feels she ahs been billed incorrectly

As of yesterday our sale manager Sylvester Tukes , spoke to Hahn Financial in regard to the charges *** *** had incurred due to the damage on the Chrysler she had turned back to Hahn. Sylvester was able to reduce the bill from $to $4100. Sylvester also provided *** ***
the contact information for the representative at Hahn , so she could discuss the matter further. Ultimately the matter of the damage, is between *** *** and Hahn Financial as per the "damage, wear and tear" clauses in her lease contract

Unfortunately, the customer did not understand the way the incentives work. Chrysler Corpoffers a $consumer rebate or 0% financing for months. The consumer has the right to choose one or the other, they are not entitled to both as per Chrysler Corp incentives. This
was conveyed to the customer , but he did not seem to understand or didn't want to hear the explanation that he could not have the rebate and the 0% percent financing

I had previously responded to *** ***'s accusation regarding the damage on his Chevrolet Equinox, our position has not changed. The vehicle was turned into us with numerous scratches and dings, some of which *** had applied touch paint to as well. The issue of the bill for the excess wear and tear is between Gm financial and *** ***

although I am pleased that you are still willing to reimburse me for the broken lugnut, I currently still have the broken wheel on the back of my car as my spareI have not gotten it replaced yet because I did not feel like I should be using my own money upfront for a problem that I clearly did not cause, and then try to deal with getting reimbursed after the factI am though passing through NYC this week for work, and if you say that there is no way that you can provide payment elsewhere so that I can get the work done at another dealership like I would prefer, then I would like to use the "credit" that you offered at your dealership to get the work that needs to be done taken care of while I am in NYC i.eproviding me with a brand new wheel at no cost and of course taking care of the labor costs. When MRR*** looked at the report from GM he agreed with me that the damage shown on the photographs were non existent at the time Jeep took possesion of the vehicle Now he is claiming the opposite, he is lying. The reviews on this dealership on *** speak for themselves in the way this dealership conduct their business.
