To whom it may concern, in response to consumer complaint id # *** *** * ***: Unfortunately some of our used cars have only the one key we are given by the previous ownerWe relinquish all keys we are given at the time of deliveryHer current key and key fob may have been a part of the

Good Afternoon Carmen, in regards to complaint # ***: *** ***, It's unfortunate we were not able to come to an agreement on a car deal for Mr***However, I do believe we put in a lot of effort to accommodate his request as best as we couldWith that said I'd like to assure Mr
*** the information we have been using is the information he personally provided to us through documentation requested by one of our lendersWith this information, we have been able to obtain structured approvalsRegrettably, none of the trucks or SUV's seem to work for Mr***We have exhausted all of our current options and we feel we have worked harder than most to make a new customer for our storeWe'd like to wish Mr*** luck in his quest to secure a deal that works for him and we'd like to thank him again for giving us the opportunity to try to earn his business

Customer has an appointment this Friday for us to look at his abs issue

Mr*** had his vehicle in on 7/29/with a coolant leak and to have a few things done for maintenanceWe replace his radiator for the coolant leak, also replaced the spark plugs and coilDid a fuel system service and coolant flushMr*** had the vehicle back in on 9/1/said
vehicle was losing coolant, we pressure tested the cooling system unable to verify and leaks at this timeHe then had the vehicle in on 9/23/said it was still leaking coolant, again we pressure tested the cooling system and still no leaks foundOn 3/3/Mr*** spoke with the general manager Scott which Scott agreed to give Mr*** his money back for the radiator repair performed on 7/29/for customer satisfaction even though we could never verify and leaks with the vehicle after the radiator was installedSo on 7/29/we discounted the bill at that time and on 3/3/gave Mr*** a refund for the radiator of

We will cancel the contract for them, at the time they tried to do so there was a claim on the contract at the timeSo once it has been taken care of it will be canceled

On *** *** the old motor in his vehicle blew up so he went to the junk yard bought a used engine and installed it himselfHe could not get it running so he called general motors About the car not running and they agreed to pay for his first hour of diagnosisSo he did bring the vehicle in to
us, after spending several hours working on the vehicle the tech Had found it possible that part of the installation was not done correctlyAfter discussing the findings with Mr*** he did not want us to go any further with the repairsHe decided to pick up the vehicle and work on it himselfSo General Motors did pay of the bill we also discounted the bill So he did get off the total billLeaving him a cost of We did nothing wrong on our end, it is not easy at times to figure things out when somebody else has been working on the vehicleSo at this time we do not wish to refund any money at this timeThanks

This vehicle is out of warranty, it has 130,miles on itThe vehicle needs a differential control module and a brake light switchThe warranty expired at 36,so it is out by 93,miles and 1,daysGeneral Motors has declined any assistance for the repairs

I am rejecting this response because: I have video of bring the car back up there after and was supposibly fixed and the video is time stamped with the date the man in the video said the repairs were not made only the computer system was reset...despite warranty I have paid numerous times to have this issue resolved and it has not been resolved also the last time I was there it was stated that those issues were not connected to the radio needing to be replaced per bill and john....I do not mind showing the video with the time stamp and it being compared to the previous date the issue was suppose to be fixedThis issue was not resolved and I want my money back

We afford all customers the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before taking deliveryIf any damages are found and we promise to repair them, that promise is reduced to writingThe customer states the damage was found months after taking possession of the vehicleWe are in no way responsible
for damages that occur after the customer takes possession of their vehicle

To whom it may concern, in response to consumer complaint id # [redacted] Robert D. Wittmeyer:  We recently had an event where we celebrated our Heroes, by passing out dinner cards. Which allowed them to go on-line and select local restaurants where they could dine and receive discounts off of...

the meals. They could select up to $50 in combined savings. We received an abundance of positive feedback (over 200 grateful Heroes). In a whole we feel our acknowledgement was well received. However we do apologize to Mr. [redacted] for the limited number of popular restaurants associated with this gesture, but please keep in mind , we were also hoping to give our local business owners some much deserved exposure as well.       As always we appreciate your assistance in helping us achieve understanding and resolution with our valued customers.
