Was told delivery in mailbox and I email to them that *** refuse replacement my order or refund that I never got my order

I ordered a candle and the 24.99 was taken from my account but haven't received the product, there's no information or way to contact to either get a refund or a candle, right now during Covid, money is tight for everyone, I was trying to cheer myself up with a little splurge

I'm a foreigner customer. I called and they said they are not ship to foreign country anymore. I was like what the...? their website do not have any information about that at all. and they even have currency calculator for many foreign country. so what? you're telling me you're not trying to deceive people? I do not believe it. I called them and was told they'll give me a refund. Now, 1 month has passed. and I still haven't received my money back. I already contacted my bank for the matter.In 2/25/2020 If the bank told me that I do not get any refund from this company. I will trust that this is just a cheating company and I will upload all evidence online everywhere I can. I have the emails that still no sign of any answer and phone records.
I place an order with you, but every time I call you about the problem (that you made it yourself)
I feel just like an fking it.
I think I'm so done with this SCAM
I will not stop untill I get my money back.

We ordered 60 bath bombs from this company and never on their webpage did they say these where seconds or defects . After ordering I contacted the owner after delivery dates where not kept. I explicitly told her we where buying these not only for resale but to put into baskets for a charity event. At this time the owner could have told us they where defects or seconds, again no mention. Received the bath bombs poorly packed and noticed they had huge gouges in some, some where soft, some where so out of round they where unsightly. Contacted PayPal because that’s how they get paid. Company agreed to give a refund but shipping back to them is $46 which is only $23 less then the total cost from the company. So loosing money on the deal that wouldn’t have happened if their website was truthful. Contacted the owner again and was told they would issue a $20 refund, which I declined because these are not sellable or able to be put into baskets. I was called an *** and a it by the owner. They have a beautiful website that is misleading . I should have did my research on this company and seen all the complaints about them

We spoke to this guy and he was very rude to us FROM THE START... no matter what we tried to do (even offered him a partial refund) nothing would make him happy. He just kept threatening to report us to the Revdex.com and smear our name all over social media and contacting the Revdex.com instead of working it out with us like we pleaded with him to do. It's like he was out to PROVE HIS POINT and smear our name just out of spite. Some people you simply cannot make happy and HE IS ONE OF THEM. If he wants to return the bath bombs we can give him a full refund that is not a problem but he must return the bath bombs to us and we will refund him for the product, that is common procedure to get the product back not just get a refund and not return the product. Thank you.

I paid to be a rep. I haven’t received a receipt, a call , and e mail. The order went through twice. Thankfully I used pay pal. So I should hopefully find some resolution. I wish I checked the reviews here first. RUN AND RUN FAST

I ordered 3 candles on 12/13/19 and was guaranteed shipment by 12/25/19. I have contacted them MANY times and no reply. I called the phone number and a robot answered with "this number is not in service".

On December 12th I made an order for 5 jewlery tarts. Website claims to ship in 1-3 buisiness days, plenty of time to arrive before the holidays. Got confirmation, my order number is ***, another email would be sent when shipped. On Friday December 20th I sent an email inquiring if there was something wrong with my order, no response. On Monday Dec. 23rd I tried calling multiple times and never got through to a representative. Tried calling after that as well with no luck. On Dec 27th I sent an email trying to cancel my order as they took payment and have still not responded or shipped or even created a label for my order. I have since tried to call and speak to a representative with no luck. Today January 1st I filed a dispute with my credit card company as this company is starting to look like scammers or just a horribly run company. I truly wish I read all the complaints here beforehand, but I've never run into an issue like this EVER before... lesson learned!! I just want my money back! I have emails and phone records saved, wish I could upload them all.

On Dec 9,2019 I ordered $58.00 worth of jewelry candles being told I would have them within 7-10 days . Today is Dec 21,2019 and I have not received them . I contacted them on Dec 18,2019 and was told they would ship them immediately.... no shipping label has been made for them as of yet . I want the candles for Christmas and was told I s would have them . Now I just want the candles and my money back , I am going to have very sad *** !!!

I ordered from them on December 3 2019. They took the payment out same day. I have still never received my products . I emailed them 4 times and called them twice and left messages each time. I still did not receive any email or phone call from them in return. I will NEVER purchase from this company agian. I have purchased from here before without any problems. I am not sure what has happened.

I placed an order on December 9th. I was told in the email that I would receive an email soon when my order shipped, but I never did. It says in the email to contact their customer support email if you don’t received your order within 7 business days. Today makes the 9th business day since it was placed. While I’m aware that it’s the holiday season and it may not have been a full business day passed, I have emailed the company’s support email a few times and received no contact back. My order may not have been the largest order, but I did have plans to order again in the future if their products didn’t cause my skin to break out since they do not list the ingredients on the descriptions; however, now I am not too sure. Customer service has been very disappointing, and I’m not satisfied at all. Their help center is not active, and it says nothing on the website about if it’s still in business. I would just like my money for my order #*** back or my products.

On 11/29/19 I placed an order for 6 candles on 12/2/19 money was taken for my account. I’ve emailed 3 times asking for status of delivery and attempted to call. No one answers phone and no replies to emails. Order #***... $118.00

I made a purchase from the website on December 2, 2019, ORDER #***. I was billed and received an email stating my order was confirmed, and I would be updated. The email said the following:
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time of purchase to the time of delivery. *IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday thru Friday), PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AT ***.

It is now December 18, 2019 and have not received an update email or my product. I have sent numerous emails and even called and left a message on their voicemail system with NO RESPONSE. I understand that they are busy, but no communication on my order is absurd.

I never received the items I purchased and they never sent a shipping email. I reached out threw email multiple time with no response and I waited 5 days for a response and never received one.

Went online purchase candles from www.jewelrycandles.com on Dec 7 2019. Order *** total $194.88 and Order *** total $83.92 after approximately 6 business days and no shipping email I contacted the company. Since on receipt from online purchase it read within 7 business days I would receive my order. I called their numbers and email no response. No merchandise and they were paid already.

On November 28th I placed an order (order #***) for their Sweet Pea Money Candle, Since it was a holiday weekend I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought that my order would ship that Monday December 2nd which is the same day the $25.94 I paid came out of our bank account. On December 8th I sent them an email at their *** inquiring about where my purchase is. On the 10th I sent them a message on their *** page still no response. It is now the 11th and I have yet to receive my purchase or a response. So now I just want a refund.

I ordered a jewelry candle and never received it, or tracking information, and customer service will not return my emails.

I made a purchase from this company on Sept 26th. I have sent them e-mails and tried calling and they will not respond. My order has not been shipped out and the number they list on their site is no longer in service. I made a purchase of $70.71 and my order number was #75900. I simply want my money back if they are no longer in business.

I finally received my order , you may close and adjust this complaint.

I placed an order on 10/08/2019, a week later it still has not shipped, no label even made. I contacted the company through the number on the Revdex.com website (the number on their own website is disconnected) the lady stated that it would ship tomorrow, even though site says 2-3 days. From what I can tell, this is common. They charge everyones credit cards and take weeks if not longer to ship anything-if they do at all. What's more annoying-they constantly send out emails with coupons-DAILY but can't fulfill any orders

I ordered $45 worth of products on 9/24 as a birthday present for someone. The money was withdrawn but no products were shipped. I have sent 6 messages with no response. No one answers on the customer service line. At this point I just want my money back but I can’t get a hold of anyone.
