I have talked to this woman. When she had her vehicle towed in, we did put a new alternator in. At that point, we found something else wrong with it, we informed her and she chose to have it fixed. She picked it up and left. She called back stating her blinkers, radio and windshield wipers were not... working. We didn’t do anything with those, so it was not checked before she left. I told her to bring the vehicle back in and we could hook it up to our computer and it will tell us when all those issues started. She said she wasn’t paying for anything else. I told her if we hooked it on the computer we would be more than happy to take care of the issues if it was caused by our work, but if it was a pre-existing issue, she would have to take care of it. She was rude on the phone and said she would not do that and did not bring it in.

On July 9, 2016, we traded in a Honda CRV for a leased Jeep Wrangler from Machens JeepThe paperwork which was executed was for a completely different vehicle that Machens did not even have itWe were leased the wrong vehicleIt had many extras that the vehicle which they did give us did not have We received a vehicle with a basic package and they were going to provide the stereo upgrade as well as other upgrades The stereo that was suppose to be installed was an Alpine factory system upgrade and it was more of a system from *** and the speakers rendered the storage area unusable to store the roof when it is off We had to drive from Jefferson City to drop off the car to have the upgrades installed and had waited almost two weeks for the parts to come inThe trahas already been sold and we are very disappointed in the way Machens has handled this matter We want what was promised in the upgrades for this new vehicle
