Ordered a pullover on 11/17/and have not heard a word back yetI have called every day and emailed with no replyMoney has been paid
I ordered a Charles River pullover that was on sale for $on the date of November 17, at 1:pmOn the website it never stated it was a preorder until I got the email stating that at the very bottomI ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas and it is now January 6, and I have heard no word of this pulloverI have emailed and submitted a form on the websiteI've called every day with it going straight to voicemailThe money was taken out immediately but I still haven't received the pullover

I placed an order for a monogrammed sweatshirt for my daughters birthday There was no clear ship date available on line and I emailed the company I was happy the company responded to my email so quickly but the manner in which this company addressed my question was very unprofessional and when I pressed for more information the communication stopped I asked for the order to be cancelled and my payment refunded I was informed there was a $cancel fee, I asked if that policy was listed on their website I haven't heard anything from this company since and I have not received a refund on my credit card I have inquired again by email if I will be receiving my refund or the merchandise and have not heard back Given how quickly I received an email response during our first few contacts I'm convinced that I'm being ignored and will not get either my refund or merchandise There are similar complaints on-line regarding this company

I purchased a clutch purse on June 29th and it is now July 30th and I haven't received my purse yet
On June 29th I ordered a birthday gift for a friend which was a clutch purseMy July 12th I had logged in to see what was the status of my order and it still said waiting fullfillmentI contacted them through their website because there is no phone number where they can be reachedNo one has responded to me yetIt's now July 30th I still have no product and my they have my $I'm requesting FULL REFUND from this company because on there website it says to cancel they keep $However they way they have handled business by ignoring me I want all of my money or I'll have to take legal actions

Just wanted to let everyone know my experience
My wife ships here frequently and has always loved the products
I recently was working in China and had my trip extended by weeks and I felt bad and I know my wife was upset so I wanted to get her a special surprise
I messaged the Jennykate Facebook page and explained my situation and they were more than helpfulI explained I wouldn't be able to pay until I got back homeThat was no problem she saidShe got my purse ready and my mother picked it up and delivered it to my wifeShe loved it! As soon as I back in town I went and paidYou can't say other businesses would do that!

I ordered a product from this company and before I placed the order I contacted the business and specifically asked when will my package ship if I ordered today, they messaged me back immediately Dec14th So that was plenty of time to get my package shipped to me before Christmas They did not ship my package til DEC20th!
