I paid for a product and never received itI inquired with the company, but never heard backThey have a phone number that goes straight to voicemailThey do not reply to messages on Facebook or emails through their contact form

I placed an order for customized jewelry on 3/**/I was charged accordingly for It has been over two months and the item is listed as in production, when according to their guarantee I should've received it by now I have sent several emails and have received two with them saying they'd ship it in a week but I have not received the item or follow up emails to my responsesI would like a refund since it appears my item will not be arrivingI will reorder upon completion of the refund

So they say they will have item shipped no more then business dayswell it's been months and now they give me a tracking number last week and it says the shipper is still waiting for the itemnow the place said they called the shipper and it is lost so they have to remake itat this point I want a full refund and don't recommend anyone ordering from them by they are a scamit shouldn't take several months to get a piece of jewelryif I could rate this company in the negatives I wouldshame on them for doing this to lost of people other then meread the reviews before orderingThey are all telling the truth when they say that they get a run around and the shady company either don't send you it or it takes them about months

I ordered a set of necklaces through jewelryudesign on 3/**/ I have contacted the company numerous times to find out why I never received my order They at first gave me a fake USPS tracking number then told me by email that the Postal Service lost my order The last email I received from them stated they were working on a new order as they had yet to locate the first order the Postal Service lost I haven't heard from the company or received my order to date I had contacted them by email numerous times and have tried the telephone number but have gotten no response I asked for my order to be completed or a complete refund No word from anyone in the company I feel this company scams money from the persons placing orders and doesn't fulfill the orders requested

I ordered a necklace for my husband at the end of MayI finally received a correct proof and ok'd it at the end of JuneIn that email it said that my order would ship in 10-daysIt is well past days since that email and it was the last communication that I have had with this companyI have emailed them and called them numerous times with absolutely no responseI am going to file a complaint with my credit card in hopes of recouping my moneyMy advice is to run far away if you are even considering ordering from this company

I placed an order with jewelryudesign.com on April **, I paid an extra to preview my order before the necklace was to be madeI did not get an approval/make changes e-mail till April **, Finally got an approval on May *, They say it may take 10-business daysWell here it is July **, 2017, and I still have not received my orderI have tried multiple attempts to contact them by e-mail(this is the only way to communicate) and no responseI tried calling the phone number and it always says experiencing a high call volume to e-mail or chat on website I chatted them on their website a couple of days ago and told them if I did not receive a response I was going to contact the Revdex.comSo here I amThe total of my order was and the money was taken out of my account on April **,I am done messing with them, and I just want my money refunded to me

I placed order #*** for two key chains on or about December ***, I received only one of the key chain on or about February ***, I then attempted to call the company and got a recording I then emailed the company and on February *** received an stating my order was damaged and will be ready to shipped in a couple of weeks On February ***, I received an apologetic email from a Adrianna W*** on February ***, stating the order is in production and will be mailed in a couple of weeks Here it is March and I have tried to email Adrianna in reference to the order with no response

On May *, I purchased a necklace online from this store I was charged $+ $for shipping and handling for this necklace My email receipt for this purchase indicated it would take 10-days to receive the necklace
It has been almost months and I haven't received anything My email receipt includes both an email and phone number for the business I have sent 3-emails but have received no response The phone number is just a message saying they have high volume of calls and doesn't allow you to hold or leave a message

After purchasing jewelry with my son's full name and date of birth on it, they started posting pictures of it to their social media account On both the first and second instances of this, they agreed to take down the photos and never use them again Now, more than a year later, they have reposted the photos and blocked my wife from their social media accounts for asking them, yet again, to take them down We never agreed to let them use our son's image and likeness or his personal information to advertise for them

I placed my necklace order well over a month agoI was supposed to recieve a email proof of what my product would look like in 3-daysThose days went byI reached out to the company a few times and they finally respondedTold me my order was over looked and to expect it that day via emailNever received itReached out several more timesFinally reached someone and was told the same thing but was also told I would receive a refund along with my productI'm yet to see eitherI had my mother contact them after I had many failed attemptsShe told them she would like to place an order and they reached right out to herShe asked the status of my order and the guy said someone would email me today in my statusWell nothing was received and I'm at my end with thisThis was a necklace

When we first launched this company we approached hundreds of bloggers to help get the word out about us. We worked with every blog the exact same way: we would offer them a promo code to their contest...

winner (selected at random) and to them for a free product in exchange for their services.

These codes we're valid for 7 business days only and clearly explained in multiple emails back and fourth that we can prove.
[redacted] wrote in her email she had to wait until the site was live, which is 100% true but the site was LIVE on June [redacted] (can provide evidence) and she was able like the dozen or so other bloggers/contest winners to redeem her code.
On August [redacted] (52 business days later) she emails me a photo of her design saying her code won't work...
The agreement was for her and her contest winner to redeem their free product 7 business days after the contest ended. I'm not sure what's unclear about it, or what she misinterpreted but we are here to resolve this issue.

I ordered a necklace I think it was in 2016 sometime. It took about 2 months to ship. After I phoned and asked about my order is when they mailed it. So I thought ok I am happy with my purchase except that the clasp that holds the pendant on the chain always came off until one day I ripped my necklace off accidentally washing my face. So I phoned them and asked if I can just order another piece and I wasn't able to order an extra piece and when I went onto their website they just told me I can order it on their website. Anyways after all that I decided to order a new necklace one in gold plated. That was in May 2015 and it is now Nov 2017 and still haven't received my order yet. I am ok with my first necklace other than I wish they would attach the pendant on a little better so it doesn't fall off all the time.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM jewelryudesign. I have called several times and send numerous emails to find out the status of my order and no response.

I purchased a necklace off of a Groupon on March 5th 2017. It is now June 19,2017 and I still don't have my necklace. I emailed Jewelryudesign about why I have not received my product and was told that my item was damaged during production, but that they expected it to be finished within a week. That was a month ago and now when I email them I get absolutely no response. I even called and left a message and still no response. I spent a lot of money on this necklace and I cannot believe that Jewelryudesign took my money. This is a horrible company and buyer beware of Jewelryudesign. They will take your money and you will never get the item you purchased.

I ordered a product from jewelryudesign's website on March 30th, 2017. It is now June 14, and I still don't have my product. The company no longer replies to my emails, has blocked me on instagram and doesn't let me comment on their Facebook page (deletes my posts without replying). I have filed numerous complaints with Groupon as well, and am still waiting for a resolution. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a dog tag in March that was intended for my husband's birthday present on May 5th. I submitted approval on March 16 and they stated it would ship in 10 - 20 business days. I can not get a response from them regarding the status of my order. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This dog tag is in memory of our 6 yr old son who passed away so it is really important to me. I ordered one from Legacy Touch several weeks after ordering this one. I had my product from Legacy Touch within a week. They charged my credit card for the full amount immediately after I submitted my approval. Now they have my money and it appears I will never get my product! Lesson learned and I will warn others to steer clear of this company.
