Tried to pay multiple times for Aprils mortgage but it won't go thru I do it the same way every month and never had problemCalled multiple times and got the run around BIG time First girl said routing # was wrong so bank denied-nopeSecond one said it would show up on my bank account as pending right away as I wasn't sure since this has never happened-nope, not itThird girl didn't know anythingCalled again after my bank ***, contacted me to ask if they use telecheck because if they do *** doesn't participate in that serviceThe girl had no ideaI asked for supervisor, put me on hold, came back on and continued to ask me questionsTold me all kinds of crazy stuff, like I paid on principle in March and it went toward May when I'm just trying to get April paid before it's considered lateShe was all over the place with what was going on, told me I was confused but when I repeated what she had said - I'm writing all of this down - she giggled and I told her she was th

This is the mortgage broker that I was working with to provide my mortgage on a home We worked through all of the issues involved, but as part of the negotiation with the buyer, I increased the price of the home and made up for it by increasing the seller's assist from 2% to 3% This is what I used for the first home I purchased and didn't see it as a problem I verified that the 3% was correctly listed on the seller credits line a week before closing
The night before the closing took place, I was sent another closing disclosure and told that we could no longer use the 3% because they don't allow it for their mortgage I would have adjusted the price previously based off of this fact, but being that I already spent my own money to pay for an inspection, appraisal, fix the inspection report for the mortgage lender, I was told the homeowner may walk away if we delay the process again
The difference in this seller's assist went from $6,to $= $ I followed up

I was already working with *** *** on an *** and paid for the *** appraisal when I received a phone call from Robert at ** *** *** *** He explained to me that they offered a 5% down payment conventional mortgage with lender paid mortgage insurance so I would save money versus going ***Obviously removing mortgage insurance sounded great so I had him draw up a loan estimateI reviewed it and everything looked goodI signed the documents requested and sent him what he neededHe ordered the appraisal and I paid the $for the conventional appraisalAt this point I have now paid $for appraisals, but was willing to over look that since Robert was so confident this was the best move for me and very convincing that the monthly savings I would get from not having mortgage insurance would make up for itAfter a little bit of time I did not hear anything so at that point I decided to reach out for an updateThis was on a Wednesday early JuneRobert informed me tha

I don't know how this company got my information, but I have repeatedly told them via a phone call and e-mail that I would like them to stop contacting meI have been getting a phone call at least once a day for three weeks nowI have blocked the number, yet my phone still gives me the voicemails that the lady leavesI am not interested in getting a mortgage and they are disrespecting my time and decision

To Whom It May Concern,
After having an unsatisfactory experience and failure with refinancing my mortgage through JG Wentworth, I am seeking information and resolution about the process I went through, the problems that arose, and the inaction of my loan officer/underwriterI have been working with Julie S***
The reason I was given for the decline was that my employment was not considered ‘permanent’Nowhere in the paperwork, emails, or electronic documents was I listed as a contractor or consultantMy paperwork shows me as an hourly, Wemployee of ConsultNetWhen the underwriter gave this reason, I gathered the contact information for *** Human Resources Director, Sarah B*** I contacted Sarah explaining the situationShe informed me that there are misconceptions about the line of work I am in, and that she resolves them frequently for our employees
Despite being given the contact information and being requested to reach out to Sarah, my loan officer did

In December I contacted J.GWentworth Home Lending to inquire about a VA home loan refinancing After pre-approval, I was instructed by a J.GWentworth Home Lending loan officer to pay $for a Residential Appraisal ReportI paid for the residential appraisal on 12/17/(emailed receipt is pasted below)
The date of appraisal was 12/19/As a new flooring installation was in progress, Page of the appraisal report indicated: This report is made subject to the installation of the laminate flooring in the kitchen and portion of the hall *** ***, SRA, of *** *** ***., Granite Bay, CA ###-###-####, told me that the Dec appraisal report would be sent to J.GWentworth Home Lending & would indicate the unfinished new flooring installation After the flooring installation was completed I was directed to contact *** *** to schedule a reinspectionThe *** *** reinspection took place on 2/1/ However, I learned on

I had contacted Alex S*** who is a loan officer with J.GWentworth about sale of a house to me the buyerHe promptly collect $for a VA appraisal of my new home and we started to the process for me to purchase the home
Alex wrongly started the process for a Refi and not a home loanThe loan was turned down because I was not listed on the titleI was never notified of this by Alex and did not find out till I sent an email to the loan processor Linda H***
I had a locked VA rate of and now rates have gone up to I'm livid over this, so unprofessional

Despite paying for the appraisal early out of my own pocket ($500) and getting all the documents in on time, JG Wentworth missed my closing date twice in a row
They wrote down the wrong closing date on their first closing disclosureThey failed to update the closing disclosure with the correct number of credits numerous timesThey assigned the excise tax to the wrong party
They sent the final disclosure so late on the closing date that I unable to read the closing disclosure myself and escrow was unable to send the documentation sent to get registered by the clerkTherefore we missed closing...again
I asked if I qualified for their "Close on Time Guarantee"They said I no longer qualifyWhy? Because their "Close on Time Guarantee" only applied to the first closing date and I had formally requested on Sunday afternoon that our Monday closing be moved to WednesdayThis was astonishing to me because the reason I asked to move the closing date was because they had not se

In the last months JG Wentworths Home Loan Website stopped working and I was forced to pay by phone, no problemHowever, I pay more than the minimum and try to stay one month ahead on my paymentIn the past months twice the automated system has asked if I want to apply my payment to the upcoming payment, to which I say YES, but the payment has been put in completely towards principleThis causes problems because I pay my bill usually on the 5th for the next month but when the previous payment has been applied to principle then I am technically behind days on the payment according to them because their automated system did not do as it was told and just assumed it should be all principle because the next payment is almost a month out

J.GWentworth Home Lending, On July 12, I signed a contract to purchase a home for sale in Stafford County, VA *** *** ***) of which the current Owner and Co-Owner counter signed the contract making it a ratified contractThe Contract was sent to JG Wenworth - Short Sale Bank negotiator awaiting the JG Wenworth approval of the terms of the contractPlease note - the current contract presented to the Owner and Co-Owner of the property is the same contractual price and terms as the proceeding contract on this property which faltered in the month of June 28, As I understand it, the current loan is backed by the Veterans Administration (VA) which has sent an authorized letter requesting a day extension of the foreclosure July 29, to September 29, which would allow the following actions, 1) Preventing the Current property from going to Foreclosure, 2) Allowing the Current Owner (A Veteran who served our Country) to sale his home, 3) Allowing a viable contra

I was scammed by the company and its representative (Frederic *** R*** NMLS #***) when I was closing on the property purchase
I was promised (in written form) a discount points match
The company added a lock extension to my closing disclosure that I never agreed to
The company stated on the closing disclosure that the credit issued by a seller was to cover the lock extension when-in-fact the company was made are by myself, my attorney, and my real estate agent that the money was intended for repairs on the property in order to comply with the signed contract
I was promised that all of these issues will be taken care of come closing date and will be resolvedOn the closing date, I found out that the final closing disclosure was not corrected for the issues but also included an additional charges for lock extension My attorney made a call to the representative but was told that there was nothing that will be done to address the issues

Deceptive Business Practices (Returning Escrow Check) I called on 3/15/to verify my loan was paid and was informed that it would be business days before my escrow check would be released; each time verifying my current/correct mailing addressI received my official loan closure packet on 5/7/with the FPO, AP *** missing from address but no checkI called customer service (CS) on 5/9/to inquire about my check as well as to inform the company about address inconsistencies by the companyI was informed the company was going to put a stop & reissue (5/9/18) on the current check that was sent; check dated 4/6/received on 5/16/I called CS back on 5/22/to inquire about if the check I received on 5/16/was a good check before going to the bank only to find out this was the check the company put a stop on as well as the check that was supposed to be reissued on 5/wasn't cut yet or mailed out days laterThis type of business practice is deceptive and unacc

Our loan officer was amazing but at soon as we closed on the loan the trouble began The account number on the payment coupon for our first payment provided by J.GWentworth at closing had the account number of our old mortgage loan that was with a completely different company Our first payment could not be connected to our loan, obviously, as the account number was wrong It took weeks and countless hours on the phone to correct the situation during which time we received letter after letter from their collections department, even after being told a hold was placed on our account to stop any communications regarding collections The delay in resolving the matter created a snowball effect for subsequent paymentsNot once did J.GWentworth initiate contact to try to resolve this matter, even in response to receipt of requested documents or to tell me the payment had been located and applied I continued to receive collection letters even after being assured by a servicing supervisor in writing that my account is completely current J.GWentworth was not going to apply my payments correctly, calculate interest correctly, or waive late fees until I demanded they do so They also paid my homeowners insurance even though it had been paid at closing which caused my escrow account to become negative

This company practices predatory lendingTheir information changed throughout the whole home buying process, which left me paying for inspection, appraisal and earnest money for a home that the loan should not have been approved in the 1st placeI spoke with many other lenders and all gave me the same replyHowever the representative could not answer why she issued a preapproval when FHA was never going to approve the loanPlease stay away from this company! They are crooks!!!

In May of I moved to Woodstock GA from California, and purchased a home It was initially financed by WestStar MortgageFor the record, I have made every payment on time, without fail In May of J G Wentworth apparently purchased my loan or purchased WestStar Mortgage Since that time, I have had nothing but trouble with Wentworth I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran, and as such, I pay no property tax to Cherokee County I have furnished Wentworth with the appropriate documentation certifying this Today, for the fifth time, I was on the telephone with Wentworth, trying to get them to understand that I pay no tax Why, you might ask, was I having this conversation? Once again I got my payment notice, and ascertained that my payment was going up, because of an escrow shortfall The shortfall was due to the need to withhold for property taxes After spending minutes on the telephone with Wentworth’s representative, I asked to be transferred to her supervisor

In July of I went through the whole refinancing process with my home with jim brooks at JG WentworthI mentioned that the I was married but my house was in just my name (on the deed, title, and my current home loan) but that I wanted to refinance it into my husbands name (with me just on the title/deed)that my husband would be the only one on the loan (he mentioned he had been doing loans for plus years)so we went through the whole paperwork process and I PAID FOR AN APPRAISAL FOR $based on him telling me everything looked good with credit and loan to debt ratio etcand that and that they had received all the paperwork they needed and that the loan should close within daysAfter a couple weeks I called Linda H*** the loan processor to check on the loan status for her to tell me that it was declined because my husband was not on the current deed (WHICH JIM KNEW ABOUT WHEN I TOLD HIM) I told them I wanted a refund on the $appraisal because this should have been me

Loan Agent Leath C***, Boca Raton, FLApplied online for mortgage quote 10/5/Spoke with Leath asked for quote and fees after explaining financial situation for purchase of new construction townhouseLeath stated could lock in rate with authorization of credit checkOn 10/6/gave authorization for credit check, Leath stated locked in rate at 3.625%, no points, year fixed FHA, with day lock, with option to lock in a lower rate if occursShe stated she would email me the lock in rate and terms as we discussedRequested me fill out online credit app, which I did, Requested I send all financial documentation which I overnighted to herCalled numerous times to ask about the lock in quote document she promised that I had not receivedAfter days of numerous calls and unreturned messages, I sent an email requesting the written quote, no responseon the 20th day since our first communication, I was frustrated with her non performance, and stated if I did not receive i
