Although booking sometimes takes a bit of phone time, I have been completely satisfied with each booking, with how rebooking swerve handled, with the follcalls by ITS to make sure everything was to my likingThey have always been very helpful, courteous and understanding

ITS did a good job of setting up our vacation in Scottsdale, Az We couldn't have ask for anything better

I have had no problems getting booked through ITS for any of the places I have wanted to go They have worked with me to finds a variety of hotels close to my granddaughters cheer competitions I have also booked condos through them and have been very satisfied

We have not used the service over a year and a half and would like a complete refund
We purchased a membership from INT for $2,on October 17, with the understandstanding that we would be charged $each quarter We have tried to book twice on a quick notice for travel in the U.Sand couldn't get an agent to help us for several days Since we are taking care of an elderly parent, we won't be using their services and would like to receive a refund and break the contact if possible

Hello, my husband and I are members of I.T.Solutions, we have arranged quite a few trips, flights, Hotels and a cruise or twoWe loved the idea of phoning one company to book, it makes life so much easier - all booking in one place
The staff we have spoken to have been very polite, patient, efficient and caringI say this because in one case a member of the staff really tried to get me to book and pay for a wine package for a cruiseIt was all my fault, I delayed too long and the wine package doubled in price by the time I got around to paying for it
We have no complaints, I will emphasise the best part is no more searching the Internet for good prices for each part of our journey, Hotels, Flights, Cruises, car rentals etc.etc Love I.T.Solutions, both my husband and I highly recommend them

I have been with international solutions for a few years and I can say they have been great and very professional and helpful with meI have taken a few trips through them and they have gotten great deals for me.plus they have been great to deal with

I like having help in reservations, however, ITS has cost us money on two occasions that were costlyIt would help if you didn't have to deal with a different person each time you called and didn't have to wait so long before you got to a representative

My husband and I bought an ITS membership years ago We agreed that we would pay a quarterly fee for the program which automatically comes out of our account We are totally pleased with the ITS benefits We have used it times, times we reserved a week in a timeshare like resortThe other times, we reserved a hotel since it was cheaper than we could find anywhere else The resorts we stayed in were in different states and all of them were exactly as stated on the internet ITS page I get on the site 1x a month and check out the hot deals and enjoy reading about the different options We have gone to places that I would not have known about without ITS having locations there at a great price

ITS has been very good for us We bought into the program years ago, and have found the savings to be pretty substantial We use them to for our trip to San Francisco in June 2017, and used them for hotels, tourist companies (double decker busses and Alcatraz), and airfare The hotel was an especially good deal because the pricing provided by ITS includes all taxes and fees The airfare was a modest savings, the Alcatraz Night Tour and the city tours were somewhere in the neighborhood of 30% savings We also have just booked a cruise, with transfers, hotels, and airfare, all thru ITS, and again, the savings overall are about 30%, and we get points for all of it to use on another trip, as well as a rebate for the cruise We have been very happy thus-far, and their customer service agents are always friendly and helpful
Their website is easy to navigate The only issue I have had with them is the recently upgraded their systems and website, and members had to create a new login This was not communicated to the members (well, me at least) and I had to call to get my website login re-activated Would have been an issue if I needed to make a quick reservation, but I could have called in that case

Requesting cancellation/refund of contract as they do not deliver what was promised
In July we purchased a travel program in Branson, MO We have priced out several trips, but none are at the savings they indicated we would receive We have called the company numerous times and failed to get in touch with anyone who can assist us in refunding/cancelling our contract We feel the promises made are not what we are receiving and as such, constitute a way to cancel the contract representation, poor customer service are our main complaints When asked about their Revdex.com rating, they said they had no complaints and that they had been in business for years When we contacted them, they said the few complaints on record indicate less than 1% of their clientele

I have been a member for since May , My wife and I travel frequently across the country and use International Travel Solutions during my travelsI have booked day European cruise with them and it was flawlessUsed their services frequently for over night accommodations while on our tripsNext month have booked a condo in Las Vegas through I.T.S If you have the freedom to travel I.T.S can be very helpful I enjoy my membership

We were sold a membership to International Travel Solutions on 10/01/in Branson, MO through salesman Mike M***The cost was $(paid with our MasterCard) plus $in annual feesWe were promised deep discounted travel rates (including hotels, airfare, car rentals, trains, cruises, etc.) but found that the "significant savings" are non-existent and the overall service is poorWe found that in virtually all cases we could either match or beat the prices quoted to us by ITS
Here are our findings:

The hardest issue I have with International travel is understanding the best way to find out the best deals quickly I do not use the site enough to stay on top of changes I have found that most people I work with are responsive to my needs and work to get me what I need If you know exactly what you want they are very quick Make sure you are specific on the area you are looking for and they will get back to you very quickly

I have actually been happy with ITSBeen a member for about yearsI do all business online for the most part and have saved thousands on several trips But now the website has changed and I'm unable to do what I need onlineI know I didn't get a deal on airline tickets but I still need to be able to order threw the online site

I gave stars because of it is good but not excellent yet, but I hope it will be one dayDid not try to buy cruise so cannot review thatFor condo weeks they have good availability but not great one, after they updated system in October system does not show everythingHotels are good, better price than RCI , I checked quite a few in LA and International Travel Solution has better price , but very often does not offer room description which is big to me, I have to know what I am buying or no deal no matter what price isThere is still room to growYou can solve all those problems by calling and speaking to agent, but I personally like to see what I am buying, as I mentioned before/

Want a refund
An unauthorized draw of $was made against my wife's account at *** When I contacted company via phone number on statement, they indicated that draw was authorized by my wife in late September I asked for copy of said recorded phone call They indicated that they could not provide said recording I requested that account/membership be cancelled immediately They indicated that this needed to be provided in writing This is aggravating that they will accept information to make a draw via phone, but not accept my verbal (probably recorded) request for cancellation All I am asking is for a refund of said fee as we do not feel that it was authorized
