After receiving the Revdex.com complaint JELD-WEN’s Customer Care department again reached out to them regarding their window. Unfortunately, the [redacted]s had already decided to...

resolve the issues by replacing the window with another product, so there is nothing further we can do for them at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience they may have experienced.
