they call the number it somehow rings to her phone. I tried it while [redacted] and I were on the phone and it rang into my office. [redacted] said its only [redacted] numbers that call her which is the same area code she is in. This has absolutely nothing to do with me this has something to do with her phone carrier my correct number shows up when we call what happens when they are dialing it back is out of my control. I asked [redacted] to contact her phone provider and I would also work on it from my end. In closing this should not be a Revdex.com complaint toward my company since it obviously a problem with the phone company.

2014 and June 23, 2015. So the conditions of our travel packages are not new to the [redacted] since the package they purchased January 2015 is their 4th through us. A refund on a package They have already traveled on is an unreasonable and unfair request. Because I myself have only bought no presentation packages so I did not have to take my husband cause was not doing a presentation so last year in May my sister in law came with me and have planty of proof and have been treated nice in the past so I am very upset with Branson Travel Group me and my husband have only done a presentation with [redacted] NEVER BRANSON TRAVEL GROUP thank you very much so go ahead and justify what you want at least I've been heard thank you Revdex.com

As stated the remaining package was refunded the list of visits are correct customer may have attended a presentation at a different resort but purchased the travel package with us. We feel the refund is fair asking for a refund on a package already traveled on is unreasonable.

Ok so don't pay me back for the package I purchased but since your call people lied and said I could combine it is on recording I know so just loved it yeah that we tried to have a relaxing decent vacation in between my husband ending Chemo and before Radiation starting wow what a time causing us more money that we had to spend on show tickets and loved the blood on the sheet my son slept on by the way I do have pictures if I knew how to post I would but ok if you feel like you hve treated me and my family fair ok then thanks for the awful time of our much needed vacation

information I listened to the recording and there was no promise to run the card at a latter date. On June 29th the customer made reservations and added a second room. The complaint states that they only stay in certain hotels why would they purchase a $159.00 package. With all of that said we try very hard to satisfy everyone so the [redacted]'s $159.00 was refunded back to their card on Friday June 1st, 2016.

call from a manager but not based on my Revdex.com complaint, it was from a message I left. I was a heading into a doc appt. and wasn't able to stay on the phone. he seemed to be very nice and willing to change my offer to what it should have been but i'd rather have a refund. I gladly accept this offer of a credit because my confirmation letter should have confirmed what I agreed to purchase. It's hard to have confidence about planning a trip with this group after feeling deceived. I will visit Branson just not under this Travel Group. Thank you! If I don't see the credit I will respond again.
