I purchased 84 dollars worth of merchandise December 8th from Jewelry Candles. After a week, I contacted them inquiring about my order, but received no response. These are gifts and I wish I had chose a different company to get Eder candles through. I was super excited.

This company is an overpriced rip off. I ordered a bathbomb and a bar of soap. Each item had no labeling. The soap was presented in a torn beige box with no info on the soap whatsoever.a pair of earrings were in a small bag with the box. After receiving this is when I realized that the jewelry is never inside the soap at all! Shame on me for missing that sentence. How silly to offer soap with jewelry on the outside from a "surprise" jewelry inside company. The bathbomb had no labeling. Nothing to indicate there is a surprise inside. Ridiculous! When I called to complain they told me I have to pay shipping to return these useless products. I cannot believe I paid $12.00 for a bar of soap in an plain box and cheap earrings on the outside. I guess the "surprise" was on me. Buyer Beware!!

They took my money ordered from them almost two and a half weeks ago been trying to get in contact with them they aren't returning my phone calls nor my emails on their website it guarantees that gift will arrive on Christmas but I have yet to have a tracking number

I placed my order via their website on November 23, it is now December 14 and I still have not received my products nor have I received any correspondence from them. I have left multiple messages via email, and Facebook Messenger and made phone calls all with no response.

I placed an order thru their website on November 23, 2017. Called twice on 11/27, second call was told package would ship 11/29. Still no tracking number on 11/30 so called, on 10th call got an answer and was told would ship on 12/1. In 12/1 called and owner verified it would ship. Come Monday 12/4 still no tracking number called and owner stated they are behind but guaranteed it would ship that day and I could start training king it the next day. I did receive a tracking king number but then another email saying my tracking changed, so, next day 12/5 got an Anson the 6th call and owner told me to ignore the shipping change email and said my package was sent out. So on 12/8, five days after receiving a tracking number still unable to track package and USPS website shows package has not been received. I contacted the owner about 12:30pm and she said she would contact her carrier and call me back with an update. I tried calling 5times that day to get an update due to not receiving a phone call as promised. On 12/11 called 5times, no answer or returned phone call or email. On 12/12 called 9 times, no answer or returned phone call or email. It is now 12/13 I did call and no answer, so left a message letting them know that I would be submitting this complaint by end of business day and to call before end of day to avoid this. It is apparent to me that customer service is NOT at all the top of their priority. This is truly some of the worse service, or lack of, that I have ever received. I can't even get ahold of this business to get a refund. I am at a loss as to what to do. I should also state that I have sent 3 emails thru this time frame and never a response to those as well.

Order date was 11/30/17. I emailed their customer service line finally 12/12 stating that shipping is taking way to long and now I wont be able to ship it out myself for Christmas; further requesting they cancel my order. I have not received any response other than that they finally shipped my item 12/13. I then responded back that that is unacceptable and I do not want the product any more. I have not received a response from either of my emails.

Their return policy is horrible. They give you 7 days from purchase to return for a refund. They took 2 weeks to even ship the item and now I have no chance to return it for a refund, and this was supposed to be a gift.

I placed an order over a week ago from this website. I have yet to recieve any tracking information about my order but they made sure to charge me for the order. I have tried emailing several times with no response, I have left a few messages on the phone with zero response, and have even tried messaging them through Facebook with no luck. They guarantee delivery by Christmas, but I am not sure my order will be here before then because I can not get hold of a single soul to find out any information.

I watered a candle and a bath bomb and a wax tart from this company. I receive the order and the candle not only did not have a label attached to the jar but the jewelry was at the very top to where you really almost didn’t need to burn the candle to get it. I contacted the company they sent an email stating they have new workers and that’s why the errors occurred. I was told they would ship out a label to attach to the candle. However I have yet to see a label sent to me and nothing was offered other than the label she would be attached to the candle that honestly I would be embarrassed to give as a gift. I would like a refund on the candle portion of my order

Paid for an order I never received. Instead I received items I did not request. The company will not return my calls or emails and will not refund my money.

I ordered 2 candles for my wife on November 27. I received a confirmation email that same day. My credit card was charged the amount of $42.43. My order number was 63748. When I checked to see if my order had shipped about a week later, it ha not. I called the customer service number and was instructed to leave a message and someone would call me back. No one did. I emailed the company and no response. I have called multiple times since and emailed again with no response from the company.

I, like many others, placed an order of over $100 worth of items from this company on Black Friday. I still have yet to hear from the company and because this involves 8 Christmas gifts I now want my order cancelled, especially after speaking with others who have also not received their order or have received entirely incorrect orders. I have emailed, Facebook messaged, and called the company numerous times with no success. It’s enitrely ridiculous that they can’t even take the time to return an email!

I went to purchase items from jewelry candles.com and they haven't given me a contact information on my order. Yet the charged my credit card. I have tired over a six day process to get in touch with someone. Yet no reply anywhere.

I ordered 2 products from this company. They charged my credit card, took my money, but never sent me the products and will not respond to emails, Facebook messages, or phone calls. I have made contact with several other customers who have had the same problem.

I ordered two candles from this business and they charged my credit card the day I ordered them. I still have not received my merchandise and when I try to contact the company twice through email they ignore and do not respond. The order number they gave me to track my order when I completed my order does not work on their website. It says order not found. They are never there to respond live to customers on the hours listed on their website anytime I have attempted too. So, I sent another message to them via their website and still have received no response from them.

on 11/11/207 ordered a rep kit for 49.95 +a help making webpage for $19.95 to sell .
after buying a few and was a hit with *** , there friends ask if I could start to sell .I love the products so to me it was a no brainer , why not .well no kit and emailed a few times . called many time*** been hug up on two time
I payee threw ***
all I want is to do what I love and like and would love to sell but there is no customer serves & that to me is very sad

I purchased two candles from this company. One included the promised jewelry inside, the other did not. When I emailed to complain that their "jewelry candle" included no jewelry, initially I got a response.
On 10/7 I emailed about the situation.
On 10/10 they replied and asked for more information about my order in order to check their quality control and other records.
On 10/11 I responded with the requested order information and a picture as they requested.
On 10/16 I emailed again asking for a response.
On 10/21 I emailed again asking for a response.
On 10/26 I emailed again asking for a response.

After the first day of responses, they quit being helpful or responding at all.

My issue is this company is all over the place , they are sending orders completely wrong . They are forgetting jewelry , some items I bought one being a bottle of lotion they sent with just a smidge of lotion in the bottom and somehow yelled at me and blamed me when I called but since then admitted they messed up but never apologized. The company promises to do things and does not do them . The company also curses at hangs up on intimidates and mocks and makes fun of customers till they are in tears and he does not care. This by far is insane. They are suppose to be sending pieces of jewelry worth up to a lot of money but all they send is the same 3 or 4 pieces of beyond crappy jewelry . You also purchase a candles or something to get the jewelry and the candles are terrible they often send the wrong sent ,or they smell very bad , or they do not smell like anything . I tried to be patient and wait this company out hundred of dollars later they told me to *** they don't care . I am beyond offended , I want to return my last few orders for a refund but they wont even let me do that .

And I have on the records that on your last order alone we have sent you 4 different pieces of jewelry in 4 different times and yet we were receiving a few phone calls daily interrupting our operations. We already have refunded you for a few last orders through PayPal. Sorry we are not able to sent you more products or sending refunds as it’s already been done. Thanks

I was promised by Customer Service Rep. if I placed an order w/said company that I would rec. additional items w/my order free of charge in which never happened. I then placed a 2nd order thinking it was just an error and the company would resolve the issues. The 2nd order was misrepresentation because the jewelry pc. I rec.d was not the value indicated on the website where it states the jewelry pc. is valued 10.00 and up. I rec.d an item less then the 10.00 minimum value company claims. I contacted them via email w/regards to deceiving customers and false advertisement on there website w/no response. I don't want others to be scammed out of money like I was. I even spoke w/another customer and she was scammed as well. I filed a complaint w/my credit card company as well and waiting the outcome.

This is a high maintenance customer, she's basically just trying to get free items by claiming the jewelry is not of value, the jewelry is OF VALUE that is how our whole business model works. The minimum retail value piece of ALL OUR JEWELRY is $10 so once again shes just trying to pull a fast one on us and get to keep the product as well as get a refund. That is not fair and not going to happen, we have MANY CUSTOMERS especially this time of the year try to pull this stuff on us and it's not right. We know we can't make everyone happy but we have thousands of customers over the years but always takes a few bad ones to ruin it all.... hope this explains this issue if you have any more questions please contact us. ***Director of Retail Merchandising

I disagree w/company because I am a very upfront and honest person. I have a problem w/companies making promises and then not following thru on those promises made to customers. I phoned your company and specifically asked questions prior to placing any order. I was told if I placed an order that was the only way I could get a free sample. In addition, these 2 orders were placed back in August so do not try to justify your action by stating that I am trying to get free items because of what time of year it is now. I have been trying to work w/you on resolution for over 30+ days via email. If you would not have ignored my emails I would have had no problem sending the 1st order back because I have no use for those items. I paid 27.49 thinking I was going to rec. free items along w/the order in which never happened. Also, if you felt this way why did you issue a refund for the 2nd order (19.95) but not the first if you feel you were in the right. This means you know you are ripping customers off. I even spoke w/another customer and it was brought to my attention not to deal w/your company because you scam customers. Thank you.

Hi there , I have just looked up your order and unfortunately we have to disagree with your complaint as ALL our jewelry valued from $10 and up and in fact our bracelets valued over $35 retail value. Also you have used a discount code for $5.99 on your order which does NOT come with a free item.
