Great service, my only concern is shipping. I am a military member currently stationed overseas (Puerto Rico) and I also invest in precious metals. Everytime I order from JM Bullion, I have to ship the order to someone in the United States, then have them ship it to me in Puerto Rico. This is always such a hassle so I notice myself trying to avoid ordering from JM Bullion.

I received a 1oz Pert Mint gold bar from JM Bullion and its filled with bubbles around the package. It looks to me as if the package was tampered with.

I contacted JM Bullion several times since my purchase and even called them today and nothing is being done to resolve this major issue.

So far I have had great experiences with JM Bullion. They have good prices and I love the quick free shipping and the other all process is simple. Keep up the good work. I've already had a couple people buy through JMB too.
