I am rejecting this response because:Their buyback program/return policy contains a 10% restocking fee, ($7,000) plus shipping and other expensesAgain their response, although seemingly conciliatory, is really a big profit motive and unfair consumer sales practice and unacceptableFurther, I have had two dent removal business examined the car and they can not remove the dent on the rear left quarter panel because of the location and the depth of the dentThere is also paint damage in that areaIt can only be repaired properly with repairing and repaintingThe same goes for the right front fender which is scrapped along the right fender and covers an area of about inches and extends onto the front bumper and their is a torn wheel well cover in that area and a side wall slashed tireThese areas can not be touched up or buffed outAnd, I have Mitt Motors text whereby they enticed me to accept the car in the condition it was on 1-15-by promising in writing to have all damage noted on the bill of lading repaired at *** ***, a certified *** body shop.

Hello Laquita, as previously discussed we will be running this claim through the warranty company and await their inspection response. As with any warranty work It has to be approved by the company, if approved we can proceed with the repairs if not you will have to pay for the repairs

When a customer send an email inquiring a vehicle through our website personal information is not requested, but when an application is fill out completely with personal information and security question we ask maiden name and all is provided

Jidd Motors would be happy to help Mr*** with regards to the "noted" damage that was on our Bill of Lading at delivery. We explained the he could return the car here for minor touch up and ding repair at our facilityIf this is not acceptable to him he can also return the vehicle as per
our return policy. The car will not be repainted as is the customers requestHe purchased a used vehicle not a brand new unit. There is bound to be some minor cosmetic damage on a pre-owned vehicle
