Wow, I am impressed! I ordered 20 Silver Eagles on Friday afternoon, June 12, 2015 and they were delivered to my home Monday morning, June 15, 2015. That is, in my opinion, excellent customer service! I wish other companies would care about their customers like this. By the way, the coins could not have been package any better, and are in excellent condition.

This was my first time buying silver as an investment for both myself and as Christmas gifts for my Grandchildren.I bought from two different suppliers. The reason being the other supplier had a design of 10oz bar I personally preferred better that what was available at JM Bullion. That was the only reason I bought from the competitor. Now after making my purchase from both suppliers on the same day I can truthfully say JM Bullion is my overall winner and I will use them again in the future. My order was placed promptly and I had it in 3 business days. The other supplier finally sent me a tracking number on my order and I won't receive the silver for another 7 business days. That is unacceptable customer service. I will use JM Bullion again in the future. The web site was easy to navigate and I felt very comfortable with the transaction.

JM Bullion is truly outstanding. I am usually very cautious about using a bullion company or giving recommendations and always start off with a test spend. I have come to appreciate their deep commitment to customer service and they provide a order tracking service with the USPS in their emails to you so you know - instantly - where your order is at any point in the supply chain process. After the order completes, they always follow up with me asking if I was satisfied and if there was anything better they could be doing. After multiple orders, I've come to appreciate them as a "Fire and Forget" business. This means that once I hit the button on my order screen and submit my order ("fire it off"), it is good as delivered and I can safely forget about it until the package arrives in my mailbox.
