Hello Shaquille, the vehicle that you purchased from us was never funded by the bank because you provided information as to your job so the bank could not fund the deal.? When you came in to the dealership you were suppose to have a qualifying interview with the bank which you failed yet
again.? You drove our car and put miles on the vehicle at which point we would have to charge you $per mile that you drove which would exceed your down payment of $At this point you owe us $500.? If you can get your employer to validate? your place of employment and your income we can get you approved so you can get the car you were trying to purchase.? We have had communication with our customer.  We are reimbursing him for the time that he was not able to drive the vehicle due to registration issues.

I am rejecting this response because:Their buyback program/return policy contains a 10% restocking fee, ($7,000) plus shipping and other expenses. Again their response, although seemingly conciliatory, is really a big profit motive and unfair consumer sales practice and unacceptable. Further, I have had two dent removal business examined the car and they can not remove the dent on the rear left quarter panel because of the location and the depth of the dent. There is also paint damage in that area. It can only be repaired properly with repairing and repainting. The same goes for the right front fender which is scrapped along the right fender and covers an area of about 8 inches and extends onto the front bumper and their is a torn wheel well cover in that area and a side wall slashed tire. These areas can not be touched up or buffed out. And, I have Mitt Motors text whereby they enticed me to accept the car in the condition it was on 1-15-17 by promising in writing to have all damage noted on the bill of lading repaired at [redacted], a certified [redacted] body shop.
