I have been a JM Bullion customer for over a year. I have placed about a dozen orders during that time. All orders have been processed in a timely manner. One recent order, the bullion I selected had been sold out. Customer service contacted me via e-mail and gave me several options to complete the order. I simply e-mailed my preference back to JM Bullion and my order was promptly shipped. And, they gave me a $30 discount on my next order.
I especially like the weekly specials. Generally these specials are priced less than a dollar over spot and you can order any amount at that price.

I have made multiple orders from JM bullion and every order has been accurate and has arrived at my house sooner than expected. In my opinion JM Bullion is the best company for buying metals, they have great prices and selection. I recommend JM Bullion.

Excellent to deal with. I ordered some silver coins from them, and the plastic packaging on a couple of the coins was damaged during shipping. They promptly replied to my email and agreed to exchange. The coins I received were terrific and just as described. Would definitely recommend.
