On December [redacted] I submitted an order to this companyI received a confirmation email stating that I should expect a 3D proof in my email within 1-business daysI have yet to receive the emailI proceeded to email them December [redacted] and December [redacted] both without a replyI proceeded to call the phone number supplied in the email which does not work$has been deducted from my account and I haven't seen or heard anything from these individuals

I placed order # [redacted] for two key chains on or about December ***, I received only one of the key chain on or about February ***, I then attempted to call the company and got a recording I then emailed the company and on February [redacted] received an stating my order was damaged and will be ready to shipped in a couple of weeks On February ***, I received an apologetic email from a Adrianna W [redacted] on February ***, stating the order is in production and will be mailed in a couple of weeks Here it is March and I have tried to email Adrianna in reference to the order with no response

I ordered my product back in January, January [redacted] to be exactIt was guaranteed to be shipped by 2/**I have yet to receive my productI have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail saying the item was shippedI also reached out via Facebook which my post was deleted and by Facebook message when my e-mails went unansweredI e-mailed the company again with no responseI am disgusted that this company would specifically say that the reason for this company was because of the owner's miscarriage yet the necklace of my deceased son was not done in the time frame that it was scheduled to

When we first launched this company we approached hundreds of bloggers to help get the word out about usWe worked with every blog the exact same way: we would offer them a promo code to their contest winner (selected at random) and to them for a free product in exchange for their services You can view their reviews here [redacted] These codes we're valid for business days only and clearly explained in multiple emails back and fourth that we can prove [redacted] wrote in her email she had to wait until the site was live, which is 100% true but the site was LIVE on June [redacted] (can provide evidence) and she was able like the dozen or so other bloggers/contest winners to redeem her code On August [redacted] (business days later) she emails me a photo of her design saying her code won't work The agreement was for her and her contest winner to redeem their free product business days after the contest endedI'm not sure what's unclear about it, or what she misinterpreted but we are here to resolve this issue Please feel free to contact us anytime: [redacted]

I placed an order with this company on Nov**, I was given a guarantee that it would be delivered by Christmas I received an e-mail on Nov**, with an order # and was sent a picture to approve the design I did not receive said product by Christmas On Dec**, 2016, they responded to me stating the order had been lost by [redacted] and that the order would have to be made On Jan**, 2017, I received an e-mail stating my order was being shipped then and that I would receive a tracking # via e-mail On Jan**, 2017, I sent e-mail stating I have not received tracking # e-mail and could they send it to me On Jan**, 2017, the company sent an e-mail asking me for my order # I responded back to them the same day with order #they sent an e-mail on Jan**, stating my order was shipped and did I receive tracking # I have replied back numerous times since then, have been unable to receive any more e-mails from them nor any responses to messages on their FB

I ordered a set of necklaces through jewelryudesign on I have contacted the company numerous times to find out why I never received my order They at first gave me a fake USPS tracking number then told me by email that the Postal Service lost my order The last email I received from them stated they were working on a new order as they had yet to locate the first order the Postal Service lost I haven't heard from the company or received my order to date I had contacted them by email numerous times and have tried the telephone number but have gotten no response I asked for my order to be completed or a complete refund No word from anyone in the company I feel this company scams money from the persons placing orders and doesn't fulfill the orders requested

I placed an online order through Paypal with JewelryUDesign on February *** for custom necklaces for a total amount of $The email reply to my order stated the necklaces would be completed and mailed to me within 10-business days I had ordered a single necklace in and was pleased with the necklace, this was the reason I trusted the company with a large order I felt since it was such a large order it may take a little longer so I did not immediately contact the company after the business day deadline had passed I did finally contact them the week prior to Easter through an email since they do not have a telephone number you are able to use to reach anyone or leave a message I did not get any response to my emails initially and was finally sent an email stating my package had shipped and to allow 24-hours before I would be able to track it through the *** On April *** the package was still showing in pre-shipment so I then started a claim th

I placed an order almost three months ago! They claim -business days but it's been over double that time frame! I have reached out to the customer service team several times all go unansweredPaid for the item in full upfront and never receive it! Ordered a Groupon and used it on this siteHad something made for Mother's DayThey said it was damaged and that they had to remake it and send it to meTook forever to get a response saying that because when they told me it was damaged I was supposed to have had itThat was over a month agoThey are not responding to emails and their phone is a jokeNo matter when you call they say they are experiencing high call volumeI called at midnight on a Saturday just to check and got the same recordingI contacted groupon and they supposedly talked to the company and told them that they were going to contact me within three daysThat was almost two weeks agoI want my product and I want an apology on the phoneI want to talk to someoneTheir customer service is horrendous and appalling

This company makes promise of customer service but never follows through The time fram they give to you is not accurate and I am yet to receive product I ordered They say it was lost in shipping but this seems to be the norm after reading reviews on the internet this has happened to countless people No one has a good experience with this company I do not think they actually make any jewelry it is only a scam *** has got to look in to this, I believe it is also some type of mail fraud Worse part is they will not communicate with you at all, liars
