I ordered a monogrammed pullover in the color coral on August 10,I was told that it would be 3-weeks to shipAfter about weeks of to, I emailed the company asking about my package and when it was supposed to shipThe never responded so I sent another one a few days laterThey finally respond after a few more emails and tell me that like stated on the site that it was 3-weeksI emailed back and told them that it had been weeks now since I placed my orderThey responded and told me that my order was a pre order- order and that it would be an extra week or soAfter a few weeks I emailed them again and no response every timeso I messaged them on *** and told them my order number and pyborder details, they messaged back and siid that the color that I got discontinued weeks prior and didn't think to tell me because

Money has no been refunded to my accountWas told it would be there by July
I ordered items from Jenny Kate Monogramming on April 24/25,Order number *** using my debit card.The items ordered was never delivered to meI emailed the owner with questions and only got excessesI found a phone number after some time digging on the internet, Finial talked to the owner on July 12th,and was told that my refund in the amount of would be in my account on or before July I have not received my refund at this point and now can not get in touch with the owner to requests a date that said refund was sentIt shows on my order that she has sent the refund to my account on July 13th, but no money has been transferred to my accountI have emailed and sent request to her many times with no availOnly after finding a phone number and talking to her did she respond to emails I had sentI have called the bank to make sure the money is not on hold or pending and it is notShe is not

I have been shopping here for some time now
Never once had an issue and have loved everything I've orderedHope they bring the monogrammed boxes back

The seller is unwilling to work with me to get a refundShe sent me the wrong size boot and won't take responsibility for it
I attempted to resolve this last week, but my message was ignored and then ignored again todayIt took over a month for my duck boots to arrive in the mail after contacting them about when they would be shippedWhen I received the duck boots, the shoe was extremely small and not even close to the size that I had orderedI wear a size and sized up to an at the suggestion of the websiteMy friend, who wears a size shoe, said that her toes went to the end of the shoe and even she would not be able to wear themThere is no way to see what size the boot actually is because neither the boot nor box is labeledI understand why monogrammed items are not returnableHowever, these are useless to me because they are over sizes too smallI see that she had removed this item from the website, and then restocked them on December 29th where it states that

I ordered something from them TWO months ago and the status is still saying "awaiting fulfillment"I have tried to contact them on FOUR desperate occasions and they will not get back to meAll I wanted was my product but now I just want my money back and cannot get it because they refuse to email back or deal with the phone calls

No response from company or update on my order status
I ordered a monogrammed item from this company with knowledge that it would take 3-weeks before the date of November 20th if the item was in stockI ordered the product on 8/23/and it is now 9/27/and I have not received what I orderedI have tried contacting the company twice via the email contact form on their website and have received no responseI don't care that the product is taking longer, but if it is going to take longer they should have at least sent and email order update indicating the additional timeIf I do not receive and email from them with an update or any sort of response from the company, I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund

I ordered a personalized vest size XLBesides the fact that it took a month to get it, it isn't even close to an XL, maybe a MThey say they won't accept returns on personalized merchandise so I'm stuck with a vest that doesn't even come close to fitting me!
