Review: So I need a new car and figure I see that JD Byrider is offering this service so I'd try it, I have bad credit and what could it hurt. I filled out the online application figuring no deal. So they contacted me by phone a couple times left messages to come in and they would get me into a newer car. So they called monday night March 24, 2014 at 7:37 I answered it even though I knew who it was from the caller ID (###-###-####) I spoke with the sales person he told me to come in so I can get my new car.

I explained to him have rotten credit and don't know about coming in he said no don't worry about that what I need from you is proof of employment bring me in last 2 months of pay stubs, your current bank account statement, proof of residence, (I stated I don't have a copy of my lease and the utilities are not in my name as well as my cell phone is pre-paid so bring all your mail and we will find proof of residency) your car title, and a down payment. I stated that I have 50 bucks on me he said thats all you need and we can get you on the road with a newer car. So I again stated how bad my credit was and he said not a problem we work with people like you to get them back on track with credit as they report to all 3 agencies. When can you come in tomorrow I told him I work until 3:30 and he said come in at 4. I spent over an hour and a half there filling out paperwork and listening to their presentation to have them come up to me and say that they would need more then the $50.00 down payment they would need $1200 and my car as a trade in. And they really don't think I could afford the payments that would be about $360 a month. Telling me sorry they couldn't help me.

So Monday evening on am thinking I am going to get this new car promised by them and Tuesday at 5:30 am knocked down feeling lower than before I went in. Then I open an email received on Wednesday which I have copied here for you to see, made me quite upset and frustrated.
