I ordered dec12 approved design dec13. I knew it probably wouldn't make it in time for Christmas my fault. Necklace first shipped jan31. The post office screwed up said it was delivered feb 4 but feb7 it was returned to sender( whole other post office story) I contacted company end of February about getting it resent. I was told it shipped out around March 15 but didn't actually ship tell March 28. On March 29 I was contacted by company that my package was returned. Really it was returned in beginning of February and ur now finally contacting me. I finally got my necklace. I would understand if this was a small start up company and maybe they still are but begging honest would get farther. I love the necklace happy I finally got it. I wish the customer service was better.

Review: My husband purchased a necklace set for a going away to college gift for my daughter from this business that he seen on [redacted]. He ordered it a week before she was to leave which was promised a delivery of apx. 08/**. They immediately took the money from his credit card and still today we have nothing to show for it. He has contacted them via phone (no answer), left messages, and emails. They have an automatic generated email. He did once speak to a live person about 2 weeks ago and was told that they were sorry and that it would be sent out the next day. Now 14 days later, they still have his $130 and we have nothing. He has left messages saying we now do not want the merchandise and to put the money back on his card. That was a week ago and after checking the account they have not credited it back.Desired Settlement: I firstly want the money back and then I would like for every consumer to know of their deceitful business practice. I would also like for them to know that we have taken action as promised.

Review: On May **, 2013, [redacted] contact me to help promote the launch of his website, [redacted]. We settled on a product review for me and a giveaway. I was given only a code for the giveaway winner and not one for myself. The post went live on June [redacted] through the[redacted]. I was told that I had to wait until the site launched before I could create my jewelry. After the giveaway, on June **, [redacted] stated he didn't see much traffic from the event. On Aug **, I sent him my artwork with a few questions about design. He never followed up. On Nov **, I finally sent him an invoice for my work as he did not respond at least 3 follow up emails during that time. I have all the emails that took place.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for all the hard work and promotion that I did for his company.

When we first launched this company we approached hundreds of bloggers to help get the word out about us. We worked with every blog the exact same way: we would offer them a promo code to their contest winner (selected at random) and to them for a free product in exchange for their services.

These codes we're valid for 7 business days only and clearly explained in multiple emails back and fourth that we can prove.

[redacted] wrote in her email she had to wait until the site was live, which is 100% true but the site was LIVE on June [redacted] (can provide evidence) and she was able like the dozen or so other bloggers/contest winners to redeem her code.

On August [redacted] (52 business days later) she emails me a photo of her design saying her code won't work...

The agreement was for her and her contest winner to redeem their free product 7 business days after the contest ended. I'm not sure what's unclear about it, or what she misinterpreted but we are here to resolve this issue.

Review: I ordered a necklace from this company which was an absolute headache due to bad customer service. Then when I got my product it was all scratched. I asked if it was supposed to be like that and they sent me a picture of "the same" item immediately before it was shipped. It looks completely different than what I received. Both the company and I agree that there is no way it could have gotten as scratched as it is during shipping. It was packaged very well. I also took a picture as soon as I took it out of the package so that I could post it on ** for family to see the gift I got my boyfriend. I do love the product, I'm just not happy that it's all scratched up. I would love for it to look like the picture they sent me. They told me repeatedly to send it back for a refund, I don't want a refund I want the product that I ordered, not all scratched up.Desired Settlement: They sent me a picture that is flawless, no scratches, it's beautiful. That's all I want is for mine to look the same. I would like them to remake my order to look like the picture they sent me.

Review: On September ** 2015 I place a $120.00 order. On September **, 2015 I received an email with a proof of my order that I needed to approve, which I did. I was informed that it would be 7 - 14 business days to receive said order. On December *, 2015 I sent an email (only way to contact these people), asking where my order was. On December **, 2015 I was told that my order was being shipped out via [redacted] Priority Mail. I still have not received this order. I have sent 3 more emails regarding this order and they are no longer responding to me. This item was paid for upfront.Desired Settlement: I wanted this item as a Christmas gift. I will take a complete refund at this point.

After filing this complaint, on December **, 2015 I received an email from the business stating that the item in question had been shipped via [redacted] Priority Mail. I received said item finally on January *, 2016. 3 1/2 months after the initial order and payment.
