Scam Company, Worse than Time Shares, very dishonest sales, couldn't get any travel cheaper than what I could get myself, COULDN'T GET DEALS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO, only left over travel that nobody wants

We have been members of ITS since December, and have used the service times for a total of nights in beautiful condos in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Texas, and Louisiana Number of bad experiences? ZERO! What is significant to share is that we did very little travelling prior to joining ITS We dislike motels but with ITS we can stay in very nice condos for less than a cheap motel We love the large selection of condos and have had no regrets or negative experiences at any of the resorts where we have stayed One time we arrived at a resort and they did not have us listed I called ITS and they immediately called the resort and the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes It was good to learn that ITS had my back Finally, I am a spreadsheet junkie I spreadsheet everything! Since joining ITS, I have made back a total of 1825% of my ITS investment in savings We love the memories (and the savings) we've enjoyed that were not possible for us prior to becoming members of International Travel Solutions

My mom and I had trouble using the site and wasn't able to get on until they did it with usThen, it got put into suspension and weren't able to use
In May 2016, my mom and I were on vacation in Branson, MO We went to a presentation by *** which sold the product of International Travel Solutions We were not able to get on the site and just stopped trying to get on it until December, when they told us that they had a new site However, when we typed it in could not get on itWell, now we have the site, but cannot use it because we put the product on "suspension" because we didn't want it to cost us anything, we weren't using; but, also, because we wanted a full refund, but could not get itThey told us during the presentation at *** that we could cancel at anytime Later, we found out that was a lie Now, we can't even get on the site unless we are out of suspension They told us that the prices were supposed to be cheaper, but without really going on the

This company brought us in for a sales presentation and made promises that if we became a member with them that they would get a timeshare that we had sold and the information forgiven since it was under fraudulent practices So we signed up under the pretense that we could get highly discounted rates on hotel, cruises, condos, airfare, etc I have requested many quotes are usually higher than I can get on my ownWhen you mention that to them, they say they can TRY to match it Why do I need to do the leg work to find it cheaper for you to match it when I paid you $4,to do the work They also take out a $membership quarterly for the services I called to request my lost membership number and they claim to have been rejected the fees for the quarterly membership Upon checking with my bank, they did in fact receive the quart

We have received very good service from International Travel Solutions They made reservations for us for air travel, hotels and even a train trip All except one motel were to our expectations It is great to have every part of a trip's reservations with one call

We attended a seminar by Vacation Services of America who represented International Travel SolutionsAt this seminar we purchased a membership (regretfully now) due to the discounted travel and accomodations they could provideWe can get better deals with our *** discounts! None of the discount facts presented are true: I have checked on several things and I can get them cheaper with our discounts

On my last vacation which was booked through International Travel Solutions all went very smoothThere was a slight problem at the *** in Sarasota Florida with an additional resort charge they added to my bill but after contacting ITS the charge was eliminated

Made an online appt to speak with a travel consultant Website says to allow minutes for this call Agent called as scheduled 8/23/but didn't even look at the information on had supplied at the time of the request He said he would review the info and email me travel options This minute call lasted minutes Info was emailed but I could not understand it It said it was for adults and children It was suppose to be for adults and children I called today (8/29/17) to ask to review this info I was told that the travel associates were all on the phone but that someone would call me back within the next two hours No call came

I purchased this service jointly with a friendWe used it once to make flight and hotel reservationsTheir website is extremely slow and would give me different rates for the same flight when searched just seconds apartTwo times I left messages with their "concierge" service and never got a call back Their search engine seemed to do nothing more than search the same sites that I could search on my own much faster with more accurate results
In ITS promo session they showed the group rates for condos and all inclusive stays that were not even close to what we were able to findUpon doing our own searches it was very obvious that they were not doing live real time searches

I called the company in Oct to cancel the account They said they would suspend the account immediately They continued to bill my account and when I called to request a refund, they explained that the cancellation needed to be in writing, even though I was NOT told this in Oct when I was told it would be suspendedI am disputing this charge with my credit card service
