After 25 days of trying to get this resolved. It has finally reached its completion. It took me having to contact the Revdex.com to gain some head way in the matter. David M. (Whom I later learned is one of the owners) resolved this in less than 24 hours with a full refund of the amount I was charged. Thank you David for getting right on it and being so quick to resolve the issue.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

[I see that these will not admit to their wrong doing for one they are hanging on to the tickets that I owe for shifting the wight on me isn't the way this should go the salesman was hungry for the sale that he didn't take the time to execute the paperwork properly and now this is the end result the vehicle they sold use is now on Recall and we are sure they were aware of this before they made the transaction between me and my son and so they want us to believe they did no wrong Well they have everything this would not have happened if this would have done his job properly and now we gotta pay not right not fare and my son hasn't been heard he is the one who suffer the most though this ordeal even if they were to give us 5k to add on the loan I can work something out with my ticket situations and impounded
