Tell us why here...Mr***,We installed exactly what you purchased on your home We have no record, contract and or authorization to put attic insulation in, nor were you charged for it We installed Vented Soffit on your home which is required to allow your roof to breathe Everything was installed according to industry standards and manufacturers specifications We have suggested numerous times that you contract a company to put a ridge vent in your roof to allow proper ventilation We cannot comment on this further, because you are making claims of health issues and blaming our company

Mrs***, We were contracted to install siding, soffits and fascia on your homeThe insulation and siding are some of the best products in the industryWhile vinyl siding is a good solution to beautifying your home no vinyl siding can completely seal your home from insectsOur siding as your
paperwork states is seamless up to feet because that is the longest length panel we offerOur warranties are for defects in the siding and if you had lost you copy we would be more than happy to provide you with another copyNo company could give a warranty that would cover natural disastersErnie has been diagnosed with throat cancer and is going through radiation therapy and is very sickThat being said we can gladly help you if you are having issuesWe are concerned with your claims that our siding caused your sons allergic reactions, that is why we cannot comment any further without our lawyer involvedWe were not contracted to put insulation in your atticYour attic needs to be ventilated properly and we have made numerous suggestions that you contract a company to put ridge vents on your roofWe were not contracted to do anything like thatWe want to help you in any way that we possibly can, but we have completed the work we were contracted to do at your home

*** *** You have my greatest apologies we did not live up to your standards. Town requirements vary in different areas. We have changed our business application and we do not have our own roofing crews anymore. This is extremely uncommon and we have never experienced this
type of standard. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to send someone to your town to lift up shingles so that the building inspector can look at the work we did. I'm sorry but we do not have an answer or solution as to how to proceed to conform to the requirements that your town is asking for. We are willing to help in any way possible if we can

In regards to complaint ID# *** *** ***We tried working with this customer to fulfill her order for several monthsHowever, the customer lost contact with us until January At that time I informed *** *** I would like to come
down personally to resolve this matterWe set a date for me to come down and discuss all the concerns she had with NationwideUpon my visit *** *** was not willing to work with us in anyway the problem was two windows on her order were smaller then what we can makeI had to inform her that I had to work with my production team to do a special order for those two windows customer was not receptive to thisCustomer was insisting on getting a refund I did inform her that this may not be possible but I would do everything we can to resolve her matterAfter reviewing what transpired and also how customer felt and how uncooperative she was we decided to refund her full depositI have been trying to contact *** *** for the past weeks to inform her that I have her refund check and we need to set a meeting to deliver her refund checkI awaiting a response from the customer at this time and will continue to contact her

Our replacement windows are made to industry standardsAll windows are ready to be installed and the client turned us away and would not let us install All of our windows are custom made products to fit the clients specific projectWe would like to reschedule an installation date to install
these windows

We are scheduled to start installation after we finish the current install that we are doing.? Due to the extreme weather conditions out of our control it has set our installation calendar back.? All the materials have arived for this installation and we will schedule it as soon as we are
finished with our current installation.? This installation should be completed by the end of the month weather permitting

I am rejecting this response because:I have never met a more deviant and blatantly corrupt business in my lifeNationwide Windows and siding destroyed my home and has lied every step of the wayI paid $15,dollars for all new siding boards, paper, insulation, and vinyl sidingI was told that I was going to be given the best contractors Nationwide had and my home would be seamless, warmer, insect free, not fade, crack, warp, be 100% protected against all disasters natural or man madeIf at any time there was damage Nationwide would come out and replace it for freeAnthonys first response when I realized how badly my home had been damaged by their irresponsible and incompetent workers was they were subcontractors and Nationwide could not be held personally liable for their negligenceTheir workers put holes directly through asphalt shingles, through my roof boards, and into my attic to stabilize the platforms they were working on and then filled the holes with siliconThose holes leaked putting water all over my atticThey never replaced all the boards and originally did not even put insulation underneath all the new sidingI went into the attic to inspect what they had done and saw holes in boards that led straight through to the vinylsNot only did they not put new boards up they knocked holes in the old boards and simply installed vinyl directly over itI then went on the roof that at the time was years old and found clear silicon plugs in over places on my roofWhen I confronted them they said that's how they always do itI contacted other roofing companies and not one of them had ever heard of such stupidityI called Nationwide back their solution was to use a different color silicon closer to my roof colorThey came out and pulled back the vinyl and admitted they "missed" a whole section of replacing boards and applying insulation on both sides of the houseThey had placed vents in on both sides of the house without framing them making it impossible to close themBecause they had no room to maneuver they simply took a hammer or hatchet from the outside slammed two holes in the side of my house and then put plastic vents over itMy home which I paid to be warmer and safer was freezing that winter sending out electric bill skyrocketingWe with our old aluminum siding were quite comfortable for the last years at degrees on our thermostatsWe had our thermostats cranked to 75-degrees all winter and were still coldMauricio whom Anthony repeatedly told me was the best contractor Nationwide had in the arsenal came out and decided the only way to make our home inhabitable was to insulate the atticHe paid for and installed pink insulation over every soffit and crack in our atticBetween the moisture from the holes drilled through our roof, and the air being sealed with no ventilation mold grew all over my atticI have before and after pictures of my home demonstrating no mold or mildew before work began and mold and mildew everywhere just months laterAnthony had the balls to tell me he accepts no responsibility for his workers because they performed work outside of what was stated in the contract and they were subcontracted by him therefore the company can not be held directly liableFor my efforts in trusting Nationwide so far I had to get a mold and remediation company in cost of $2,I just replaced a year old roof with a brand new year roof cost $5,My home is still freezing and the real reason was never figured outSomething was clearly ripped out and not replacedI will probably have to pay a real siding company to come in and fix and or replace my entire sidingCost from Nationwide was over $15,500! My insulation in my attic that got wet still has to be replaced estimated cost around $5,and something above the soffit similar to baffles were ripped out and not replacedNationwide should be embarrassed, ashamed, and disgraced by their work and should have immediately rectified all the damages incurredThey set up appointments to come out and see my home and then did not show on multiple occasionsI have no words for how pissed off I am at their incompetence, negligence, and flat out lyingMy home was destroyed by their "Best workers" and now they need to make it right one way or the otherMy whole family became sick and my son almost died because of the mold and mildew problemIf ever there was ever a better case for the Revdex.com I can't think of oneIf this is how this company conducts business they should be out of business!!! Not only are they not accepting any responsibility for their actions they are going as far as to blame me for using subcontractors that they hired and I paid for as full time Nationwide contractors!!! I want to be paid in full for all damages incurred to my home and a letter of apology written to my family for all the pain and suffering you have caused us!!!*** ***? ?

Any and all outstanding issues will be addressed and completed as soon as we can possibly schedule.? We apologize? for any delays and/or installation not completed by industry standards.? Please give us a complete itemized list of outstanding issues and/or reason for failure of final
inspection by *** *** Township.? Also please include in the punch list? any outstanding issues not completed in a workmanlike manner.? Again sorry for the delay and outstanding issues

I am rejecting this response because: Nationwide failed to acknowledge the fact that it took them over two months to finish the job they startedTheir customer service is very
unprofessionalAfter two months and numerous phone calls (all made by me to them) I was finally told the correct windows were readyThe first attempt they made for installation I was called and told they weren't coming the vehicle had an issue with the brakesNext attempt at installation, again after I called themThey rushed an employee who regularly installs door in his personal vehicle windows in the car trunk to install themWell the windows needed to be adjusted as did the windows the handles were finally delivered forSince he was in his personal vehicle he had no ladderNeedless to say it was another week before the windows were adjustedI know they want to say they corrected the issue but people looking to purchase any product from them should be fully aware of how they do businessYour important until they get your moneyThen they couldn't care less
