Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] , The dealer is offering me a belt extender with no guarantee it will workIt is a, lets see if this works solution, not a resolutionI was told on Wednesday 12/28/the belt extender may arrive on 12/29/As of today 12/30/I have not received a callThe belt extender clicks onto the same buckle that is causing me pain, so I do not see how this could possibly be a resolutionBut the sales manager [redacted] said to give it a tryHe informs me this has worked for some people who have complained on this same issueThe key word is "SOME' people, not allOnce the seat belt extender arrives I will try it, but if it does not take away the pain the buckle puts me in, I do not want the vehicleJeff Wyler should honor his words used in the radio commercial (Buy a Nissan from Jeff Wyler if you don't like it bring it back no questions asked)This issue is a safety issueHow does anyone expect me to drive a vehicle that puts me in painI cannot focus on my driving

Cedric [redacted] is working with Matt ***, Louisville General ManagerI spoke with him this morning and he said he would take care of it, she lives near the dealership in Louisville We had set multiple appointments, but she can only come in on Saturday We're going to provide her with a rental vehicle so the collision center can take care of her car and have it re-detailed

After several days of texts and emails I finally spoke with the GM who agreed to call Toyota and have them reinstatemy lease and let me have my van backThe next day I received a call from him stating Toyota would not reinstate my lease because Wyler had already paid it off and the title had been mailed, so I called Toyota Financial myself to verify and that was in fact the caseSo, the GM told me I could buy my van back, which defeated the purpose of buying an SUV to pull a boat and they would yet again make more money off me or let him try to come and pick up the SUV and take it to a company to have it cleanedI told him then I didn't think the smell would ever come out and if it didn't I wanted a different carHe agreedSo, they picked the car up ona Friday and brought it back to me the next WednesdayI opened the doors and was hit in the face by the chemicals they used to clean itI thought, fine I'll leave the windows down and give it a few days to air out and see if the smell comes backWell, in fact it has and now it's a mixture of the chemicals and smokeWhen I reached back out to the GM he told me I could find something in the Wyler inventory (all of Wyler not just his dealership) and they would help me with the numbers etcHe then proceeded to tell methis would be considered a used car now and I would have to trade it inAt first, because he had told me they would make the numbers work I didn't think much about it but quickly (within the hour) realized what he had doneI then started looking up [redacted] blue book value and realized I was about to hit over $grand in negative equityI became furiousThere was never any conversation stating this would be considered a used car nor that I would have to trade it in especially considering noteven weeks prior he had agreed to give my van back and reinstate the leaseI told him he knew what he was doing and this was wrong on so many levels and I did not appreciate how this is being handledThe salesman even went so far as to lie and sign something saying he was my relative that lived in Boone county so GE would finance the loan because their interest rate was only 3.64% and everyone else was over 6% because of the year of the vehicle, and you had to live in or have a relative that lived in certain counties to qualify for a loan through themThey knew I wouldn’t purchase the vehicle because the higher interest rate would make my payment higher than I wantedThat should've been my first clue that they would do anything to make a dealThe only reason we even bought the car was because it only had miles on it and had I known it had been smoked in I would've never even considered buying itI have severe allergies and have had a migraine and now a sinus infection and bronchitis and have been on mg's of antibiotics a day since purchasing the vehicle, not to mention my small children that are being exposed to this dailyI have never been so upset about something like I am thisThe fact that they did not disclose to me the car had been smoked in and then lied when I asked about infuriates me and I even stated to the GM that the car salesman was s smoker or had no sense of smell, he admitted he was a smoker which makes sense why he didn’t smell the car I spoke to the GM, Matthew S [redacted] , again Monday eveningHe basically told me I misunderstood everything he said and they have tried to help me and there is nothing else he could doIf they had just taken the vehicle back from the time this all started, my lease wouldn’t have been paid off and this would’ve been taken care of immediatelyI have also reached out to the Ohio [redacted] as well as an attorney in Ohio that deals with this type of stuff daily.I found out from the Consumer Action Organization this dealership has a C rating, now I know why.I have also thought about calling the [redacted] and telling them he lied and signed something saying he was my relative to make the dealI’m sure that would not go over well with them and may cost the dealership their business in the futureAt this point, I just want them to buy the car back and I will look elsewhere for a vehicle since they have lied to me from day one and have never had any intention of rectifying the issue properlyIt seems to me all they care about is making money not helping customers [redacted]
