We paid a large sum of money $foolishly for an ITS membership because this company promised great vacation pricesThey don't You can get same or better prices using [redacted] or other travel sites Recently, tried to get us to invest more money for their crappy product by upgrading to an "elite" membership We paid an elite price to begin with, they need to offer a worthwhile serviceAnd not try to scam people for more money to keep their failing business afloat

The sales practices of this Company are very deceiving and the promised savings on travel do not exist The promised savings are false see detail below

My wife and I reside in Edmond, Ok and had ITS LLC make reservations for family members from two states, The reservations were for the [redacted] Resort in the San Diego,Caseparate suites on the Golf courseWe had asked to be close together in a convenient area to restaurants and entertainmentI even had a call to ask if everything was going as we planned,

The product that was presented to us was not the product that we received, and we were unable to verify this fact until we gained account access On April 2, 2016, we entered into a contract with International Travel Service at the office of [redacted] in Branson, MO, where we had attended a sales presentationThe cost of this program was $We used our VISA card for paymentDuring the presentation, the ITS website was displayed, searches done, and we were shown list of available condominiums in several different locationsBecause we are retired and travel frequently, we liked that fact that we could jump online at any given time and plan a last minute tripI specifically asked during the presentation if we would have access to all that was being presented, and we were assured we wouldIn addition, we were told that ITS has contracts with all major hotel chains, and that we would be able to jump on our smartphone at any time and book a last minute hotel, wherever we were

We paid $14K for "unlimited travel opportunities." No locations or services are available as presented We were told that cruises in Germany were available, however they do not offer German cruises We were told hotels all over the US were available So far, none in any area we have tried to visit We were told that we could rent an RV or purchase a used RV, there is no offer for RV rental or sales on their websiteWe were told that airfare would be lower, again none going where we wanted to go Calls to the customer service line go to voice mail or are dropped, No one returns voice mail calls until complaints are made several times We felt that since this was a presentation offered by our timeshare that International Travel Solutions was a reputable company Of course, the sales pressure is to buy now We had no reason to suspect fraud But we feel now that we were taken for $14, Nothing is as it was presented that day We have a book with an account number and no

Requesting cancellation/refund of contract as they do not deliver what was promised In July we purchased a travel program in Branson, MO We have priced out several trips, but none are at the savings they indicated we would receive We have called the company numerous times and failed to get in touch with anyone who can assist us in refunding/cancelling our contract We feel the promises made are not what we are receiving and as such, constitute a way to cancel the contract representation, poor customer service are our main complaints When asked about their Revdex.com rating, they said they had no complaints and that they had been in business for years When we contacted them, they said the few complaints on record indicate less than 1% of their clientele

My mom and I had trouble using the site and wasn't able to get on until they did it with usThen, it got put into suspension and weren't able to use In May 2016, my mom and I were on vacation in Branson, MO We went to a presentation by [redacted] which sold the product of International Travel Solutions We were not able to get on the site and just stopped trying to get on it until December, when they told us that they had a new site However, when we typed it in could not get on itWell, now we have the site, but cannot use it because we put the product on "suspension" because we didn't want it to cost us anything, we weren't using; but, also, because we wanted a full refund, but could not get itThey told us during the presentation at [redacted] that we could cancel at anytime Later, we found out that was a lie Now, we can't even get on the site unless we are out of suspension They told us that the prices were supposed to be cheaper, but without really going on the

We never received one benefit from all the money we paid over the last several years complete waste of money This was purchased over the last five to six years never received one benefit saved more money looking up travel ourselves or through Triple-A or Expedia like sitesPlus we paid monthly feewhen we did contact someone that took them over a week to call back if they ever did .a lot of money lostrough lesson learned

This company was rarely able to help in any way with our vacation plans and then continued to charge us after suspending the account I called the company in Oct to cancel the account They said they would suspend the account immediately They continued to bill my account and when I called to request a refund, they explained that the cancellation needed to be in writing, even though I was NOT told this in Oct when I was told it would be suspendedI am disputing this charge with my credit card service

I have been a member for since May , 2016. My wife and I travel frequently across the country and use International Travel Solutions during my travels. I have booked 12 day European cruise with them and it was flawless. Used their services frequently for over night accommodations while on our trips. Next month have booked a condo in Las Vegas through I.T.S. If you have the freedom to travel I.T.S can be very helpful . I enjoy my membership.

The ITS service NEVER provided any service even close to what was advertised when the service was purchased
My name is *** and my membership number is ***Please CANCEL my membership and discontinue further charge attempts on the credit card on file for meI will be contacting my credit card to block any such attempts The reason is that the services that I received the couple of attempts were inferior results and I NEVER received ANY savings close to what was described by the sales persons who signed us up at the beginning I was NEVER able to get the FREE CRUISE (which I had to send a $check to get any access for.) The same for the FREE pair of airline tickets which cost me $and never received anything for!!! Personally, I believe the whole thing a scam which cost me way TOO MUCH MONEY for NO BENEFIT in return!!!
In addition, the one time that I used the service, the hotel DID NOT provide an ADEQUATE HANDICAPPED ROOM There were NO bars on

A most dishonest company, I was stupid for falling for their lame claims I don't know how these people sleep at night They offer nothing that you can't get online for free Please don't let them take your hard earned money for nothing

I think ITS is great

I have been a member since and at first I would have agreed with the rating on this company I was promised big savings and excellent customer service and got neither
In the last year everything thing has changed the customer service has done a and they even fixed a lot of the old issues I had before they switched management I have since booked vacations with them and all have been a big savings and a big success They could not be nicer now I have saved a minimum of 25% per vacation with the other two being closer to 50% I have searched other sites to confirm the % savings
They now let you earn rewards too
I even had one plan I had to change and one I had to cancel, both went smooth I got the refunds back quickly
I would now highly recommend them

My husband and I have had wonderful vacations in 2017, both booked with ITS Since the first trip involved several forms of transportation, it was great to just talk to one person who took care of everything Thank you, ITS, for my experience made so easy with your expert agents!
