Review: I purchased on 9/26/15.a brand new nissan rogue..when I got home I noticed 2 scratches I call [redacted] person he said he would order the paint and call me.I have called him 10x times no response texted him no response. ..I called on friday 10/02/15.left message with richard w.still no response. .I called on Saturday 8x the eb operator keeps giving me voice mail. .I also told richard w. My hubcap has a greenish stain on it.still no response. ..Desired Settlement: I want the scratches tooken care of and fix the stain on hubcap. I shouldn't be given the run around like that.

OVerall [redacted] the sales rep knew less about cars then I did, which is minimal. Took an hour to get a test drive simply because he didnt know how to get the car blocking us moved. He was a waste of time. I think the dealership is the same. As I was leaving another customer was angry because of the sales rep's simply wasting their times.

Review: Went to the Dealer on Saturday Dec 7/2013 at around 7:20pm to find out about a Nissan Altima 2008 and see what type of loans they could approve me for. They did not gave me any information about Financing or what kind of loans I could be approved for on that same day, they said the banks were closed and that I they will give me all the information on Monday. They said to take the Nissan altima 2008 home under the right of rescission and If I was not happy with their offer, then they will return my deposit for $500 hundred dollars. They called me on Tuesday to sign the finance agreement which they quoted me at a high APR and and 6 years contract. I asked them that I was not happy with the deal, and that I needed my $500 dollars deposit. One of the finance guys, gave me a hard time and said that they cannot return my deposit because they spent an hour talking with the banks, which really makes no sense to me. They instead decided to give me a credit for any future purchase, which I really did not want, but my my money back instead.Desired Settlement: A return for of at least 80% of the deposit.

I have read the attached complaint. I have reviewed all $500.00 deposits for December. I do NOT see a deposit under this name. At this time, I would like to ask for a copy of the receipt to be emailed to me.

As for the "keeping the deposit" accusation - this is NOT a common practice and does not fall into our business policy.

Please provide requested proof of deposit so I can properly research

I am attaching the debit receipt for $500 on Saturday 12/07/13 at around 9:32:55. I also have a copy of my Bank Statement showing the withdrawal for that amount. I tried speaking with [redacted] from Sales and one of the Finacial advisors to return my deposit on 12/10/13, but they refused to give it back which it personally do not think is fair since I never signed any financial agreement nor I bought any of your cars.

Review: On 5/36/14 purchased a Vehicle from Nissan with Service Contract, Gap insurance and Total Loss Protection insurance. I am refinancing due to a better rate but must first cancel the insurance products new finance co will not allow products only the vehicle. I call Nissan to have the insurance cancelled [redacted] from Finance [redacted]states you can't cancel the insurance. I stated in my paperwork, nothing is stated about not being able to cancel the insurance plus the Total Loss Protection is optional not mandatory. He then stated it would take 30 days to cancel/refund. I have left messages re: the above to the Sales person [redacted] x[redacted] and also the Manager [redacted]. Seems like I am getting the runaround. I only want satisfactory customer service and the products cancelled.Desired Settlement: I want the 2 insurance products cancelled immediately and refunded. The consumer has the right, nothing on my documents states otherwise.

I have one inquiry since the service contract was refunded, does this mean the Dealer will not provide the free oil changes? ($1200 3 yr @$80 x 5yrs), free loaner car and or free car washes (5 yr @ $20 ea.=$100)?As indicated on their Advertisement for Memorial 'Day 05/24 & 05/26/2014. Vehicle was purchased on 5/26/14 I did bring in the advertisement. A copy can be forwarded after scanning. I also want to extend my Appreciation to the Revdex.com for assiting all consumers in these types of situations. With your help and expertise I don't think Consumers rights would be protected. Review: On November 6, 2014, my wife and I made a certified pre-owned vehicle purchase on a 2011 Nissan Murano. We called and setup an appointment and a person by the name of Sidhu came to our assistance. After selecting and test driving the vehicle, we determined that this was a sound vehicle for us. Although there were a few minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle, upon addressing this with Sidhu, he committed to resolve these issues which he did. 4 months after the purchase, we noticed drips of rusted water on the trunk carpet. Upon noticing this, I found the source of the leak coming from mechanism that automatically opens the trunk hatch. Immediately, I address this issue with Sidhu and was told to bring the vehicle to the dealership. During my visit, the shop mechanic found nothing. All they did was clear the debris on the water gutter. During a second incident on March 14, 2015, the water leak was so bad that it soaked the ceiling surrounding the origin of the main leak. Again, I reported this to Sidhu and brought the car to the dealership shop only to find that they could not find the source of the problem again. I contacted Sidhu once again and was told to bring the vehicle in. During that meeting, we expressed that we need this fixed and that this was unforseen during the time of purchase. Only when it rained did the problem surfaced which did not occur until around March. Instead of a fix, he attempted to sell us another vehicle in exchange for ours via a buy back. Then he asked us if we bought the bumper to bumper warranty which would cover this type of incident. We told him that this was not offered to us during the signing of paperwork. He further discussed this with his Manager Mike B[redacted] and was told that they would pay half the cost of the damage to repair this. Upon doing price research on repairs we attempt to call back to schedule a repair with the dealership and was put off several times by Sidhu and the manager. I left several messages for the manager and never received a call.Desired Settlement: Upon multiple attempts in trying to get the dealership fix this issue, all we want is to have this mechanical issue resolved by the dealership in full. Although we do understand that their bumper to bumper coverage will protect us from this type of incident, had they offered this in the first place, then we would not be in this situation. Plus, the defect was not apparent until it rained which did not occur until mid March. We purchased the vehicle on November 6, 2014 towards fall/winter.

Review: Worked with one salesman for two months trying to apply for a loan for a used car. He was very in a rush to get me to give him a down payment and told me the only way I could hold on to the car while my loan was being processed was to put down $250 so the car wouldn't be sold. He was supposed to keep in contact with me regarding the status of the application process but never followed through, never answered his cell, never returned my calls or listened to my messages. every time I stop in he's unavailable or he's not in. I went by on 6/3/15 to talk to the manager about refunding the money I put down, I had to speak with one of the sales managers because neither the salesman or the general manager were in. The manager I spoke with told me that I should have been contacted because if I got approved for a loan then it would be too late for me to get a refund and I would have to pick up a car. Nobody made it a point to explain this beforehand. The sales manager took my info and made copies of everything that I had and told me he would personally give it to his manager and I should expect a call the next day. He assured me I would hear back and if not to call him the next day he was in on 6/5/15. I didn't receive a call back again, and he isn't answering his phone.Desired Settlement: I would like the $250 since I don't want the car anymore
