Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I did not receive the accurate amount quoted for the keyThe entire quote with programming and replacement key is $281.90, I received only $which is the cost of the key without programming, I have emailed [redacted] and have not yet heard backEach time I email him, it takes about business days before I hear back, which is also ridiculousSince I filed this complaint I was locked out of my car with infant twins in the rain, and because I did not have a spare key, I had to pay a locksmith to unlock the car. This process has been ongoing since May, and I have yet to get a new key.I have still not seen the amount of the warranty applied to my loanThis was supposedly processed on 9/3/16.The $fee not being refunded is unacceptableWe were not told anything about a fee to cancel the warranty, and the fact that it took months, and cost me months of interest on the warranty amount $1770, because they would not take care of it, is unacceptableAs for the credit inquiries, I will keep an eye out, but because of their track record, I don't expect it to be taken care of promptly.I want to be done with these peopleEveryone, but especially [redacted] and [redacted] have been especially rude, and difficult to deal withI will never buy a vehicle from Jeff Wyler again, and will shout it from the rooftops so that none of my friends and family members do eitherI will correspond when I hear back from [redacted] again Regards, [redacted]

We cut keys to the vehicle and delivered it to them at their houseOriginally signed them up with GE and it got declined and we had to resign them with PNC which I believe we took the paperwork to them and had them sign when we delivered the vehicle too them Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sales Mgmt TeamThank you, [redacted]

Regarding the complaint filed by [redacted] The following response is from out service manager, Chrysler [redacted] vehicle came in for a check engine light being on and car had no reverse and shifting roughAfter technician diagnosis we found that the transmission was low on transmission fluid and we filled transmission back up and started looking for a fluid leakTechnician found one of the exterior covers on the transmission had a casting crack in the coverWe ordered a new cover for the vehicle and a new splash shield and replaced both pieces and rechecked and topped off the transmission fluid cleared all codes and performed a quick learn on the transmission and road tested the vehicle againAnd we found no other issues with the vehicleIn order to replace the transmission per Chrysler he has to be pre authorized by powertrain center but there was no reason to even submit this to Chrysler because we don’t see any other issues with the transmissionAnd at no time were we contacted by Chrysler to tell us to replace the transmission in this vehicle [redacted] was advised if he had any other issues with his vehicle to let us know and we would recheck his vehicleWe followed Chrysler’s protocol and found no reason to replace his transmission Thanks [redacted] Service Manager Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe money has finally been refundedHowever, it took this company almost a full month to do soWe had to call on a daily basis and leave messages for somebody to call us backWe would not get call backsFinally, we talked to somebody and were told that we could come over to the dealership and pick up the checkWe went to the dealership and waited almost another hour and a half for the check. This was not at all how we were told that this would be handled. We are very upset with the entire experience at this business and felt that we were treated unfairly Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Jeff Wyler in his own voice had a radio commercials that said:" Buy a Nissan from Jeff Wyler, you dont like it bring it back no questions asked"I bought one and it causes me pain, see Revdex.com case # [redacted] In that case I complained of the pain the vehicle caused meI complained about my safety using the vehicleThe Revdex.com form does not allow to select more than one area of complaintThis complaint is solely on advertisingI have been trying to return the vehicle but unlike the words of MrJeff Wyler "You don't like it bring it back no questions asked" I have been asked many questions, and nobody seems to listen to me when I ask about the commercial's claimWhy doesn't Jeff Wyler Nissan dealer honor the words of Jeff Wyler's radio commercial? advertisement! The dealer has not allowed me to return the vehicle after many phone callsHow can the company advertise such claims and not honor themWho looks out for the consumer?Refund - Honor the commercials claimTake back the vehicle and refund me completely Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I went back through my messages from the dealership because I knew the $didn’t sound correctThey gave me $for my van but only show $on the paperworkHe said he took the extra $off the price of the car rather than putting $25k in my trade value to save on taxesMy payoff was $minus the trade of $25000, which leaves the negative equity of $I’ve already made car payments at $each of which $went to the principal, which leaves my negative equity at $I should not have to pay $of negative equity when that in fact is not the correct number and my husband and I have discussed this at length and feel we really shouldn’t have to pay any negative equity because had they be upfront with us to begin with we would’ve never purchased the carWhen I emailed Matt, the GM and explained this to him, this was his response: We are buying the vehicle back for the purchase price you paidThe payments made will not be reimbursedAs far as the number discrepancies, you signed the contract with those numbers and you agreed to themThe offer stands as we talked about.I am willing to pay half of the $but will not pay all of the negative equity, especially since I have correspondence from the salesman explaining what they were giving me for my trade and how he moved the numbers around so the taxes would be lessThey sold us this car under pretensesIf we choose to pursue this we have a very strong case against them for fraudulent misrepresentation and not to mention the fraud their salesman committed by forging a document stating he was my relative with [redacted] ***.Thank you

Im no longer interested in the warranty cancellationThere are bigger problems than $I have $in negative equityThis is unacceptableIm trapped in this car because of Jeff WylerI have owned this vehicle for months and it has lost over 50% of its valueAnd the sign document was sent to the Revdex.com the same day it was sent to meAgain this is no longer exceptable compensation
