It is clear Jidd motors can not get me financedThis is the 3rd time You are asking me to come back in to sign more loan papers when the last time I came in 2weeks ago I was told that was the last time I needed to sign those loan paper which was the 2nd time this dealership has lied to meMy credit is being ran without my permission and the car is still not financed.I am receiving denials in the mail from various lebders I kniw nothing abouttt this point I want to return the car and get my payment backI do not wish to sign more papers and to continue being lied to or called every weeks to sign more loan papers this is the 3rd time after I was assured 2weeks ago#deal was finalAgreeing to a refund and to take the car back would be satisfactoryI would like the entire amount refunded but willing to take $.Sincerely,

Customer is fabricating the story just to extort money from our businessThere's nothing in writing that indicates we owe the customer $1500. Customer signed a binding agreement and knew exactly what he was signing. We have no problems taking the car back, per our Day Satisfaction

We are sorry the customer is not satisfied with the options we have offered. Again this is a pre-owned vehicleMrJidd stands by his offer to do minor repairs such as tou,ding bump out, or as the customer has been informed to purchase the vehicle back according to our buyback program

contacted us by telephone on August about refunds for cancelled insurancesWE finally received refunds $ on September posted for financed Bank for car loan account However :
Custom Edge $ Gap / Edge Plus $ Perma Plate (autobody and paint ) $ costs

From $ *** Motors deducted jobs like cleaning and waxing made before sale was done , is still unknown cost (no any receipt what was done we got ) To avoid another reason to stop again for us refund ,We follow Attorney General State Illinois advice to cooperate with them to start to get anything ,first
We spent also $to make duplicate electronic key made by Authorized Dodge Dealer
Me and many consumers ( complaints on web sites ) are getting only one key for vehicle *** Motors may keeps spare ones.Spare electronic keys can be also reprogrammed for another cars .They promised to sent refund check by mail , if duplicate will be make.They said that cost for duplicate key is $ By Authorized Dodge Dealer this cost me over $.They got receipt from me, we never got any refund from them
TOTAL $ we lost 304+= and + of course every monthly payment interest is much higher then without extra insurances on car loan
From complaint's date July up to August *** MOTORS did not responded after :our requests for refund , Revdex.com two notifications , also any mediation from Insurances :Skin Interprices Company ( *** *** products *** Company - did not give wanted results
Looks like only General Attorney State of Illinois Fraud Department notification was able to force *** Motors to respond and give us money back .Thank You Revdex.com for mediation and help what was possible
