Wasted an entire work day trying to purchase a car from North Plainfield NissanA car they didn't have but showed us ON PAPER was at one of the other of "three dealerships we own"Tried my best to ignore the rape jokes being told in the managerial meeting next to usPinged my credit, put a deposit down, signed papers, shook hands, got a copy of the vin, and went to a celebratory lunch since they promised they would have the car delivered to them in three hoursThought I was the owner of a new Murano! About an hour later received a phone call they COULD NOT PRODUCE THE CAR I SIGNED TO BUYWanted to bait and switch me to a different car located in another state that they would deliver "in a couple days", sight unseen AFTER I paid for itI cannot believe the lack of honesty and transparency in this good ole boy environmentThey make promises, put it in writing, and still renegeSTAY AWAY from these crooked tough guys!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never heard back from these is! It took almost three weeks to get refunded from their check cashing company Unacceptable! I actually had to make numerous phone calls while on my vacation to make sure I was going to be refunded It should have never gotten to this point anyway They should have never electronically processed my check on March 25th without disclosing that to me because it was on a conditional basis based on the diagnostic report from my mechanic on the car They should have just held my check to the side I mean they had my new car that I drove to their dealership in as collateral in case I wanted to steel the Nissan Altima I just recently received two phone calls from them inquiring if I received the refund What...were they going to decide to write me a check if I still didn't receive the refund They should have done that to begin with Let it be known, poor business ethics and fraudulent mannerisms Regards, [redacted]

Please be advised that YES - a human error was made. As soon as Nissan made us aware if it - we immediately began to correct. My MV Clerk is actively working on this. Unfortunately, when dealing with legal State of NJ issues, many times, the time it takes is longer than we
anticipate.I will continue to follow up daily with my DMV clerkI do not see a need for our mutual customer to obtain council, there is nothing an attorney can do to expedite this. The dealership has the obligation to the FCU, not the customer. We deposited the check, therefor assume liability. Had extensive repairs done here repeatedly for same mechanical issueEach different service was needed to fix misfires and clear SES lightThis problem started after they replaced spark plugs and coils five months agoThe issue is not resolved yet and I was told to "go elsewhere" if I am not satisfied

On 1/2/*** *** came into the dealership for a transmission service We performed the requested task and he paid $ Please note that he did NOT purchase the vehicle from us
On 1/13/customer returned now with an issue of noise - we then replaced the
transmission and this went thru Nissan Warranty There was NO cost to the customer.Our service adviser Nick R attempted to contact the customer several times with no return callsAt this time - we provided the services requested - I am attaching Repair OrdersThank you and Please advise

It is the dealership specially the sales manager who are playing games. I tried to resolve this after I filed the complaint. In the phone conversation I had with the sales manager Mr.L bluntly said that they will not sell the car to me. If they wanted to honor the [redacted] price, why did they want to charge me $498 for dealer fees when the quote had $87. I am rejecting this response because: I did speak to [redacted]. I also told him that I work from 9:30-6pm... I did tell him I would try to make it on tuesday ( no time specified during our conversation). If not ... he said anytime Monday - Friday. I was unable to make it today. And.. was planning to call him to schedule a Saturday appointment bc I will be working my regular schedule with overtime. So.. tomorrow morning I will call [redacted].
