Only getting one star because they can't get any less. We ordered a candle and I wish I would have read these reviews first. They took the money and created a shipping label over a month ago and never sent the candle. We tried emailing,calling and social media messages with no replies. We did finally contact our bank to get the money back but I would stay away from this company all together. They are taking money but not shipping anything out. I googled there address they say they are located at and this is now empty and for lease.

I ordered 6 bath bombs from jewelry candle on 8/22/2019. I got an order conformation the same that said my order will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. I messaged the company on the email on thier website on the 8/27/2019. They messaged me back on 8/30/2019 with a shipping confirmation, they were saying it was it was shipped. On 9-02-2019, I check the shipping confirmation number they sent me. They package, still has not shipped or been drop off at a USPS. Only a label was created. I messaged they company again on 9/3/2019, asking for my money back. I never heard back from them.

I ordered a rep. kit on April 1, 2019 for $90.05. I waited a month and hadn’t received the kit. I made contact with company and was told the reason it hadn’t been shipped yet was due to they were waiting for their new catalogs. I asked them how long till they would receive them the lady said 2 weeks but I can send you everything else then ship the catalogs when we receive them I said ok. That’s was back in May or June and still haven’t received anything. I have tried to make contact through email and by phone and can’t get a reply back or anyone to answer the phone or call me back. At this point I just want a full refund and won’t make this same mistake again

I ordered on June 8 promised I would receive it in 7 business days and have t received any shipping information or received anything I have contacted the company with at least five emails and when you call the company no pick ups it goes to voicemail saying they well call you later but no one ever calls I’m simply wondering is this scam no one answers phones or emails and I have not received my products I purchased but they took my money

I ordered 2 jewelry candles from ***, on 06/04/2019, order #74947. One candle was supposed to have a surprise bracelet inside and the other was supposed to have a surprise ring inside. The candle ordered with the ring had a bracelet inside. I contacted Jewerly Candles to let them know of the mistake and was contacted back by *** saying I never chose the jewelry for that candle so they went by what I chose for the second candle. Was offered to be sent a free ring. I then sent *** a screenshot of my order showing I had chosen the jewelry for both candles and stated I wanted a new candle with the correct jewelry inside, not a ring sent in the mail. I have never again heard from ***, and I have emailed and tried to call everyday. She will not contact me about resolving the issue with my order.

They don't send anything after you purchase. They don't answer their phones and they don't reply to their emails. You just pay and don't receive anything. I got ahold of them once by phone after 3 weeks and she said sorry your order hasn't been processed for 3 weeks. The lady said she would make sure that my order got processed immediately. She gave an excuse the warehouse was backed up because they just moved. Now it has been another 2 weeks and still nothing. Not been shipped and not been refunded. Sent my credit card after them to get answers. Still won't answer my emails.

I have bought from this company for years and never had an issue until this year. I ordered my mother something for mothers day and received a confirmation email for the order. A week went by and my mom didnt get the gift. I contacted the company multiple times to see where the order was and never recieved a response. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be shopping there anymore.

I made an order on April 9th 2019 for a $100 Consultant Starter Kit. I have still not received my order. I have contacted the business MULTIPLE times and have not gotten even one response. I have trouble logging into my account every time! I have change the password every time even though I change it to the same thing I changed it to the previous 6 times. I want my money back and hope that no one else falls for this scheme. Very disappointed.

So sorry for the inconvenience, however we do not accept any reps from Canada as of right now, perhaps there was a glitch on the site when you placed your order for the rep package. I placed an order on their website. I received a confirmation email with an order number for my order which states they will ship 1 to 3 business days, and if I haven't recievd the order after to 7 business days to contact them. I recieved this confirmation order on March 17th. It is now April 2nd. I've tried to acting them by numerous emails, through social media, as well as a phone call message. I have not heard one reply and at this point I would just like a refund.

Jewelry Candles claims that it is a great place to earn extra money.....but...the website they setup for the reps does not work. The reps customers can not find their link. Also when requesting a pay out of funds earned they ignore your requests. They will not answer an email and/or return a call. I am trying to get out but they refuse to converse with me to cash out my account. Very bad business

TERRRRRRRRIBLE COMPANY! I have never, ever, in my life had such terrible customer service. EVER. Really really recommend not purchasing anything from them. Had an order, mis-delivered twice, and returned to their facility, and they acted like it was a FAVOR to get my money back. Was never contacted or emailed or refunded for said package until I had called about 45 times with no answer.....left messages.....never returned of course.Said that refunding me wasn't standard, normally they would charge me the double shipping, spoke with several people, this went on for six weeks. So disgusted........seriously would never purchase from them again.

On February 23rd, I ordered two jewelry tarts and one jumbo jewelry tart, totaling $34.56, of which I paid. I never received this order and after spending an entire month attempting to get to the bottom of it, nobody took any sort of accountability or tried to actually help with the matter -- customer service would not issue a refund or a replacement despite the fact that I DID NOT get the order and that I needed to speak with the post office, the post office only told me it went to the wrong address and claimed it fell on the merchant to issue me a refund, and by the time anyone told me I was supposed to go to USPS to file a claim, it was past the time when they'd work with me for a refund.

I'm completely disgusted by how ridiculous this entire situation was. I understand that the company didn't cause it to be shipped to the wrong address, but I got no indication that the shipment ended up ANYWHERE until it was well into April and I remembered to check the tracking number (which cut into the time I had to try to figure out what to do) and nobody I spoke to told me that I needed to go to USPS and not the actual postal service. That's not going into how slow it was to get a response from the customer service email (I never even got a response when I told them that the post office shipped to the wrong address. I wasted several more days waiting for one before calling the customer service phone number).

Hi there,Thanks for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your order! So there seems to be a couple of different things going on with this order; to start, let's address the timeline. Your order was placed on February 23rd (2/23) at 11 PM -- both after business hours and on a Friday (our hours of operation are Monday Thru Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM). It was shipped out on February 27th (2/27) and marked as delivered on March 1st (3/1) through the USPS tracking number ***. We received and fulfilled your order within the 1-3 business day limit we state on our site, and your order was marked as delivered by USPS within the 1-3 business day range as well. Altogether you received your order in 6 days time. You were notified via email of the item being shipped the minute it shipped out, and that is your indication of the package being shipped/arriving/being delivered.We did not receive contact from you until April 24th. This is two months past when you placed the order, and . Were you to contact us within days of this item being marked as delivered but you not actually receiving it, obviously we would have gotten back to you regarding the issue sooner. We have a 30 day period for resolving issues with orders, whether they be damaged items, incorrect shipments, unreceived orders, etc. Despite the fact that this claim was made well beyond that period of time, we still did our best to assist you in the situation. The fact of the matter is, we are a production company. We create the items and our customers purchase the items. Once they are purchased, we ship the items out. We are just as much customers of USPS (which is, by the way, the United States Postal Service - that is why you were told to go to your local Postal Service Office), UPS, etc. as you are. Once we hand the items over to the shipping company, they assume complete control and responsibility of getting that package safely to you. We create, they deliver - that is what you pay us to pay them for as far as shipping costs go. We only can see as much information from your tracking number as you can - and technically, since we are not there to receive the package as it is delivered, we have even less information than you do on your end since we can't search the scene to see if the package was placed into a weird spot, if there are signs of theft, etc...We only have the updates from the couriers to go off of. So if a package is marked as delivered by the company we paid to deliver it, that is what we must go off of. Now, if that company incorrectly delivers your package or fails to deliver your package entirely (damage during shipment, etc.), that is on that company. You need to contact that company. Had you received the items and the incorrect items were sent to you, items were missing, etc. -- that would be on us, those would be our mistake and responsibility and we would make them right. But as far as placing the package at the correct address, we have absolutely zero control over that. We don't run post and we don't deliver - we simply make the products and ship them out. Since the couriers are the ones who misplaced your package, they would be able to look up the employee who did so and question them further as to where this package may actually be. You are able to open missing/stolen package claims with USPS/UPS and from there they may actually be able to recover your package. We are unable to take any of these actions as we are not the post office. We do not handle delivery. We responded via email and through phone as to the issue you were experiencing and we gave you further information on who you should contact in order to receive help and what steps you should take in order to have the best chance at receiving this package. We are sympathetic to the situation, however we get literally thousands of claims per year that individuals didn't receive their package despite it being marked as delivered. Some of these are unfortunately very real, and people have had their items stolen off of their porch, delivery men have made mistakes and delivered to the wrong address, etc. But we do not have the ability to double back and check on the whereabouts of these packages once they leave our facility. That is all USPS/UPS/whatever courier service the package was sent through. We are sorry to hear that they were unable to track the package, and explained that you needed to have them contact us to verify that they had indeed misdelivered the package so that we could move forward with a further solution via insured mail replacement. I'm not sure what happened from that point on, but we have yet to hear back from you or USPS regarding this next step. If you would like to have them contact us, we are still leaving this case open (again, far past the resolvement time limit) as we want nothing more than for you to receive the items you purchased. We wish you the best, and hope this can be resolved further. Thanks!

After contacting the post office several more times, I have been assured that they have mailed proof to the company that my order never reached me, which as per the company is what was needed for my refund to be issued. With that taken care of, the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.

I ordered a candle on May 22. It hasn’t been sent. I can and leave messages and summit emails with no response. Upon reading reviews, I see this a common occourance.

The order number she lists, that is marked as delivered and was ordered months ago so I'm really unclear what she is talking about.

On 4/14/18 I placed an order for 7 candles and 13 bath bombs (order #***). I received 6 candles and 11 bath bombs. One of the bath bombs did not have a label on it. I sent a message through their website explaining what was missing and did not get a response. I also sent an email to the address on file through paypal and did not get a response. I opened a complaint through paypal and they still did not respond. The complaint has been escalated on paypal and I am waiting to hear back.

I PAID for these items and did not receive them. I don’t understand why this company will not communicate with me. They need to be held accountable. From the previous complaints that are similar to this one, it looks like they are committing fraud and they should be investigated. They can’t just ignore customers and expect paypal or credit card companies to refund their mistakes. That is fraud.

I also placed some orders last November but didn’t get them until the day before Christmas which was not enough time to give the gifts I purchased. One of the candles was broken. I filled out their broken candle form and never received a replacement candle. I didn’t make too much of a deal out of this because I know they get really busy during the holiday season. But they still should have sent the replacement candle for the broken one at the very least since I had to wait over a month for my November orders.

It’s a shame they behave this way because their candles, bath bombs, wax melts and jewelry are nice. I was a really good customer to them last year but I will no longer order from this company because they cannot be trusted.

Thanks for getting in contact with us, and our apologies again for the mix up. The initial issue with your order was that your package arrived short several items. Whenever we ship out orders, our shipping app (***) records the exact weight of the items shipped. For this particular order, the weight shipped perfectly matched the items in your order (plus the weight of the packaging materials) thus proving that all items had indeed left our building with the courier. The thing that most likely happened next (which has unfortunately happened to us several times in the past) is that while your item was in transit the package was damaged and items fell out. Being that these items are very delicate (glass candles, handmade bath bombs, etc.), they likely broke when they came loose from the packaging and therefore the team members at the sorting facility removed them altogether from the package and re-packed it with what remained. The only other possibility is that these missing items were stolen from your package while in transit (again, this does unfortunately happen from time to time and this wouldn't be our first go around with such a situation). Either way, we understand that not receiving the items you pay for is frustrating to say the least and is not an experience we want our customers to have to go through ever. The secondary issue with your order is that though you reached out on April 27th, we didn't get back to you until May 9th. That is quite a long delay and we do apologize again. We get thousands of orders and hundreds and hundreds of emails/phone calls during our Mother's Day rush, and this happened to fall right into this time period, thus allowing your email to fall into the pile so to speak and become lost in a pending resolvement state. By the time we had finally gotten to it, we were mainly interested in doing our best to get the items out to you in time for Mother's Day delivery. We apologized for our delay in response, explained the above info on the items being damaged or stolen during transit, and replaced the items in good faith. We also sent two extra pieces of jewelry to even further make up for the delay in you receiving the items. We also addressed your paypal claim by giving you a partial refund for the purchase. Long story short - despite initially sending the items out to you altogether and the couriers creating an issue during transit for which we had no proof, we both replaced the items you had claimed missing, partially refunded you, and sent you a couple of extra pieces of jewelry. We hope you are enjoying your candles and bath bombs, and are here if you need anything further. :) Thanks!

I wanted to become a consultant. I purchased the silver pack which is after tax $155. After I made my purchase, I couldn’t log in at all. This company of full of broken promises. When I tried to call it went to a voicemail. Emailed and no response. No I have to make a dispute through the bank which is unnecessary. I feel like I’m getting ripped off and with no way to look up my stuff, I’m not sure what to do. I can’t log in at all and all the log in information is no good.

I placed my order of $50.78 USD January 13th 10:58pm Saturday with order number #*** which included 1 Sugar bomb single, 2 Jewlery Bombs & 1 Jewlery Tart. I've contacted Jewlery Candles twice asking about shipping, I paid $5 for shipping and still have failed to get valid Shipping/Order Information. All I've received from the company is 1 text message with the description and amount I paid and order #66148. I would like a refund immediately due to the company failing to contact me back when contacted via Website and through Email and for not senting valid Information.

I have purchased many things from this company in the past with no issues so decided to make the move and become a rep. I spent $149.95 + shipping on a starter kit to become a rep for this company. When they sent me the silver starter package it had 51 missing items. I tried to call them but no one answers so I emailed them on more than one occasion and have not received any emails back regarding my missing products. Having spent $149.95 + shipping on a sales kit and to have that many missing items is a huge theft of my money. It was supposed to come with samples of all candles so when I set up sales the customers could smell the products before a purchase and they left out every single one.

I have been waiting for three weeks for my order to ship. I have called, sent emails and messages with no response. I want my candle or my money returned to my account asap. This is not how a business should be ran. Unacceptable.

We ordered 28 Candles paid for 28 candle plus $30 shipping but only received 20 candles. After numerous attempts to contact them they have done noting to fix this problem all I want now is a refund on the 8 missing candles as we are not pleased with the quality that we had grown use to and expected
