GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Took 2 hours on the phone to for them to even acknowledge that they had received payment after they had cashed my check....last time on hold for 30 mins. before I gave up...FIRST AND LAST TIME I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO.

I used to buy from several different places on the internet. JMBuillion has the best prices of anyone. The others may show you a cheaper price, but by the time you add shipping, it's higher. Service is great, receive package quickly. No complaints.

I received a gold coin I ordered from JM Bullion on 5/2/16. I called them on 5/3/16 and told them that they sent me a damaged coin. They told me to ship it back and they would issue a replacement within 1 business day of receipt. I shipped it back using the shipping label they provided and they received it on 5/6/16. I called them on 5/9/16 and they said they received it and would send my replacement coin in 24 hours. They never sent it on 5/10/16 as stated. I called them on 5/11/16 and first they transferred me to hold music and never returned to the phone so I had to call them back. The representative said Claims was not available to speak to me, then she said they were available and she was going to transfer me to them. Then she put me on hold again and came back on the line and lied and said they were shipping the coin today. They did not ship the coin. These people are outright liars and I will never deal with them again. They are basically trying not to send a replacement for the damaged coin they sent me while at the same time keeping the coin I returned.
